Room was spacious.As welcome gift there were water bottles in the fridge - very useful as we arrived late and had no water with us. Staff is very accommodating and helpful, all communications were timely and clear. There are number of restaurants around in walking proximity open until fairly late.

I was surprised that we didn't find even any glasses in the room. It was clear that usage of kitchenette is at extra cost but not even single use glasses - that was surprising. Another thing good to know is that despite 4km distance from FCO transportation is quite expensive (€35 from airport and €25 to airport), so it will not give you any savings comparing to airport hotels if you account for any.

Beyond expectations! My flight arrived in Rome very late, and I only needed a room for a short overnight stay. Based on the photos and price on Booking, I didn’t have high expectations, but this stay completely exceeded them. Upon arrival, the hotel provided a clear and detailed check-in guide, explaining everything patiently as if guiding a child. The moment I opened the door, the air conditioning was already on, making the room wonderfully warm, and the hot water was available instantly. Before check-out, the owner even treated me to a coffee. This hotel truly enhanced my impression of Rome!

Spent there one night before the flight back home First of all THE STAFF! Alex and Gianluca did a fantastic job, 10/10! Informative, effective, fast, perfect english. Everything from booking the room, to getting tips how to get there from FCO, to restaurants around, to check in/out. Only the best words go to them 👍 The room: spacious, clean, comfortable. The only downside - weak and unstable WiFi. Transfer to the airport (driver Emiliano very professional, friendly and punctual) went very smoothly and was reasonably priced. Highly recommended 👏

the hotel was close to the airport. our train was delayed so we arrived after check in but we did a self checkin. the staff kept in touch with us on whats app with instructions. I contacted the hotel before we left the states asking about transportation from the airport to hotel. they sent me information on the taxi company they use and I was able to set it up before hand. the taxi driver stayed in contact with me on whatsapp with instructions on where to wait for pick up and how far away he was. the room was large and comfortable.

the shower got the floor wet and ran out of hot water during the shower.

This property was very close to the airport and the rooms were very big and air conditioning worked great! The staff was also super friendly and accomadating to our needs.

We ordered a shuttle bus from the hotel to come pick us up and they never showed up. I was trying to message and call and they weren’t answering. About 25 minutes later he texted me and said he’ll be there in twenty minutes and I told him we couldn’t wait for him because we had a flight and needed to leave earlier than that. We ended up ordering an uber and we were were really disappointed about the shuttle driver not showing until 45 minutes after we scheduled for him to be there.

The staff especially Francesca who's so accommodating & helpful in every aspect; likewise her fellow colleague who's so kind to consider if i still need to extend my stay. The ease of getting to & fro the airport by the help of their nice shuttle driver make the trip worthwhile. The facilities were clean & well maintained. I had a very relaxing rest & sleep after the stressful cancelled flights i had. Thank you Hotel La Maison Jolie. Until my next visit. Total excellent experience. Recommendable, 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I needed a place to spend a few hours of connection between flights. So the place was perfect for that purpose. It was very comfortable. I could rest, take a nap, have a good shower and have a nice meal in the nearby restaurants.

A shuttle service from and to the airport costs 30 euros, which I thought to be a bit expensive for a five minutes drive. I wished the place could have a cheapter commute to offer.

We stayed there in July, for a night as we had a morning flight. Location was very close to the airport. Beds were super comfortable. AC was cold. We booked a room for three people, and it was very spacious. Very clean and tidy. Poke bowl/sushi was just around the corner. Easy check in and check out. When arrived, we were given a cold bottle of water for each person. Hotel provided towels and soap, wifi was great and there was a fridge. The receptionist, Alex, was the best! He helped us printed our boarding pass. He was very friendly, very informative and helped us arranged the transportation to the airport. Thank you so much Alex! You're the reason why tourists will come back to this hotel. La Maison Jolie, keep Alex! Will come back and stay there again for sure.

Great stay, we had to take a flight early the next morning and this place had a great value. Initially we were thinking of booking the Hilton inside the airport but I am so glad we didn’t do that. We spent a fraction of that place’s cost, the reception kindly accommodated a 10 min airport shuttle, and we went to 2 local neighborhood restaurants that was absolutely delicious! The restaurants, the shuttle and the hotel combined was still less than the Hilton in the airport. Crazy! Everyone was suuuuper friendly too! Huge thank you!

The warm room and comfortable bed, TV and fridge available. It was very clean and quiet. Very courteous, gentle and helpful front desk receptionist who saw that everything ran smoothly during your stay.

The windows were locked from the inside. I couldn't open them to get some natural light.. And the door had an automatic lock. It made me a little nervous. How was a guest to get out in case of a fire?... Especially if the automatic lock broke down and windows were locked from the inside?
