First- if they offer you a shuttle service from Rome Central Station to the hotel, do it. A taxi/uber etc is far more expensive. Second, I considered this trip very utilitarian...took a late train from Puglia up to Rome, had an early flight to Istanbul in the morning. HOWEVER, after talking to the uber driver, I want to come back to "the seaside" as he called it and check it out. Obviously totally different than Rome, but sounds great. Facilities: They are a bit tired for US standards but if you want US...well, go back to the US. This is a small place, a bit out of the way, with VERY nice people working there and a very conenient location to the airport. I'd definitely stay again.

the property is well situated if you have a long transit. less than 5 mins by car and less than 20 mins by bus. It was clean and comfortable. if you are arriving late at night the hotel offers late check-in till 12:00 am ( midnight) however you need to have communication with Alessia so she can wait for you at the property. you might be dropped off earlier by the taxi and have to wait outside for your keys. if you are using taxi it will cost you 15 euros or 20 if it is later than this. Alessia with offer you the same price and you beed to use local taxis not the first one you see as you exit the airport. however if you are arriving much earlier you can use public bus number 8 which will drop you 5 minutes walking distance and cost you 1.5 euros or a bus shuttle which will cost you about 7 euros or less .there are restaurants nearby and a supermarket nearby.

I stayed for only one night therefore can’t elaborate. however I think it is a bit pricey or perhaps I made my booking a bit late. Breakfast is included but it is limited or at least to my taste.

The location was a 10 to 15 minute drive by their private driver who met us just as we were coming out the doors of the airport terminal we were communicating on WhatsApp once our flight landed Took us directly to our accommodations that were in a lovely quiet residential area Our host provided us information on where to find good restaurants with in walking distance that was on a public peer with wonderful views and atmosphere Never stayed this close to a major Airport that felt like it was part of the vacation The accommodation also met all of our requirements and then some

We are so thankful we found FiumicinoA57! The location was close to the airport yet on a quiet street. Alessia was incredibly kind and helpful which relieved a great deal of our stress surrounding travel in a foreign country. Fabrizio is a friendly, safe shuttle driver too! Our room was equipped with everything we could need and also some thoughtful extras. A large shared kitchen meant we could eat takeaway food at a table and not in bed! If I'm ever back in Rome, I'll be booking here again!

The owner was great Location, after a long day, short drive from Fiumicino airport, 2 stairways, and you can rest! Italian breakfast was exactly what we needed to start the day Clean and quiet (windows are A-Ok!)

Remember, time in ITALY is approximately. If you are on vacation, take your time... Shuttle service from airport and next day to car rental sevice was fine. Not punctual, but with care and willing to assist. Little things should be taken care of like toilet seats out of place. Towels could be softer.

Clean spacious bedrooms, u have kitchen for self service if needed to make tea coffee , owner very professional and helpful. Accommodation very Close to airport and to the big WOW supermarket, u have an availability of service from the property collection or drop of to airport or wherever u needed ( for extra charge) . I loved the part they have lemon trees in they garden 😌

The location near the town is excellent. Cost was reasonable for a place near the airport. Alessia facilitated easy transfers to and from the airport--which made it easy to make my flight connections from Florence through Rome back to the US. Cold water and juices were in the refrigerator. Soap and shampoo were in the shower. Nice kitchen area with balcony overlooking the garden.

Liked that there was an electric kettle and milk for morning tea. I did not find any black tea, however. Corn Flakes were unappetizing. One bun and some biscuits were OK. Great to have the milk available. Thanks.

The property is a traditional Italian Villa close to the airport. The staff was friendly and responded quickly. Special thanks to their driver Paola for picking me up from the airport in the middle of the night! The room was functional. It had AC (not noisy at all), a big double bed, a fully equipped toilet (soap, towels, hairdryer), and snacks/jam was provided for breakfast. The shared area includes a fully equipped kitchen with access to breakfast items (coffee, juice, milk) and a terrace to enjoy your breakfast. All equipment was new and in excellent conditions.

I cannot think anything negative about this property.

We had a truly Venetian experience. Everything from the big heavy door, the large entrance space where canal water rose and fell on the steps to the upstairs apartment with a canal view is what life in Venice is like. The location was a convenient short walk from S. Angelo Vaporetto stop, a supermarket and restaurants. Host, Rosanna, was especially helpful.
