The price at the booking time was different from whT we paid. The difference was 77€ that includes 4t€ for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, 12€ for the city taxes and 20€ for the late check-in. This additional cost should've been included in the price displayed when we booked the room. That would avoid any surprise and help manage budget. With the total price of 221€, we could've have a hotel closer to the airport.

Friendly staff and proximity to the airport, very clean and tidy. Nice breakfast ability to leave bags there for later flight was a bonus.

The room I received was very small so much so that the bar fridge required you to move the bedside table to put anything in it. The photos are a little deceptive and I think that they have been enhanced. The breakfast had to be ordered the night before and you had to designate a time you would be there not really practical. I was unable to find anything but the vending machine listed in the description for the property . Although there are some great restaurants in the area it would have been great to have been offered some suggestions.

Everything was well explained and communicated clearly. Roberto was extra helpful with information and suggesting means to travel from the Airport. Shuttle was arranged timely and as per the costs mentioned. Great value for money and convenience to stay overnight near FCO Airport. Even at the breakfast, the barista provided me with extra options thinking that I had requested for less. Since, I had time at hand, I enjoyed a long walk along the beach, which is just about 200 m from the hotel.

Nothing - like the overall experience.

Transport shuttle to and from airport was great, the guy picking me up was very friendly as was the lovely lady at reception. I organised a 4.00am shuttle for the next day and he was downstairs ready to go at 4.00am. It's an ideal stopover point, you can walk 300m to the beach, it ain't crystal white sand but it's clean and lots of locals enjoying the water and beach. Their is a number of local restaurants along that beach road as well, the food was excellent and very good value.

The breakfast was ok you pick out what you want the night before. The croissants are not large and when you get yogurt with fruit it’s just fruit flavored yogurt.the rooms are compact but functional.

It’s not really easy to get to from airport even though it is close.. would have been very hard to find without taxi and taxis in Rome are very exspensive leaving the airport which is not the hotel owners fault but it is something to think about and getting into the center of Rome from there is 80 dollars. The owners went out of there way to get us to our next destination in Rome when the shuttle they arranged did not show up in time.. they drove us there in a nice car without charging us anymore.

The staff at the Hotel were very friendly, spoke English well enough, offered great suggestions, and helped us to arrange some other things we wanted. They also allowed us to check in a little early. The room had good AC, and the breakfast was a continental style with a few extras. I would categorize this hotel as a boutique style hotel.

To get to the downtown Rome attractions you need to travel about 45 minutes to an hour. Cost wise, that's about 80-100 euros. There is a beach nearby, but when we were there the waves were far to big to actually swim or play around. There are restaurants along this small strip. We ate at one and it was just 'ok". There is also nothing else in this area as far as shopping or attractions. If you want a quiet area away from the hustle of tourists and Rome attractions then this is a great spot.

The owner and all staff are very nice and accommodating, the location is perfect for a one-night stay after flying 18 hours to arrive in Rome, breakfast is very good—and the view from the breakfast room cannot be beat! Strong wi-fi signal, a block from the beach for a walk along the sea, a market around the corner. It’s our go-to place when we plan to travel from Rome as there is free parking and it’s a 10 minute drive from FCO.

The hotel offers great value for money. The room had excellent air conditioning, a coffee maker, TV (small screen) and WiFi access. The room is not large but well equipped including a comfortable bed, a hanging closet and a small refrigerator. The bathroom was good and it is recommended to bring your own shampoo and body soap. The hotel staff is courteous and ensures personal service with a smile. It is highly recommended to ask for Roberto who helps with every matter and request for the satisfaction of the guests. The hotel is located minutes from the boardwalk along the beach and close (short walking distance) to local restaurants and bars. That's an advantage! The main disadvantage of the hotel is the lack of accessibility to public transportation. Roberto will help you with that! Our breakfasts at the hotel were enjoyable and included pastries, cold drinks and hot drinks while sitting at a table facing the sea. In conclusion, a safe hotel for every guest, with a special, personal and pleasant atmosphere that hides the disadvantage of the hassle of problematic accessibility to public transportation. We were happy to stay there and highly recommend considering a stay on your next vacation. And don't forget to ask for Roberto!

We had a car with us and the parking was available onsite. The breakfast was ordered the night before and lovely fresh croissants were on the menu. We arrived earlier than planned and the hotel front desk allowed us into our room. We asked to use the terrace for an afternoon drink and the receptionist came to the second floor to ensure the tables were clean and we were comfortable outside. The breakfast room on the third floor was lovely and breakfast was served to us as per our order. We had a pleasant conversation with the manager of the property. It was a short drive to Fuimicino and a short walk to the beach lido with restaurants if you want. We did not take a meal there. We highly recommend the property as a choice for your stay in the area.

I am not a fan of bedspreads on beds. I prefer to have a nice white duvet.

Very kind and helpful host, shuttle transport from and to the airport ( even very early in the morning), very close to the beach and nice restaurants, quiet.

We stayed only very short (got there because our flight from Fumicino was cancelled) , and we liked everything . Maybe a missing bottle of water iin the room if i have to mention something
