Amazing hosts, quiet little spot near the airport. Perfect place for that longer layover between flights or if you have an early flight. A taxi was organized for us a 6am and was waiting for us right on the dot. We talked to the hosts who were so wonderful and warm

This is not a negative on the accommodation just the area. There is not much around and the restaurants open at like 8pm that you can walk to so if you are in at a weird time or jet lagged you pretty much only have the super market as your food source. Breakfast options would be even less so maybe buy something from the shop the day before

We stayed at Pauline's for the proximity to the Rome airport, so the location was great for us. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The room we had was upstairs, and it was very large and clean. We also used the table and chairs on the deck to play cards and the yard was very lovely. The restaurant recommended by the hosts was a 2 minute walk away and was excellent--one of the best meals we had in Italy!! Overall, a very nice place to stay.

The only reason we did not give this room a 10 is because the shower was difficult for us to use comfortably. The shower is inside a bathtub and uses a handheld shower head. There is a slanted ceiling over the tub and the glass partition between the tub and room itself does not go all the way to the back wall so it was difficult to stand up straight and shower without spraying water on the floor. Otherwise the bathroom was large and fully equipped.

Paoline's Villa was decorated in a very artfully pleasing manner. We had the whole upstairs space, with a queen bed and two twins a TV and air conditioning. The furniture was solid quality. The bathroom was a delight! Paoline and Mossimo were friendly and engaging. Mossimo even made us dinner, for a price, and well worth it! He's a master in the kitchen! A meal that was definitely one of the best in Italy, no joke! The neighborhood was very nice, with a walled and gated yard. They had all kinds of interesting plants and it was perfectly manicured. Parking was easy, just outside the gate! They even offered to drive us to the airport.

I was only at Paola and Massimo's house for one night but they took care of me like I was family! My flight from Italy wasn't till the evening, and they kindly let me leave my luggage and then Massimo gave me a ride to the airport (just noting that this is a paid service but I knew that in advance, and in any case it is much, much easier than getting there by bus or taxi). They also gave me recommendations about local restaurants etc., and just generally were incredibly lovely with me. The room itself was also great, I found the bed to be very comfortable, and then the bathroom is just gorgeous—so much space and an actual bath! If I ever need to stay in Fiumicino again, I'll book this place again without a doubt!

everything was great

Paola and his husband are delightful people, very welcoming and nice to chat with. They came to picked me up at the airport and they organised the drop off as well. The house is really cute, with a nice garden. Perfect for a longer staying to relax. Unfortunately I stayed only a night but for sure next time I would consider stay longer.

It's difficult to find something not nice as I really appreciated everything maybe small details, the room is a bit dark and it would be nice to have the opportunity to get into the kitchen in case I would like to make a coffee or thee.

Paola and Massimo were very good with communicating before our stay, we used their transfer service from/back to the airport and it was very convenient. The best was comfy, the room and bathroom were VERY clean and we had an excellent sleep after 20 hours of travel. Definitely recommend this place for a short stay. We would stay here again if traveling to/from FCO airport.

Nothing to complain about, but just so new guests know, the breakfast is no longer offered. We were a bit confused because we read about breakfast in some of the older reviews. Not to worry, there is an excellent bar/restaurant around the corner and a supermarket a short 12-15 minute walk too.

Paoline and Massimo are a wonderful couple. They welcomed us, showed us around, organised a Taxi for us (for an early pickup to the Airport 😫), and offer us dinner. Their english is perfect (because our italian is rubbish 😆).

The bathroom had a sloping ceiling meaning I couldn't stand upright in the shower - 1st world problems. Seriously - the shower was manageable and we had a wonderful stay. Everything else was great!

Paoline's Suite in Villa in Fiumicino offers clean, comfortable accommodations on a well maintained property with a lovely garden. Paola and Massimo are fantastic hosts who go above and beyond to make you feel like family. After a long flight, their homecooked meals are a true comfort, and the convenience of airport pick-up and drop-off makes everything stress-free. Highly recommended for a warm, welcoming stay near the airport!

Everything was great!

After 2 weeks in Europe and going on a cruise, it was great to stay at Pauline’s with Massimo and Pauline. We found our way from the port to Fiumicino Airport and Massimo picked us up. Pauline is so communicative and helpful. We could relax and enjoyed fabulous home cooked meals at their home. We spent one day visiting the nearby ruins and castle. They beach is nearby if someone wanted to relax by the ocean. There was an amazing restaurant 150 feet away where we enjoyed lunch. Pauline and Massimo told us what to order that wasn’t on the menu. Another American couple saw our food and ordered it in addition to their meal. We had as much privacy as we wanted in our private suite with bathroom. Everything was meticulous, clean, plenty of great water to drink. I look forward to returning again to stay at Pauline’s!

I can’t think of any criticism.

Pauline’s home was very welcoming both inside and out. The suite was spacious and had comfortable beds. Massimo picked us up at the airport and they even arranged for a taxi with Paulo the next morning for our early flight. They were very hospitable and warm hearted people. You can tell they love what they do in welcoming travelers into their home. We enjoyed our short but memorable one night before flying home.

Nothing negative. All was great!
