I loved the fact that there was a private shuttle to/from the airport available for just 15 euros each way. The owner was lovely and the room spacious and comfortable. It is conveniently located just a couple of mins away from a take-away pizza a legno place, and a few mins from the Fiumicino promenade.

The location is close to the beach and to the airport which is very nice.

Miscommunication with the driver who picked us up since we do not speak italian and she does not speak English

Very responsive to our questions and sent detailed instructions on WhatsApp for arrival. We were able to park in the street. It was convenient for us flying out in the morning. Although the shower was in the bath it was an easy one to get in and out of. Self serve breakfast in shared kitchen downstairs

We couldn’t find the control for the air con but were able to leave the door to balcony open because there were louvres.

Host & staff friendly & helpful. The room with private bath was clean & comfortable.

I chose this B&B because I was under the impression it was close to daVinci airport and provided airport shuttle; it was neither. The cost to and from the airport was more than the cost of the room. Not at all happy about that.

There is no wards how we been treated by the staff. Even the staff have no English and it was a bit difficult to communicate but we had feelings that we are a special quests. All rooms and all were in high level provided.

No complaints

No Breakfast, but in Assisi there are many restaurants and cafe's where the food is excellent. And inexpensive.

The traffic in Assisi never stops. On the narrow streets that are present always, the sound reverberates upwards to every room, wherever you are staying.

The location was excellent. Lovely little village right near the Sea. In the summer it would be a very exciting place. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Very close to the airport.

I really wouldn't advertise breakfast included. Packaged food is not breakfast. We didn't need breakfast so it wasn't an issue for us. Thoughtful but really not a good breakfast. Just leave it out. No need at all.

It was very nice, clean and comfortable. Also, they had coffee, tea, cakes, biscuits, cereal, juice and yogurt for breakfast.

There was nothing not to like. It was very good.
