We were supposed to be picked up at the airport and driven to the hotel. When I called the driver, he apologized and said he could not get us, but to stand in the taxi line (which had at least 100 people in it). When we got to the front, the man in charge said to wait to the side. We did but watched as at least 30 cabs drove people away. The man said all drivers were refusing g to take us bc it was to close to the airport. I called the driver again and he said for us to go to the end of the airport and ask for Luigi. We did and there was no Luigi. I called again because I had no idea what to do. I’m elderly and use a cane. A black van was parked across the airport street who turned out to be Luigi. Luigi was hostile and made it clear he did not want to drive us but would. We arrived at the hotel 2 hours after our flight came in, it seems Luigi was there to pick up other people also. This was so unacceptable. Although the hotel was very nice, in the future we will stay at one that has their own shuttle service

This was not that important and has to be expected, and we imagine that soundproofing would probably be very difficult to install, but the airplane noise is loud. Excellent bed but slightly lumpy pillows. (Not a big deal.) We really liked this hotel.

Location was great! Nestled in a quiet residential area, this hotel is very close to the boardwalk next to the sea and port. It is close enough to walk to the restaurant area, about 10 minutes away, every now and then you year planes taking off, but it's not bothersome. The staff was exceptionally helpful, informative, and charming. Will absolutely recommend to fellow travelers and I will be coming back to stay here.

I struggled with getting the shower to work how I wanted, though I'm certain it's a user error and had I called the receiption, I'm certain they would have been able to assist. Everything else was wonderful!

It is so much better than what the hotel chains have to offer. Our apartments had 3 spacious rooms and a lift, the street was quiet and with an easy walk to a great Japanese/ Asian restaurant.

We had arranged with the hotel to be picked up at the airport but the driver was unavailable at the last minute. We waited in the taxi queue for over an hour. Rome airport is chaos.

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Highly recommend if you need to be close to the airport. They have a shuttle you can pay for to get to the airport, about 15 minutes away.

It was a welcome stay after travelling around Sicily and other parts of Italy. Staying so close to the airport was the best decision as it meant we did not have to get up too early for our flight. 10 mins shuttle to the airport. Lovely walk to the port where there are so many really good restaurants. We had the best sleep that night. The staff were so lovely. Check in and out was easy.

Bit tired and dated and could do with a renovation.

The advertisement said airport shuttle, perfect but I thought it was included. I had to pay 20 +10 euro. Not sure why the extra 10 euro. I was disappointed but I was taken to the airport at 2:45 am so that was good.

Spacious, bed and sofa bed included, AC, good locations near restaurants

The beds were not the most comfortable and the sink was leaking which led to a huge puddle of water any time we used the sink. A staff member did come look at it right away and offered to change it, but we were so tired from our flight and were only staying one night so we let them know they could fix it once we left as we just wanted to inform them of the leak so we would not be held responsible.

It's close to the airport and the price is affordable. Beds are comfortable. They gifted us 2 waters. Staff was really nice.

The double bed was comprised of 2 single bed matresses, There was a weird smell all over the property, like an old house.
