Room is really big. Compared to Rome downtown Staff is helping and nice At Feb 2024, i got a fare of 25€ taxi ride to airport

Hard for me to arrive from airport, asked several person about the bus, but did not find and finally have to take a taxi.

Breakfast was simple and good. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the view was great. Elizabeth who hosted us when we arrived was incredibly nice and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and cafes within walking distance and a lot calmer than central Rome. 10 minute taxi to the airport (Leonardo Da Vinci) and a great place to wrap up our trip before our flight home. A very positive experience overall.

It was a little hard to see as there wasn't a lot of signage. It is basically next door to the pharmacy at the stated address...that was our landmark. Steep flight of stairs to get to the entrance.

Staff was really nice and helpful with getting around the area tips. Clean rooms and good atmosphere.

The only thing was the stairs leading to the hotel.

Great location 10 minutes from the airport, helpful staff and the area is full of good restaurants. You can take the Cotral bus from the airport and drop at the stop "via della torre clementina", just remember to buy the ticket for 1.1 euro in the bakery outside of terminal 1 or else the Cotral driver will charge you 7 euros for the same ticket!

Rooms are a little bit small, good for one night though. Uber charges 30 euros for a 10 minute ride to the airport.

Lovely location, very calm and cozy place. The receptionist was very kind and polite and even made a package with breakfast for us because we had a very early checkout. Good wifi internet connection. Comfortable bed in warm room - that's what we needed 🙂 And a lot of restaurants nearby. Also 5 minutes to bus station to get to the airport (way to airport takes around 15 minutes)

We didn't find a way to switch off night lighting for floor that was a little bit annoying.

The decoration and luxury of our room was amazing! There are many restaurants in a walking distance. Our host was very accommodating. You can take a bus from and to the Fiumicino airport. Great place to stay!

They were amazing, I have to mention Sara in my review, she was very helpful. I was in Positano and I couldn’t come to the hotel before 9:45 pm , I was traveling next day at 6am so I had to be at the airport at 3am . Sara contacted me earlier and took our information, she left the key for us , wrote down all the information, leave breakfast boxes and besides arranged the taxi who came on time at 3am in the morning to take us to the airport…..waooo I am speechless about the hotel and the staff, specially Sara , you were beyond my expectations! Thank you so much, I am very grateful to you, I truly appreciated your service, I am highly recommend this place , we were able to had dinner because is a lot of restaurants next to them , delicious food ! Great room and decor. Wonderful, helpful people/staff. Very good breakfast.

The room is small for those travelling internationally with suitcases. There is room under the bed though to stow cases, but it is a little awkward. There was no basic supply of toiletries (soap, shampoo) for the shower.

The cleaning and help from Eliza (cleaning lady; sorry if I mistakenly say another name, she is from Ecuador) she helped us out throughout the trip with advise and cleaning so nicely the rooms

I think for a couple room 2 has no much privacy but you were kind to facilitate another room so we could sleep better. Thank you!

Absolutely fabulous room Exceeded expectations Night flight so my room was a self key code room which was fabulous Rebecca gave me full instructions via watts app She was absolutely fabulous 5* booking us a taxi for morning to the train station for our onwards travel to Rome Location was fab lots of restaurants and bars which are very reasonable priced Would highly recommend Breakfast is a 5 minute walk at a very welcoming cafe which also sell beautiful sandwiches, cakes, drinks etc for all your travelling needs A massive thank you again Rebecca x
