The apartment was very nice, the contact with the staff was excellent, we got all the necessary information. The location was very good, everything is close; to the shop Eurospin or Conad and the beach. Elizabeth is the best, we caught a great one with her, a very nice person. Greetings :)

They communicate via WhattApps and it works, just trust the process. Location can be a little tricky to find especially if you arrive at night. But the location is excellent for bars and restaurants. The entrance is next to a shop. I ve stayed in a number places around fiumicino before and after flights, and if these guys have rooms at decent prices, I ll be back. Rooms are clean and safe. They booked taxi for me back to the airport etc.again all done via whattsapp and they do respond.

Entrance little hard to find.

the check in was very hard as there was no one there when we arrived and had to look for a cafe with wifi to contact the owner and also its 3rd floor with no elevator

Checkin was smooth and didnt require staff to be physically there. Room was comfortable enough and any needed amenities were available. Relatively easy to walk to from the airport

Room was slightly chilly at night, couldnt really get the air conditioning to work at higher temps, but its ok Its not a dorm so no possibility to store luggage before or after stay, so just keep that in mind. It doesnt have any onsite staff or reception and check in relies on messaging. Otherwise, quite good.

The apartment was spacious with balcony and washroom was also very large and cozy.

The gate of property was small so my taxi driver took a while to locate the entrance at mid night. Moreover the bed was not comfortable at all and need to be changed or repaired. The light in room is also not enough for work and reading. Not a recommended place for old people and ill as there are stairs to use.

We spend only one night. It was ok, cost and worm. In front of the building there is the bus station with direction to Airport.

A little bit confusing finding the building and the front door as there are many shops downstairs

The location is amazing. In fact, it was one of the best locations I’ve been to.

Communication was through WhatsApp, which was in my opinion a terrible way to communicate. Would’ve been far better if they had use the Booking.com app and I would’ve got their messages immediately. I don’t normally use WhatsApp, so I did not get any of their instructions and had a lot of problems getting in.
