The host, Simonetta is very kind and welcoming. We traveled Italy as honeymoon and thanks to her, we enjoyed not only the room, but also the feelings of being together with local people. The room is very clean and tidy from bedsheet to towel to everything. It is also close to Vatican city and metro station. I believe travel is about experience, and in that sense, I left with good feelings and memory.

A fantastic location, the room was large, bright and airy. It was beautifully decorated with orchards and Simonetta’s fantastic paintings. The whole premises was extremely secure, there is no problem leaving your valuables in the room. Simonetta was very welcoming and extremely helpful, even from the initial booking date. She suggested exception tour guides and arranged the meet airport transfer, all these suggestions we used and they all worked out terrific.

Great location! The room was spotless, with nice décor and crisp bed sheets. Our room is on the small side, but it had everything you need: a fridge, a hot water pot, tea, instant coffee, etc. with cups, a Brita water pitcher, a desk and two folding chair, air conditioning, and other amenities. The bathroom was spacious and very clean! Wonderful host: helpful, pleasant, friendly, very attentive and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

The bedroom was a bit tight.

We had two early morning activites. Host left us breakfast items in our room night before. Communication was easy through whatsapp. Room was very close to metro. Walking distance to vatican. Plenty of restuarants near by. Host upgraded our room to the one with the balcony due to a cancelation. Room was large, bed comfortable.

- Simonetta is such a wonderful host - so helpful, welcoming and warm, my sister and I appreciate her help during our stay. - Location was perfect for the purpose of our trip which was sight seeing. It's close to a metro stop so that made moving around relatively easy. - The room was perfect for us, had everything we needed - a balcony, comfy sofa, fridge, the table which my sister used for work on her laptop, air conditioning, clean bathroom, there is a lift in the building so we didn't have to drag our luggage upstairs, and of course very comfortable bed and pillows. It's also so beautifully decorated.

The property was in a safe neighborhood. Our host Simonetta was very helpful and helped us with transportation. Our breakfast was lovely and generous. I would highly recommend someone staying with Simonetta.

There was nothing that was significant enough that would keep us from returning.

It was all spectacular. I chose this accommodation because I read the positive comments and in fact everything is really good. You feel that you are in your own home and welcomed. I arrived ill from the trip. I told Simotta that I didn't want to eat anything heavy and I wanted a recommendation on where to eat soup. She offered a soup that she had made herself. The best soup in the world!!! I even took a photo. Gratitude

The location was great and we could easily get around the city. Our hostess is very sweet and helped us with any questions we had about where to dine, etc. I would happily stay here again. It was easy to find and the directions that we were given were very easy to follow.

Simonetta is a friendly and welcoming hostess! Our room was cozy and clean, and the private bathroom was sparkly clean. 5 minutes on foot from the closest metro station, Valle Aurelia. Very nice Italian breakfast with croissant, coffee, yogurt and juice. Served on a cute balcony. Our last morning there we left in a rush to catch our train and Simonetta kindly packed our 2 croissants for us so we could have something for the road! above and beyond service for travellers!
