The location was close to lots of eating places and the AC in our room worked well.

I did not like that there was a common area for a number of rooms to share and that there was not a small refrigerator in our room. Also, the light to the bathroom in our room was on a motion detection which was annoying especially at night when we did not want the light to turn on! The lights in the common area were also on a motion detection which turned off too soon and made the common area dark when walking to our room. The description does not clearly identify that these guest houses are actually just guest rooms all within the same apartment and all the rooms have the same main entrance and share a common area. They are not guest houses!

The guest house host is great - communicative and quick to answer. The guest house itself has a common area and the room we had was plenty. The instructions to get in are a bit like an escape room with multiple codes and keys (which we felt was fun but could be difficult for some).

We tried getting there from the airport by bus and it was quite complicated. We ended up wlaking a lot with our bags. I recommend maybe taking a taxi or I’ve seen in other comments you can ask the host for a lift. The doors are thin so you will hear people in the common area.

The location is very convenient to the airport and to restaurants. Nice quiet town and very pretty with Christmas lights. The landlord is also very prompt in replying messages and efficient in providing the necessary service.

The bathroom didn't have hot water so it was too cold to shower on a Winter's night. So, a bit disappointed with this. Other than this, all is good. The driver that was sent to pick me up at the airport, the car is a bit run down. Perhaps, the owner can shortlist better cars? Just an idea. The instruction on how to open the doors are not accurate in description. I was lucky I met with other guests who had checked in earlier than me. I can help you draft the instruction if you are interested. Just think it would be better for your other guests in future.

1) I could not connect to the Wi-Fi. 2) not the hotel related. If you want to go from the airport to the hotel by feet, be aware that you’ll go near the road without any pedestrian roads

I liked that there was even an option of making a coffee or tea. Loved the fridge. The other guest respected the rules. The location was very pleasant - super close to beach and grocery stores. The neighborhood was friendly, quiet and nice.

The room was super nice. I loved that there were blinds outside of the windows. The only thing that was missing was a kitchen. Or at least a space for people to cook. The foods that we have eaten must have been bought at the store, could not prepare anything warm ):

After flying into Roma, I needed a place to stay nearby the airport so I could catch a flight out the following day. Little Rose Guest House was perfect! The bed was comfortable, the room and facilities very clean, I felt safe and secure and as I asked for an early breakfast, a lovely staff member ensured I had all I needed in the morning. Communication was excellent. The transfer I organised with the accommodation to the airport was on time and the driver friendly and helpful!

I liked everything about the accommodation. Due to the shared kitchen, it is excellent for a short-term stay. FYI: Securing an Uber/taxi from Fuimicino airport to the accommodation without pre-arranging was difficult. Due to the short distance to the guest house, Uber's kept cancelling and the taxis refused to take me but that was my poor planning.

Close to the water, near the fish market, plenty of wonderful restaurants within walking distance❤️ we were staying one night between flights home and the price was right👍 The owners even ordered a taxi for me last minute for our ride to the airport the next morning❤️ ( Very nice of them🥰) They had a hot water machine set up in the common area with breakfast items, tea and coffee, a mini fridge and an eating area. Was very pleasant❤️

The Yellow Rose Room has a tiny bathroom with a showerhead hanging by the toilet, the whole bathroom, toilet and sink get soaked when showering. A shower stall would have been nicer, but the room was clean and had everything we needed👍

The room was clean and the shared breakfast area had breakfast available. It was also very clean. I had trouble with the locks to enter the facility and the owners took time and worked with me about it. They even arranged for a taxi for me at extremely early hours to the airport and gave a restaurant recommendation for dinner which was delicious!

No problems except the keys were a bit confusing but this was not a major issue.

Good for overnight stay , close to the airport, walking distance from the centre, lots of shops restaurants and cafes in the area. Staff are very friendly, we left our luggage because our flight arrived early and check in was 2:30 the staff took it in our room and the owner message us that room is ready at 11am so we can check-in early. was so happy because we travelled from Australia and didn't sleep for more than 30hrs. Customer service was excellent 👌.

My expectations were different since we planned to see the Rome and if use the public transportation takes more than 2,5 hours but overall is good. Since we are new in the country would be helpful to know the cense of directions .
