We had a great stay! The place was very clean and well-kept, and the staff was excellent, super communicative and really on top of everything. They gave us clear instructions on how to catch the airport shuttle, which ended up being really easy to navigate. We had an early train the next morning, and they kindly arranged a taxi for us at 4:45 AM. The driver was right on time, which gave us peace of mind. Overall, it’s a fantastic option for a quick overnight stay near Fiumicino. Convenient, reliable, and great service!

Close to the airport. Great communication via WhatsApp and in person. Very convinient, affordable and quick shutle service from and to the airport. Claudia at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful with all processes and inquiries. Good, quite location for the price.

Was somewhat hard to find the shuttle initially at the exit from the airport, pointing to a location map could be helpful. We've booked a room with 2 separate beds which we saw available online but theb upon arrival discovered that it's only one king bed in the room and the room with 2 beds is not available.

The young lady greeted me at the gate (which I thought was lovely). I was exhausted, so she said, "No problem. We can do the check-in later on when you are better rested." Another lovely gesture, so that's what I did. I asked her a few questions, which she patiently addressed and answered, and then she let me be on my way. The room was small, pleasant, and immaculate, with a comfy bed. I have no complaints at all.

The breakfast that came with the hotel (at a local cafe about a minute's walk) was continental—eggs, bacon, etc. I didn't think it was the best, so I grabbed croissants from the cafe. I'm not saying you would not like it, but it wasn't for me.

Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful once I checked in (suggested a great pizza place around the corner), and the location was perfect as it was close to the airport (needed a place for one night as Rome was a stopover). Great value for money. Highly recommend!

The room was cosy, spacious and clean.

Everything related to the property itself was very good. The only thing we did not like was the location. Even though the property is very close to the airport, there is no good public transportation either at night or very early in the morning (when our flights were arriving and departing) and taxi drivers charge an insane amount of money for the 6 minute trip that takes getting there during these times. Considering the cost of the taxis, it would have been cheaper for us to stay at the Hilton’s in the airport.

The room was comfortable, the staff made sure I could check in even when they weren't available to meet us, and we got some great recommendations for places to go in Fiumicino.

It's not really a B&B when you pay extra for breakfast, and we paid a relatively high amount for a breakfast buffet next door that was...eh. Also, there was no set schedule for the shuttle to the hotel from the airport, so in the end it just made more sense (and was cheaper) to get a taxi to and from.

The room was comfortable (bed and pillows included). We appreciated the heat pump/AC unit in-room for climate control. The shower had good water pressure. The staff was super friendly and helpful with booking taxis and providing restaurant recommendations - we had one of our best meals while staying here in Fiumicino!

No suggestions - we were very satisfied with our stay at this accomodation. An excellent choice when needing to stay near the airport and incredible value and quality for the price.

Excellent communication with team by WhatsApp beforehand - kindly answering all my questions. 7 minutes by taxi from Fiumicino airport. Pin code to entre the compound regardless of arrival time. Quiet, clean, comfortable room. Really appreciated the bottles of water on the beds. Friendly local cafe for breakfast next door. Happy morning stroll to the port and local churches. For those with a late arrival it's perfect :)

I have no suggestions!

The location is thera the airport and has a shuttle bus. The woman at the desk around 6:00 - 7:00 PM was amazing. I told her I'd like a pizza delivered and she pulled out a menu from a place she said had wonderful pizza and she was right. I asked if they could send a beer as well,l and was very happy with the recommendation. She went out of her way and, as I was tired, It was an unexpected pleasure.

The instructions for the shuttle pickup. They sent a photo of the van, but being new to Rome airport I didn't know that arrivals was below departures and I missed the first shuttle and had to wait an hour. I then told them to have the driver call me to make sure I got on the next shuttle and I found him with little time to spare. Other than that all was great.
