First off, Federico was kind enough to pick us up at the Rome Airport, 2 1/2 miles away. That "shuttle service" for 15 Euro was such a deal AND super convenient. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Big bathroom with a good shower. Federico has a great little breakfast area set up for the guests. Quite a variety of food. The hotel has a wonderful patio area filled with a few tables and a lovely garden area filled with flowers. Lastly, though we were close to the airport, the noise was minimal. We stayed 2 nights.

Nothing comes to mind. Federico has thought of everything for his guests!

The host was absolutely fantastic. Air conditioning unit worked like a beauty. Water pressure was good. Hot water was as it should be. Shuttle service at a reasonable price. Beautiful porch. Free tea and coffee.

Public transportation in the area is not the greatest, but that is at no fault of the hotel.

Beautiful homey setting surrounded by a lovely garden and a sitting porch. Clean and comfortable room with all the amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and close to airport. Great communication and support from the proprietor Federico including shuttle service to and from the airport. Bonus to find tasty breakfast snacks and coffee available in the morning!

The proximity to the airport. The owner's caring and attentiveness was amazing. The expectations of the property superseded what I had envisioned!! This place for me was a one night close to airport location , but worth possibly in the future staying here when visiting Rome!

We were collected from the airport and arrived 15 minutes later. You entered our suite to a small foyer that had two doors off it, the bathroom and bedroom. The bed was king sized and I awoke after a great night's sleep without the aches and pains of long distance travel (at 75 there are a lot of those). Villa Rosita sits next to a Soccer Club that boasts a bar with drinks, sandwiches, pizza and snack food. A 10 minute stroll away is a supermarket and, in the other direction a market and more eating places. A map showing all of these is supplied on check in. We dined at al Monte Trattoria, five minutes walk away, and thoroughly enjoyed good Italian food. Breakfast included had all you could ask for and was self serve. I could not have asked for more!

Absolutely nothing

My room was spacious and clean and even included several free water bottles. There is a grocery store just down the street and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The area was nice and quiet. Finally, I arranged with the owner for a ride to the airport the next morning for half the price of what it would have cost for a taxi. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

You'll need to take a taxi or arrange some other transport if you're just coming from the airport. Google maps did not give accurate bus directions, and there were no signs or bus schedules listed at the airport or even at the bus stops themselves.

This place is quiet and comfortable to stay before you depart Rome. The distance to the airport is very convenient. There are also some mom and pop restaurants which have amazing food and inexpensive costs. Federico is an amazing host. He took us in, communicated when he had to leave, and took us to the airport for way less than a taxi ride. He even took the previous guest's passport to the airport because they left it in their room.

The taxi cabs are not honest. You're either Italian or an atm. I would say use the white taxis, but they don't cut the meter on and charge you €30-45 for 5 to 10 minutes rides. That was very disappointing.

Very clean, quaint, comfortable, close to supermarkets, restaurants, & bus stop, spacious room & bathroom. Federico is so inviting & kind. He is easy to communicate with. He picked us up at the airport when we arrived and took us back when we left...he charges €15 each way. We spent 3 nights here & took the bus into the airport where we could catch the train into the city. It only runs once an hour & costs €7 per person each way. Breakfast consists of "snacks"...cookies, cellophane wrapped pastries, muffins, cakes, & pancakes, juices & coffee. We would stay here again.

Villa Rosita was nicely maintained, both the yard & interior & its location on a quiet side street meant there no traffic noise. The room was very comfortable w everything one would need, air conditioned & nice view out back window. The host responded quickly to my questions online & was very helpful & reassuring in arranging an early - 4 a.m. airport pick up for me. In addition the owner picked me & another couple up at FCO Providing very clear instructions on where to meet him.

The Villa wasn’t right at the airport but was convenient to a grocery store & a restaurant. Not a lot to see or do as a residential area but perfect for a pre or post FCO flight stay especially given the hosts willingness to arrange or provide transportation.

The owner is absolutely fantastic. He is amazing and fast with communication and even picked us up from the airport for a very reasonable price. He had his beautiful villa beautifully decorated and clean. He had a 24/7 espresso machine, chairs, and small breakfast pastry station even before our very early flight. It is very quiet and in a great location very close to the airport and train. He set up our taxi for the next morning that was very helpful and took away a lot of stress. I would absolutely recommend this stay and I would return
