Very nice host, met me at the property practically last minute. As I had to cancel another booking due to a rental car problem. Very nice room very clean very comfortable, modern everything brand new. The host even helped me get to a nearby restaurant and as it was a little late. They have great connections with drivers to get you wherever you want to go! Excellent.

Nothing it was perfect. You need a car to get to the restaurant unless you want to have a rather long walk.

The staff was very welcoming, support me with the transfer to the airport and suggestions to where to eat. There was even a miscommunication issue for check in, but the owner proactively solved it. The room was clean and organized, beverages, snacks, towels were provided too. The place is peaceful to sleep even though very close to the airport.

The surroundings are better for cars (there are no sidewalks). It is not very easy to get to the airport - only with private transportation.

Great customer service, value for money. Extremely helpful owners who organized vehicle for a very low cost. Great location near the airport for a break or transit.. breakfast items were plenty.

Bed was creaking with even thr slightest movement and needs replacement. A microwave will save every one . Wall mounted bike can become deadly in case of an earthquake. Must be removed

A very helpful host that shared a ton of info with us and helped arrange a taxi at night. Good and very safe location near the airport. There are some seafood restaurants around. Wifi was good.

The shower water pressure was a bit low to make it enjoyable.

It was such a lovely stay. The host is so kind and sweet, he recommended me a good restaurants nearby, he made sure I had everything I need. I really recommend this place.

It was more away from the beach and when was really hot, the journey was really thought, but at least, when I ate something good I was walking straight away :D

The owner was very kind. The room was small but clean with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioner. The owner arranged a car to take me to the airport for a very fair price.

This is NOT a bed and breakfast. It’s an Air bnb. When I arrived, there was no one there, so I had to wait to be let in. The owner has one floor of a building. There are three rooms that connect to a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a small fridge and a coffee maker. There is milk, juice and beer in the fridge, which the owner made available. It was fine, but it’s not what I expected. Bed and breakfast implies a certain amount of homeyness and an actual breakfast. They need to call it an air bnb room in a group of rooms. But I guess that’s hard to explain :) If you just want a place to sleep for the night that’s close to the airport, this is perfect. It was clean and convenient.

I had an entire suite and it was very nice. Max is an outstanding hostess and his antiques collection gave a special touch to the accommodation.

Taxi service is absolutely necessary, to keep in mind around an extra $50 dollars

Excellent accommodation that ticks all the boxes. Happy to stay here again. Also, Max the owner goes above and beyond to assist in anyway necessary. We had a family emergency that completely changed our plans and he helped out tremendously which was greatly appreciated.

We stayed just for one night before we travel back to UK from Rome. The room was very clean and the owner was very helpful and friendly. It was lovely to see that there was some water, coffee pods and snacks left for breakfast for us! It was so thoughtful of the owner and we really appreciate it. There is few restaurants walking distance and the area seems quite.

There is no really public bus connection to the place but you can get a taxi.

The arrangement of friendly and responsive staff eg in booking details and also in small details that arrive. The cool vibe: there's clear attention to detail and once you check in you really feel 'at home', but if you need them they solve everything with a quick text. The house is big and quite central on the island (Isola Sacra) and you can do everything on foot, for example go to the beach.
