The couple that own the property their staff as they take care of everything about your stay and cannot do enough for you to make your stay stress free .Use their shuttle service as it is very convenient for the airport The rooms are nice and very adequate for the purpose of you stay in relation to the close proximity of the airport

Exceptional staff! Very kind and friendly Basic one-night facilities with all you need. Clean and comfy. 100 meters to a supermarket, 20 min walk to all the restaurants in the city.

The shuttle service is supposed to be 12 euros each way. I was charged 13.5 euros, as explained because of the city taxes. 1. I never heard about city taxes on private shuttle service, there is no receipt so probably no tac payment 2. just write 13.5 and don't surprise the visitors...

Daniele is a perfect host. The instructions she gave us to get from Rome to the apartment and then to the airport the next morning were impeccable! The apartment was spotless and there were even snacks and water and a kettle and coffee machine. Very thoughtful indeed. A perfectly reasonable overnight on the way to the airport. With the price of hotels in Rome, this was a good alternative to have a quick exit to the airport. It is a very small town with a few restaurants close by. Not Rome quality, but acceptable for an overnight stay.

The room was impeccable, and so was the whole place. It’s located in a very convenient position, very close to the shuttle stop (which takes only 8 minutes to go back and forth from the main airport). The staff was also very helpful (especially considering that we had an issue with our flight and they assisted us in giving us back our room for one extra night. Additionally, they listed us a variety of different amazing places for lunches and dinners and we enjoyed trying a bunch of them.

Honestly nothing. The most concerning thing was the considerable proximity to the airport, but I got to enjoy watching those big planes flying over us.

Conveniently close to the airport, basically one stop on a small municipal bus line that leaves from and arrives to Terminal 3 of FCO. (The ticket was a little complicated as I did not have a pass or exact change, but the drivers both from and to the airport were exceedingly kind and let me ride for free.) The directions for self check-in were clear, and it was easy to retrieve the key and get into the room. All was precisely as described: simple, clean, well-organized. Thoughtful welcome basket with local snacks and fresh water. Host was proactive, responsive and totally professional with great communication.

Not much to say here - it was a calm and quiet place, quite close to affordable and frequent public transport to the airport. Especially nice for travelers who want to be a little more eco-friendly in their stays. Be sure to open the shutters for a view of the courtyard lemon trees!

First I'd like to acknowledge how nice and helpful the host was. We were coming late at night from Rome to have an early flight from FCO and needed a self-checkin. They gave us the most complete instruction to the check-in ever so we would not have any problem coming quite late at night and not disturbing other guests. Moreover, they told us about the airport shuttle that leaves nearby and offered to book a taxi for the morning. As for the property, it had everything we needed - it was clean, had hot water, nice bed and an air conditioner. We even had a little snack and tea in the room. It was a perfect place to get some rest before the flight.

The host was amazing! I was coming in late from the airport but Daniele gave me all the check in information promptly and I was able to get into my room quickly. I had trouble getting a cab from the airport as most cabs were going to Rome, rather than Fiumicino. Daniele responded promptly when I shot her a Whatsapp, giving my contacts for taxis. She also pre-empted my need for a cab in the morning, and helped me reserve one without me asking. She is an extremely thoughtful person. She also made sure to check if the cab had arrived, and if I reached the airport safely. It was my first taste of Italian hospitality and I was very grateful for Daniele's kindness.

Not really the accommodation's fault but cab prices to the place can be steep. About €20 for the journey, though its relatively short (about 2km). Might add up to your costs for travellers on a tight budget.

We had problems with our first stay. They repaired the issue and gave us a bottle of wine the second time for the inconvenience. They had fabulous airport shuttle service. This is a great sleep/fly situation. Close to FCU airport.

Water pressure/hot water wasn’t great.

The owner was great at communication...I suggest you get What's App to use in Italy to communicate with accommodation. Check in was super easy. You will need to leave cash 1.50 Euro per person, per night. I suggest you get money before or after Rome airport as the ATMs and cash exchange are not the best. BNL bank ATMs across Italy give free withdrawals to many foreign cards. There is one down near the waterfront which is a nice walk. There is a supermarket near the Inn ... buy something for $2 and you will get change.. you can't ask for the change you want as it is automatically dispensed. We love that the place is vegan, we can all do more to help our animal friends. You don't need to be vegan to stay there, you just are asked to not bring in any animal based food like meat, dairy, eggs, fish etc. If you are vegan you will feel so blessed to be in a place full of love. It wasn't noisy...a few big planes went right overhead in the day and they were noisy, but most used a different runway and were too far to be a problem. We slept perfectly that night. The bed was very comfortable and there were thoughtful free snacks, coffee, and kettle available. We could walk from the airport (there is often no footpath.... It is along roadside or grass a lot of the way ... only for the brave!). There is a number 8 bus that doesn't seem to feature on Google or other transport apps, it is another option that stops at a bus waiting zone close to Vegan Inn and does a loop to the airport and back.There is no marked bus stop at the airport, so see the attached pics and maybe ask the info centre. It is 1.50 Euro each....cash or maybe (?) credit card. Or pay the Vegan Inn for pick up service....much cheaper and more reliable than uber/taxi.

There are not really any vegan options to eat out in the area so the ability to diy is important. I'm not sure if there were cooking facilities.... Check with the owners if you will need them. We carry a little electric travel cooker and enjoyed some veggie patties from the local supermarket.

Very close to the airport; even in the midnight it is accessible via taxi ~35 EUR (note, it was late 0AM). Great atmosphere and coziness, reminding a stay in a buddhist temple. Reasonably priced, very clean room and great snacks, tea, coffee ready for your treat.

It's around airport, so the noise might get concerned. It's a nice experience to have for a night, to understand all the local controversies of erecting an airport, though.
