This hotel exceeded my expectations after having read some of the reviews. The location could not be better, terminal one was just down the hall from the entrance to the hotel. Accommodations were simple but clean (I'm a cleanliness snob) and beds were comfortable. Absolutely no outside noise could be heard even the planes. Very nice continental breakfast served. Would stay here again if having an early morning flight out of FCO.

This hotel is right in the airport so has very easy access to each of the terminals. We were leaving from terminal 3 and it was a short walk. The room was basic and clean and the shower was good. There are several cafe style restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat but don’t expect much. There is a limited choice of food at the hotel. It worked well for us that checkout was at midday.

This place was VERY difficult to find! We were in a hire car which we had to return. We wanted to drop our bags before hand but this proved impossible due to the location of the hotel. We had to do an illegal park and wander around to find directions. It was quite stressful. Next time we would go to departures drop off at terminal 1 or 3, drop bags and have someone stay with them while another person returned the car. From inside the terminal it is easy to find the Hello and Air Rooms signs. Good luck!

Location and staff. It’s very easy to find. Enter any of the terminals doors , take the stairs to the first floor and follow the signs for the hotel ( it’s on a corner and doesn’t have a huge entrance)moving undercover walkways link all the terminals so it’s easy to find.I arrived 2 hours early and was allowed into my room. Basic but nice (no windows but a large skylight on the ceiling which flood’s light into the room ( remote panel on the wall is easy to operate). The room has a fantastic shower/ kettle/ tea coffee and television .It’s so convenient for the airport as it’s literally inside the terminals and has nice shops and eateries etc. It’s expensive but well worth the money if you don’t want a stressful journey. The staff were really good and spoke English and helpful.. thank you.

Everything was really good but maybe an English news tv channel would have been nice.

Convenient location opposite Fiumicino Airport, easy walk from Terminals. Quick and friendly check in at reception after a delayed flight and late arrival was very appreciated. Clean and spacious room. Extra touches such as slippers and general toiletries pack was a nice touch!

Slight maintenance issue with slow water drainage problem in bathroom/shower. Blinds on windows not complete blackout so some light from next door parking could be an issue for some light sensitive sleepers.

Location right at the airport was important to get to and leave. Did Selection was nice.

It was incredibly convenient and easy to get to my departure flight in the morning in Rome FCO Airport. The room was very comfortable and well laid out. I was very glad I found this accommodation, which made my experience stress free. The option to purchase breakfast and dinner at a very reasonable cost was wonderful. The option was walking a very short distance to other eateries was a wonderful option to have available. I highly recommend staying upon arrival or departure and would gladly come again if I have the opportunity.

The location inside the airport is unbeatable, perfect for unplanned stays or quick access to flights. Check-in was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was small and not very comfortable. Doors were noisy and needed maintenance. The room didn’t darken fully at night, which might bother light-sensitive sleepers. I found a hair on the towels, raising cleanliness concerns. Walls were thin, so noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard.

Absolutely fantastic apartment!!! I loved every minute of my stay!!! The pics don't do it justice! Terrace is huge and the views are amazing!! Super clean and well stocked. Owners very responsive to messages, very friendly and available. Was great that they made shuttle arrangements to cruise port. Loved the separate containers for recycling. Shower was very nice and spacious. Great to have the Alexa speaker for music! Prime video was available and it was also easy to sign in to my Netflix too. Steps from train station! When you get off the train, don't enter station, stay on that side and continue past the station enterance to end of platform, then there are rest rooms and stairs right there that go down to tracks 4 & 5 but also to the other side of the tracks, turn left when you get out from the underpass Was fantastic to have a grocery store right under the building. I never had to eat out! Was there 4 nights, enough time to catch up on my sleep after traveling for 21 hours and adjust to their time zone (9 hours!). I would highly recommend staying at least 4 nights before any cruise! I actually wish I had come earlier. I really enjoyed hanging out on the terrace in the afternoons and taking walks along the seaside once the sun started going down. (Beautiful sunsets too!). Was fun seeing the cruise ships in port. And the moon at night, shimmering on the Med, just glorious!! Secure building & never felt unsafe walking around by myself (daytime/dusk). Quit looking, book this now!!!

Rome FCO: Closest hotel to the train - a 2 minute walk indoors - and then a two minute walk indoors from the hotel to the airport check-in desk.

It would be REALLY nice if you just put a sign above the slot (inside the room door) that explains that to keep the room lights on, you have to leave a room key in that slot. It's a new idea, a clever idea, but why hope that the customers will guess how it works without becoming frustrated? (And either our desk person didn't tell us, or we didn't listen; either way, why not have a little sign?)

Alessio was the front desk employee who checked us in on July 19th. That was the day the internet was killed. We were flying to Rome. We got to Rome very late because of cancelled and delayed flights. 2:30 in the morning of July 20th. I had texted about 8:00 pm when we were still stuck in Amsterdam, but had a ticket on a flight at 11:30. He held our room for us. 🤗🤗

I felt booking.com and the property were both misleading about breakfast. Sign on check in desk says Breakfast served 6:00-12:00. No mention of cost. Booking.com had the same I. An email. On check out. They charged for breakfast. Not cool. There needs to be a message “breakfast available for 20 euros”
