The location is wonderful. It’s a quiet, peaceful, and secluded spot. The ladies who welcomed us are very helpful and kind. To spend a night listening to nature, smell the smoke from fireplaces, and experience small town in Italy culture was amazing.

It was a second floor room, a little awkward to get to, especially for an older couple with suitcases. While it was clean and wonderful, it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping (hard mattress).

Erica was so wonderful, she was waiting at the front of her property and showed us around when we arrived, an hour later than expected. She replied instantly and booked a last minute taxi for us the next morning. Check in and out was super simple. There was a fridge and breakfast with packaged toast, jams, croissants, and juice for us in our room. We were super grateful as we arrived at 10pm and hadn’t even had dinner yet. The taxi she organised for us was very prompt.

Shower was a bit small, pillows weren’t super comfortable, walls were thin, we could hear the other customers leaving early in the morning 4am.

The welcome from Enrica was great and the room was really comfortable. We were able to find a wonderful little restaurant for dinner just a short walk away - Trattoria Al Monte - which served delicious local food.

Access to and from The Yellow House is only really by taxi. We found the cheapest way to get there was to take the train from Roma Tiburtina to Fiera di Roma (not all the way to the airport because this is more expensive) and take a taxi from there (about 25 euro).

Great proximity to the airport. Really quiet neighbourhood so easy to get some sleep before an early flight. Enrica our host is a star. Made us feel so welcome and made a gorgeous breakfast tray for us as we had an early start the next morning. Room is huge and really comfy with a modern bathroom and plenty of storage space and wall mounted TV. Supermarket and local restaurant nearby too that serviced delicious authentic Roman dishes. Can’t praise this place highly enough.

The property was clean, tidy and the room comfortable, however, I have scored a 10 due to the host, Enrica, who is incredibly friendly and helpful. We were late arriving on our bikes and had to arrange boxes for the flight home. Enrica helped us with TaxiVan bookings for the both the evening to the local Decathlon store, and the following morning to get to the airport, and provided us with several options for eating out, as we were very short of time. Her recommendation of restaurant was perfect and the food superb. The perfect host. For those with English as a first language, her English is fantastic.

The host Enricka was perhaps the friendliest and most helpful person we dealt with in our entire 3 week trip to Italy. She is so helpful and sweet--I highly reccommend her! We stayed here overnight before an early morning flight (it's very conveniently located for getting to and from the airport). The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is strong, and the treats for breakfast were tasty!

The shower is a bit tight, just something to be aware of.

Great value for the price. We just needed a hotel for one night close the Rome airport for an early next morning flight and this hotel was clean, comfortable, and a nice seafood restaurant was just around the block! Our host was accommodating and helped us book an early morning taxi.

There wasn't really anything significant that we didn't like! It's a bit of a walk to the closest beach, but since we had the time we still did it. The town Is not very interesting but this is no fault of the hotel.

We were so happy with a number of things. The personalised service and conversation with Enrica, especially upon our arrival and later over breakfast, was just fabulous; we were able to park securely on the property and come and go so easily; our bedroom was spacious, comfortable and had everything that we needed; the Yellow House was close to a great cafe/bakery (less than 5 minutes walk), and good restaurants were within walking distance (15-20 minutes; not to mention that Enrica was so warm and friendly, very responsive to all of our communications, and has excellent fluency in English. We had the best time :) :)

We cannot think of any aspect of our overnight stay at the Yellow House that could be improved upon.

An enjoyable experience. The scenary in Fiumicino is very good along the beach, which has five different colors at sunset. Breakfast was provided free of charge. The double room was big enough and was well equipped with fridge, kettle and tv. The lay out of the garden was also very nice. The host Enrica is a very good and considerate person. We arrived during Easter holiday during which most restaurants are closed, and she managed to find restaurants for our dinner ahead of our arrival. When we tried to go to the airport, Enrica helped us calling the taxi services. She also has a very cute dog called Sophie who's very approachable.
