Very communicative, easy to find, and close to the airport. I love that it was self self-check-in too. En-suite bathroom. Quite place. I got a good night's rest. The taxi drivers know the location as well, making it very smooth and easy. I would stay here again if I arrive late and leave early again.

The taxi line at the airport was long. I opted for an Uber, but only take it from Terminal 1. The drivers don't go to the official Uber pickup spot. Just a time-saving tip. This is more due to demand and not the establishment. I understand the convenience, I just wish prices were lower. The taxi alone is 20ish Euros for a 5-minute ride. So altogether I paid $120 for the room + $50 for the taxi there and back. $170 for 4 hours of sleep. It was worth it for me because I had to work after getting home.

The couple that own the property their staff as they take care of everything about your stay and cannot do enough for you to make your stay stress free .Use their shuttle service as it is very convenient for the airport The rooms are nice and very adequate for the purpose of you stay in relation to the close proximity of the airport

There is a local bus service to the airport which runs every half hour (1.5 Euro) and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk from the property (but make sure you know the correct bus stop because it is not indicated on the bus shelter). A good supermarket is also just a 5-minute walk from the property. The air conditioning and internet work really well. The host was very responsive with detailed instructions on how to get to the property.

I would suggest a small desk for the room (helpful for working on a laptop), and a microwave oven for the communal area, but these are small issues.

Daniele is a perfect host. The instructions she gave us to get from Rome to the apartment and then to the airport the next morning were impeccable! The apartment was spotless and there were even snacks and water and a kettle and coffee machine. Very thoughtful indeed. A perfectly reasonable overnight on the way to the airport. With the price of hotels in Rome, this was a good alternative to have a quick exit to the airport. It is a very small town with a few restaurants close by. Not Rome quality, but acceptable for an overnight stay.

The room was impeccable, and so was the whole place. It’s located in a very convenient position, very close to the shuttle stop (which takes only 8 minutes to go back and forth from the main airport). The staff was also very helpful (especially considering that we had an issue with our flight and they assisted us in giving us back our room for one extra night. Additionally, they listed us a variety of different amazing places for lunches and dinners and we enjoyed trying a bunch of them.

Honestly nothing. The most concerning thing was the considerable proximity to the airport, but I got to enjoy watching those big planes flying over us.

Great location very close to FCO. Clean,quiet,comfortable and very well appointed room. Loved the coffee/ tea and snacks available in the room!Several restaurants walking distance away.The host was very receptive,friendly and gave me great directions on how to take the local bus from FCO which saved me a lot of money compared to the overpriced taxis. Will absolutely stay again!

They use natural products to clean. Bed was SO comfortable. The manager was utterly brilliant, really helped us, ordering taxi, giving info, being at the end of WhatsApp. It’s an unusual set up but I liked it. Handy if you have a flight (not the sort of place for a holiday.

Quite hard to work out how to get to the nearby airport but the manager was super helpful.

Conveniently close to the airport, basically one stop on a small municipal bus line that leaves from and arrives to Terminal 3 of FCO. (The ticket was a little complicated as I did not have a pass or exact change, but the drivers both from and to the airport were exceedingly kind and let me ride for free.) The directions for self check-in were clear, and it was easy to retrieve the key and get into the room. All was precisely as described: simple, clean, well-organized. Thoughtful welcome basket with local snacks and fresh water. Host was proactive, responsive and totally professional with great communication.

Not much to say here - it was a calm and quiet place, quite close to affordable and frequent public transport to the airport. Especially nice for travelers who want to be a little more eco-friendly in their stays. Be sure to open the shutters for a view of the courtyard lemon trees!

First I'd like to acknowledge how nice and helpful the host was. We were coming late at night from Rome to have an early flight from FCO and needed a self-checkin. They gave us the most complete instruction to the check-in ever so we would not have any problem coming quite late at night and not disturbing other guests. Moreover, they told us about the airport shuttle that leaves nearby and offered to book a taxi for the morning. As for the property, it had everything we needed - it was clean, had hot water, nice bed and an air conditioner. We even had a little snack and tea in the room. It was a perfect place to get some rest before the flight.

The host was amazing! I was coming in late from the airport but Daniele gave me all the check in information promptly and I was able to get into my room quickly. I had trouble getting a cab from the airport as most cabs were going to Rome, rather than Fiumicino. Daniele responded promptly when I shot her a Whatsapp, giving my contacts for taxis. She also pre-empted my need for a cab in the morning, and helped me reserve one without me asking. She is an extremely thoughtful person. She also made sure to check if the cab had arrived, and if I reached the airport safely. It was my first taste of Italian hospitality and I was very grateful for Daniele's kindness.

Not really the accommodation's fault but cab prices to the place can be steep. About €20 for the journey, though its relatively short (about 2km). Might add up to your costs for travellers on a tight budget.
