Simple, clean, and perfect accommodation for our last night in Rome. We had to fly out early the next day from Fiumicino and this was an amazing value compared to the airport hotel. The owners were so accommodating, Maria took care of us like family and we booked two separate trips to the airport with her husband for a fraction of what we paid a taxi to get there. For my niece who was leaving later on a different flight they stored her luggage at no charge. Maria gave us recommendations for dinner and we took a nice walk along the coast, a part of Rome we never would have seen. Lots of restaurants in walking distance, quiet, and safe.

Location was great. Close to the airport and all the fun stuff at the beach (great free beaches, little beachside taverns, full service restaurants for dinner). The staff was VERY helpful with directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. She spoke excellent English The shuttle was fantastic. A new, large, clean car with a dedicated driver picked us up and dropped us off at FCO airport. The room was super clean. The bed was great. The shower was good

Specifying the exact pickup location for the shuttle (departures level instead of arrivals) would have helped our anxiety on arrival The room needed more power outlets to charge all our devices No breakfast, but this was not a surprise. There are local cafes, but we ate at the airport on our way out. This was the best option, anyways

Exactly like the listing. We were in Room 6 and it was spacious. The bathroom was great and the shower was big - a rarity in Italy. The balcony is huge and U-shaped. Room 6 is one whole floor of the building, and the balcony goes around half. Nice elevator that fit two adults plus two wheeled suitcases/trolleys and still had some space leftover. We were only there one night to catchy a flight out of FCO the next morning, but it would be a great longer stay hotel. You can walk to the sea/beach in under 5 minutes. Tons of restaurants nearby. They offered transportation to the airport the next day for 20 euro total and we accepted. It was less than half the price we paid for Uber the night before, on time and the driver was kind and efficient.

We wished we had more time to enjoy the apartment, especially breakfast and apertivo on the balcony. We would happily return.

The location was perfect for our overnight stay before a flight out of Rome! Although only a short drive to the airport in the morning, during our stay we did not feel "close to an airport" - the area had a relaxed feel and we were able to make good use of the beach just a five minute walk away from the house, as well as having plenty of dinner options in the area. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable and the secure off-road parking was great. The host was very welcoming and gave very clear information about the area and instructions for an easy early-morning check out. A wonderful and very practical stay - would definitely stay here again!

The beds were so comfortable unbelievably. The shower was state of the art and there was a state of the art elevator which actually worked. Maria was sweet and supportive and helpful and we were able to schedule a drive to the airport for €20 early in the morning. The apartment was extremely close to the beach and the beach itself was just lovely perfect for little children especially. Restaurants all over the place. And the terrace was absolutely exquisite with a hammock. This is the place to stay if you go to the beach in Fiumicino or if you're just stopping overnight on your way to the airport it's only a few minutes away. Highly recommended

Super friendly hosts who not only let us check in way earlier than normal but they also gave us a room upgrade too. After a very early morning start, it was wonderful to be able to put our feet up and chill. Also highly recommend you take advantage of their airport transfer service, it was so nice not to have to deal with airport taxi's. Thanks for everything and if we are ever back through Fiumicino again, we know where to stay and hopefully for a little longer next time.

The owner was very freindly and helpful, the property was very clean and organized, the location is great.

the shuttle is a little bit expensive ( 20 Euros per ride per person), in some similar properties they take 10 euros, but consider that this one is a private shuttle, i e : no one is sharing the car with you, it’s a private shuttle. And the driver was very good and friendly as well

Great location, large rooms, beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and pillows. We spent one night before our scheduled flight out of Rome and were able to take a long walk by the beach and Tiber River. Found excellent restaurant and grocery store nearby. Maria greeted us at the apartment door and showed us where to find what we needed. She arranged for Luigi to pick us up the next day and shuttle us to the airport. She was a friendly and helpful host.

The host was very helpful when checking in. Room was comfortable. Balcony was enormous with a full table for 6 and hammock.

We showered in the evening because we were leaving early for the airport. In the morning when we were getting ready to leave there was no water. It did not work in the shower or sink. It was very early so I did not see anyone to let them know.

Great location for the airport next day. It is located 2 blocks from the beach and lots of restaurants to choose from. We felt safe walking around the area even at night. We used the accommodation transport to the airport for 20euro. First impression of our accommodation was that it wasn’t fancy but Excellent value and service. We had a fridge and coffee machine in our room 😀. We felt very safe walking around the area.
