First- if they offer you a shuttle service from Rome Central Station to the hotel, do it. A taxi/uber etc is far more expensive. Second, I considered this trip very utilitarian...took a late train from Puglia up to Rome, had an early flight to Istanbul in the morning. HOWEVER, after talking to the uber driver, I want to come back to "the seaside" as he called it and check it out. Obviously totally different than Rome, but sounds great. Facilities: They are a bit tired for US standards but if you want US...well, go back to the US. This is a small place, a bit out of the way, with VERY nice people working there and a very conenient location to the airport. I'd definitely stay again.

The most important thing to know about this little hotel is that the owners have obviously put a LOT of effort into creating a comfortable and clean living and sleeping experience. This place is very practical and the owners have clearly sat down and mapped out what a traveler might need for a night near the airport. There is a gazebo/tent in the yard containing a wonderful spread of extra towels, toiletries, and all the sundries a traveler might need for the night. This establishment is a gated home with just a few private rooms with a common kitchen and deck area and a nice yard situated near a busy intersection with a restaurant across the street. While there is no 'front desk' the manager was in full contact with us by phone and text/what's app, providing the location and code for the room and very promptly ordering us Transportation to the airport the next morning. Even after hours, the manager was extremely prompt and responsive! The room was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure was a bit low but not bad, and was very clean. Most likely the lower water pressure is also a well thought out plan to help protect the sleep of other residents in the other adjoining private rooms. Even the toilets were quiet! There was an immaculately clean common kitchen with a continental breakfast spread with love and attention to detail. A refrigerator contained ice cold bottles of juice, sparkling water, and spring water bottles. Breakfast included breads, jelly, fresh ground coffee, bagels, and assortments of cereal and ice cold milk! I would have only added some peanut butter and perhaps some cream cheese to make it perfect. This room is just 5 minutes from the terminal and I highly recommend this place if you are travelling through Fiumicino Airport.

Proximity to airport, but also Fiumicino city itself which is a hidden gem! Alessia was very helpful with instructions to get to the property and recommendations for a late dinner on the waterfront. Fabrizio is a helpful member of staff and great driver. I was particularly grateful for the working air conditioner!

The kitchen and breakfast was a bit sad, but you have everything you need there for a basic breakfast. Our shower drain had not been cleared of hair so the water filled up in the base of the shower quite quickly and took a while to drain.

This guest house provided a comfortable overnight accommodation for us between connecting flights. We chose this option because of the convenient transportation to/from the airport. The only “staff” we met were Georgio (very welcoming and kind)who picked us up at FCO at 9pm, drove us the short distance to the guest house, took us and our luggage into the house, checked us in, showed us the cereal and juice and milk for breakfast, and took us upstairs to our bedroom and bath. There was a basket of snacks in a table for us. Then he left the house. At 7am as arranged, we met Fabricio who drove us back to the airport.

Perhaps a choice of cereals (not just cornflakes) could be offered.

Beautiful interiors with the most comfortable beds we have had in 3 weeks in Italy! 🛌💤. The owner has a driver she specifically works with for airport transfers. This is MUCH easier and cheaper than a taxi! He is very friendly! Highly recommend!

The shared kitchen right outside our room meant that when people were coming home late and cooking/drinking it was a bit noisy. We had white noise playing so it wasn't that bad but should be taken into consideration if you are a light sleeper. You could ask for a room on a different floor from the kitchen.

The location was a 10 to 15 minute drive by their private driver who met us just as we were coming out the doors of the airport terminal we were communicating on WhatsApp once our flight landed Took us directly to our accommodations that were in a lovely quiet residential area Our host provided us information on where to find good restaurants with in walking distance that was on a public peer with wonderful views and atmosphere Never stayed this close to a major Airport that felt like it was part of the vacation The accommodation also met all of our requirements and then some

the property is well situated if you have a long transit. less than 5 mins by car and less than 20 mins by bus. It was clean and comfortable. if you are arriving late at night the hotel offers late check-in till 12:00 am ( midnight) however you need to have communication with Alessia so she can wait for you at the property. you might be dropped off earlier by the taxi and have to wait outside for your keys. if you are using taxi it will cost you 15 euros or 20 if it is later than this. Alessia with offer you the same price and you beed to use local taxis not the first one you see as you exit the airport. however if you are arriving much earlier you can use public bus number 8 which will drop you 5 minutes walking distance and cost you 1.5 euros or a bus shuttle which will cost you about 7 euros or less .there are restaurants nearby and a supermarket nearby.

I stayed for only one night therefore can’t elaborate. however I think it is a bit pricey or perhaps I made my booking a bit late. Breakfast is included but it is limited or at least to my taste.

Close to airport. Walking distance to restaurants and beach of Fiumicino. Basic self serve breakfast included. Very welcoming hostess Alessia, met us at the airport

Great staff and location. The hosts were responsive and the shuttle was affordable, well managed with timings and communication. They picked us up in the evening and early morning. Very professional and welcoming.

Everything was good considering the good value for money. We used the place only to sleep a few hours, a good option for quick stopover, I don't know how it's the area if you plan to spend a bit more time.

We are so thankful we found FiumicinoA57! The location was close to the airport yet on a quiet street. Alessia was incredibly kind and helpful which relieved a great deal of our stress surrounding travel in a foreign country. Fabrizio is a friendly, safe shuttle driver too! Our room was equipped with everything we could need and also some thoughtful extras. A large shared kitchen meant we could eat takeaway food at a table and not in bed! If I'm ever back in Rome, I'll be booking here again!
