Enrica, the host, was extremely responsive and clear in her messages. The location was close to the airport. The rooms were very clean and had all that was needed for a quick overnight stay. An optional shuttle service to/from the airport at a fair price was available.

Dining options within 15 minute walking distance were very limited. Part of this was that our stay was on Tuesday and many are closed that day. It was somewhat difficult to contact/communicate with the first shuttle driver and it wasn't clear where the meeting location was. This caused us a 40 minute delay in our transport from the airport to the property, but was ultimately resolved.

I judge properties partially by the responsiveness of the host. I cannot say more in support of Enrica who owns this property. Over a few weeks before we stayed there, I had some questions for Enrica and she was extremely helpful and very prompt in her replies. But this is not all that is exceptional about her property. This is not a sideline for her, this is her business, and she is acutely attuned to the needs of her guests. The room was exceptionally clean, the area was quiet, the location was very convenient. We had a meal at a local trattoria that she recommended and it was really good. It is within walking distance. The breakfast was also outstanding. We highly recommend this property as a great value.

The room was comfortably large. The bed was great. Enrica, the host, was very friendly and helpful. Continental Breakfast included. Very reasonably priced. Enrica is able to organise fixed price airport transfer.

The shower was very small. There aren't a lot of shops or restaurants close by. But this wasn't a big issue there were a few restaurants within a 15-20 min walk. Not easy to get public transport to/from the airport. Need to catch a taxi or private transfer.

The location is wonderful. It’s a quiet, peaceful, and secluded spot. The ladies who welcomed us are very helpful and kind. To spend a night listening to nature, smell the smoke from fireplaces, and experience small town in Italy culture was amazing.

It was a second floor room, a little awkward to get to, especially for an older couple with suitcases. While it was clean and wonderful, it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping (hard mattress).

Erica was so wonderful, she was waiting at the front of her property and showed us around when we arrived, an hour later than expected. She replied instantly and booked a last minute taxi for us the next morning. Check in and out was super simple. There was a fridge and breakfast with packaged toast, jams, croissants, and juice for us in our room. We were super grateful as we arrived at 10pm and hadn’t even had dinner yet. The taxi she organised for us was very prompt.

Shower was a bit small, pillows weren’t super comfortable, walls were thin, we could hear the other customers leaving early in the morning 4am.

This was the perfect spot for spending the night before our early am flight. Enrica was a wonderful host and was always available to answer questions. We let her know our arrival time and she was right there to greet us.. The room was very spacious and clean, and she left us a basket of cookies, breads for breakfast as we were leaving very early. She also arranged for a shuttle to the airport for us. I would definitely stay here again!

The welcome from Enrica was great and the room was really comfortable. We were able to find a wonderful little restaurant for dinner just a short walk away - Trattoria Al Monte - which served delicious local food.

Access to and from The Yellow House is only really by taxi. We found the cheapest way to get there was to take the train from Roma Tiburtina to Fiera di Roma (not all the way to the airport because this is more expensive) and take a taxi from there (about 25 euro).

Great proximity to the airport. Really quiet neighbourhood so easy to get some sleep before an early flight. Enrica our host is a star. Made us feel so welcome and made a gorgeous breakfast tray for us as we had an early start the next morning. Room is huge and really comfy with a modern bathroom and plenty of storage space and wall mounted TV. Supermarket and local restaurant nearby too that serviced delicious authentic Roman dishes. Can’t praise this place highly enough.

The host Enricka was perhaps the friendliest and most helpful person we dealt with in our entire 3 week trip to Italy. She is so helpful and sweet--I highly reccommend her! We stayed here overnight before an early morning flight (it's very conveniently located for getting to and from the airport). The bed is comfortable, the air conditioner is strong, and the treats for breakfast were tasty!

The shower is a bit tight, just something to be aware of.
