Pretty property with a nice outdoor space. The room was modern and clean. There is also a nice restaurant on the same street La Fraschetta di Fiumicino which was good value for money. Staff: The lady that checked me in was very nice and welcoming. She doesn’t speak much English but that wasn’t a problem. We used google translate. Location: The closest bus is at the end of the street near the roundabout. About at 900 m walk. Which come about every 30 minutes. It will take you into Fiumicino or Ostia.

Tiziana, the host, was very nice. She has contacted me straight after booking and provided me with all the details regarding my stay. My room was ready much in advance, it was done as an exception. The room is clean and cozy. You will need a Fiumicino taxi to get from the FCO airport to the B&B because the distance is 6 km. The taxi price is 25 EUR. There is a small restaurant 50m away from "A casa di Titty" where you can enjoy your lunch and dinner. Nothing special but still. The sea is 2,5 km away. I strongly recommend "A casa di Titty" for a short stay in Fiumicino.

It was clean and comfortable; well equipped, and felt safe and homely. I liked the fact that there were not too many rooms and that the landlady lived there.it was quiet, and the garden was lovely.

The fact that the host did not speak any English and I didn't know any Italian! So we managed by Google translator. I had put in a request to come early; I was tired after a long journey, and a taxi driver cheated me. My request was not responded to, and no one answered the phone .

The B&B is very clean and cosy. The room is very clean and freshly renovated. Calm location. Beautiful small garden. Very friendly and helpful host :) There is a coffee machine in the room, the breakfast is very basic.

Lovely host and very nice accommodation in a suburban neighbourhood very convenient for the airport. Cacio e Pepe restaurant is a short walk and is highly recommended.

Very minor - the breakfast was a slight disappointment; prepackaged cakes and biscuits, and a coffee machine in the room rather than the breakfast with the host we were expecting.

Our hostess was very nice but not speak any English although she had an app on the phone so we could communicate the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

We booked in at a b and b but did not receive any breakfast apart from cakes and biscuits fortunately there was a small shop so we could buy fruit not everybody likes a sweet breakfast.

Difficult to get there around midnight when taxi drivers are at strike. We were told that after 1am check in is not possible, which means we would have to sleep on the street since we only landed 23.50. Luckily 2 nice people agreed to take us there and we managed to be there just 10 minutes before 1am. To book this place, this should be clearly stated in booking.com.

The location is very peaceful and safe even though it is only about 5 minutes from the airport and free parking just 2 minutes from the house. The place is extremely clean and the breakfast, although self-service in the room, is very good: with an expresso machine, milk frother and fresh cake, we were happy to skip the nearby bar.
