We really liked the location, the fact that despite the heat in Rome, it was very cool, and the host Enrico could not do enough for us

Nothing especially, but I visited last autumn when the breakfast was served in a common dining room in the accommodation. The breakfast at the bar over the road provided was more than adequate, but I preferred having it in the accommodation.

The location was amazing, 10-15 mins walk to Vatican city and Castel Sant'Angelo, a good 40 min walk to Rome city centre there is a metro just down the road but you will miss out on so much of Rome if you don't walk. The bed was so comfy that as soon as my head hit the pillow, I had the best night sleep. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe. Enrico is super friendly. The communication was great even before I arrived. Don't forget that when you go to hotels, there is always the added tourist tax, which Enrico said I could pay on arrival or leave on the table in room when I check out. Breakfast was included,it is a traditional Italian breakfast, which includes a sweet pastry, fresh juice, and coffee. The room was very clean on arrival, the shower had good water pressure, and the toilet had a good flush, at night time it was quite quiet and dark, I was able to leave both window and shutters open to let in the cool night breeze, and then during the day I shut the window and turned on the air con. Free WiFi, which works great in the room, so no issues using the Internet.

The room was very dated, but personal opinion could do with updating. only 1 small mirror in the bathroom could do with also having a tall mirror in the bedroom. The shower took a while to warm up, and the toilet had no back, so if not careful when lifting the toilet lid, it would crash into tiles on the wall behind. I was happy to only be on the first floor as the lift is very 1920s style and only big enough for 2 adults. You only get tickets to have free breakfast in only one of the nearby restaurants, there are so many eateries I want to try them all.

The place it’s bigger than we thought, we were 4 adults and a baby and it was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and a few steps from the Vatican. It has elevators!!! I mention this because my mom uses a walker and a few places where we stayed in Europe didn’t have and was kind of hard for her with the stairs.

Everything was perfect, the attention too.

Large family room in handy location - right next to the Vatican and easy enough to get into central Rome. The breakfast was in a nearby cafe and was very simple - a drink and a pastry. Enrico the landlord is amazing, very friendly and so helpful.

We got bored of the breakfast and longed for some fruit, yoghurt or cereal!

Exactly as advertised and in a great location - we found everything to be walkable from our accommodation. There are several good restaurants around, the host is very responsive with any issues and we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location to the Vatican and close to the metro. Clean. Has everything you need. Eat at Hosteria Dino & Tony's right around the corner. Overall a great value

The breakfast is a coupon for a croissant and a small cup of coffee at a restaurant about half a block away. You use physical keys and have to unlock 3 doors that are a little tricky.

The room is very cozy and the area is both central and quiet. The breakfast vouchers were a really nice addition and the walk to the bakery is very pleasant. Enrico is amazing! He is very responsive and very helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to assist.

Nothing, everything was good.

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I would. This was one of the best establishments I have stayed in and everything was well taken care of. Additionally the location of the establishment was perfect especially if you plan on visiting the Vatican. It was close to all major bus lines and only 13€ taxi to get to the center if needed. Enrico was amazing and he took care of everything for us and made everything stress free.

Really comfortable room Really cool friendly and helpfull staff Small breakfast included in the price with a coffee and a croissant Very nice location 15 minutes walk to the Vatican city Plenty of little grocery stores around

Really dirty streets around the area Some minor issues with the room mostly the electric water boiler full of calcium and one piece of the dressing room that was detached and could be dangerous for little kids
