I really appreciated how close the property is to the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, and there are a couple of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, which is quite convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and air conditioning. I also enjoyed the view from my room. A simple breakfast was provided, including coffee and a croissant — a nice touch to start the day. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. I had forgotten my charger plug, and he kindly provided me with one and even let me keep it for the rest of my trip. Overall, it's a great place to stay if you're looking for accommodation near the airport. Highly recommended!

The host was very nice and friendly. He waited for us till the late night because our flight was delayed. He also nicely explained all. The bed for two was very comfortable. The room was clean except for one thing. The breakfast was nice and there was a range of different drinks (coffee, orzo, tea). The location is in 40 minutes walk from sea. There was excellent restaurant nearby.

The bathroom was a bit old and there was unpleasant smell (not really serious). There also was strange dirty spot on the one of the blankets. The one-person bed was not comfortable (it was rather a cot then real bed).

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Francesco is a wonderful person, and he was so welcoming to us and told us about an incredible steak house that's about 200 meters from the apartment. Definitely stay here, and eat there! It was nice and quiet on the top (4th) floor apartment, and the balcony offers a great view over Fiumicino. The bed is comfy, the bathroom is very nice, and everything is super clean. Close to the airport, with a nice balcony to end the night on after a great steak dinner, it was just what my wife and I hoped for. We would love the opportunity to stay there again in the future.

This was a perfect experience for us. Francesco anticipated all our needs, gave us great information about the city, and was also a really fun person to get to meet during our travels. It was all wonderful.

It is near the airport, and for a good price you can sleep and fly, good for one night stay

The check instructions came late, like-one hour before check in. So if you as a tourist do not have internet all the time this might be a problem. Some extra towels would be good.

Great budget accommodation, friendly host Francesco, could not speak English but did best to communicate and everything turned out fine. Comfortable room large bathroom. Simple packet Breakfast already in room. Quiet and affordable come and go as you please.

Small thing but the holder for the shower head was broken but the shower was still good and working and clean.

The place was located in a good position. You have a bus station 7 min away to the airport/train station ect. Close by you have a bar and a supermarket. The owner has been very kind and welcoming. Offered breakfast ,hot drinks and cold water. The room and toilet were failry clean

We've been charged on arrival as well for a tax that the property owner should pay. Which wasn't mentioned at all on the booking app. We also didn't have a bin to dispose the rubbish, so unfortunately we hade to leave the rubbish on a tray by the table. Sorry about that.

Broken shower head base in shower. Check out at 09.30, rather early.

Owner was a nice enough guy and did his best to communicate. Everything was as advertised but had to pay "tourist tax" on arrival.

The building is 10 mins away from the airport and still cost me €25! That isnt the hosts fault but if you can have him pick you up do it.
