Good conditions, clean and comfortable. the room has everything you need. Attentive and caring staff. The airport is not far away. The journey to the airport by taxi will take 5-10 minutes.

The only drawback is the lack of public transport in the area. But if you have a driver's license, you can rent a car.

Very good location super close to the airport. The breakfast items prepared for us for the next day when we had to leave super early, was a really nice touch. The TV is great and has netfix- Perfect to chill before or after yoir flight. Very well explained and straightforward self check in process so you can come and leave at any time. The contact with the owner was very quick and easy.

I was really looking forward to the jacuzzi bath but it didn't seem very clean and had a weird smell coming out of the jets when turned on.

The owner very accurate with information how to reach the property. Airport at about 10 minutes, so for me it was ideal.. Parking in the street very useful, just in front of the property. Not so much traffic when I was there, so I felt the car was safe. The room very clean

There is no means of public transport nearby, We had to book tax to move around or walk about 23 minutes to get the bus to the ostia centre .

Super nice people! Excellent location close to the airport (but need a taxi). Restaurants close by, Cafe close by. Really nice, huge jacuzzi bathtub in the white room. Very comfortable, AC split works well. All good!

It's a pity that the description of the breakfast did not include information about what was included. For me personally, it was just sweet snacks.

Very safe place to stay. We enjoyed the snacks provided. My wife loved using the sauna tub. I am especially appreciative of the host setting us up with a taxi for an early morning flight out of FCO. His name was Marco and arrived early and he was reasonablably priced. We only stayed one night b/c we had a lay over. We walked to a local restaurant Lady Rose da Franca nearby and their 4 course fish plate was outstanding in taste and exceptionally reasonable. Thank you so much, MG

This hotel does not appear to be in a heavy tourist area. Most people didn't speak English. I would have liked to have known where to get off as we initially took the bus from FCO to fiumicino but we got lost and had to call a taxi. I learned if you don't know your way around or understand Italian get a taxi.

The convenience of parking, the location near the airport, the easy check-in, the communication with the owner, the room, the kitchen with the coffee machine. Everything.

This guest house is amazing. Clean, modern amenities and great staff. They offer extremely affordable airport shuttle with a lovely driver!
