I cannot say enough good things about this property. I was surprised. While listed as a "hotel", it is actually individual apartments with private exterior entrances and gated courtyards. My primary concern was to have a safe place to park our rental car, as it was full of our extra bags. This property has an underground parking garage with excellent security. The neighborhood is very safe. It is conveniently on the airport perimeter. But it is the staff that deserve special note. We checked in during a night of heavy rain. The gentleman carried our bags while holding an umbrella and walked us to our apartment. In the morning a delightful woman arranged a taxi to central Rome. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Nothing at all to complain about. It was exceptional. Although, driving to the terminal was a bit different because we were not arriving on the highway, so we ended up taking a wrong road. In the future, I will look at the map before leaving and look more carefully for the correct signs.

We were supposed to be picked up at the airport and driven to the hotel. When I called the driver, he apologized and said he could not get us, but to stand in the taxi line (which had at least 100 people in it). When we got to the front, the man in charge said to wait to the side. We did but watched as at least 30 cabs drove people away. The man said all drivers were refusing g to take us bc it was to close to the airport. I called the driver again and he said for us to go to the end of the airport and ask for Luigi. We did and there was no Luigi. I called again because I had no idea what to do. I’m elderly and use a cane. A black van was parked across the airport street who turned out to be Luigi. Luigi was hostile and made it clear he did not want to drive us but would. We arrived at the hotel 2 hours after our flight came in, it seems Luigi was there to pick up other people also. This was so unacceptable. Although the hotel was very nice, in the future we will stay at one that has their own shuttle service

Superb staff. Steven was very kind and very helpful. Nice clean up-to-date room. Very spacious and immaculately clean. Lots of very new fixtures. Helpful info on local facilities. Friendly and timely shuttle.

This was not that important and has to be expected, and we imagine that soundproofing would probably be very difficult to install, but the airplane noise is loud. Excellent bed but slightly lumpy pillows. (Not a big deal.) We really liked this hotel.

Location was great! Nestled in a quiet residential area, this hotel is very close to the boardwalk next to the sea and port. It is close enough to walk to the restaurant area, about 10 minutes away, every now and then you year planes taking off, but it's not bothersome. The staff was exceptionally helpful, informative, and charming. Will absolutely recommend to fellow travelers and I will be coming back to stay here.

I struggled with getting the shower to work how I wanted, though I'm certain it's a user error and had I called the receiption, I'm certain they would have been able to assist. Everything else was wonderful!

It is so much better than what the hotel chains have to offer. Our apartments had 3 spacious rooms and a lift, the street was quiet and with an easy walk to a great Japanese/ Asian restaurant.

We had arranged with the hotel to be picked up at the airport but the driver was unavailable at the last minute. We waited in the taxi queue for over an hour. Rome airport is chaos.

Very comfortable, clean, and spacious. Highly recommend if you need to be close to the airport. They have a shuttle you can pay for to get to the airport, about 15 minutes away.

Close to airport and what you need when travelling or just arriving. Lovely and clean. Nice big room, great receptionist.

Nothing but I only wish these places had a Google TV a bit more. You know, for when you have kids etc. Otherwise it was really good.

This hotel is close to the airport. The rooms are big with a balcony on 2 sides. The rooms are clean. We were able to walk to several different restaurants.

Suites were spacious and the staff was pleasant. A few restaurants were very close and a grocery store was a short walk away. They let us store our bags until our room was ready free of charge.

It was hard that reception had somewhat limited hours

It was a welcome stay after travelling around Sicily and other parts of Italy. Staying so close to the airport was the best decision as it meant we did not have to get up too early for our flight. 10 mins shuttle to the airport. Lovely walk to the port where there are so many really good restaurants. We had the best sleep that night. The staff were so lovely. Check in and out was easy.

Bit tired and dated and could do with a renovation.
