Very close to the airport - the reception booked us a taxi to go to the airport - we paid 35 euros for the trip with a mini-van. The people working in reception are kind and willing to help. The beds were very good - we had a room with 4 beds for 4 adults. These were real beds, not sleeping sofas that were folded out. The air-conditioning was powerful. Big bathroom, with good size shower. Within walking distance of a number of small restaurants.

The people working in reception struggle with communicating in English. The elevator is a bit bouncy which makes it feel a bit unsafe. The breakfast is a big cake-fest - which is lovely if you are into cake for breakfast. The bread is small white slices to toast. If you prefer a savory breakfast, with sturdy bread, cheese, egg, and other savory toppings, you may feel a bit disappointed.

We did not realize it would be an apartment with a separate bedroom which was very nice. A nice balcony attached and an elevator in the building. It was a little away from the main area, which would not normally be an issue as there were some shops and a couple of restaurants near, however we landed there on Easter Monday and everything in the immediate area was closed save a sushi place, which ended up working out just fine as a diner spot. They offered a good breakfast and shuttle service to the airport!

Arrived too early for check-in, but we were allowed to leave our bags there and go eat lunch. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The hotel breakfast for 5 euros was acceptable (pastries, meat/cheese, cereal, coffee/juice, fruit) nothing fancy. The room was spacious and very, very clean. Housekeeping was provided daily. The front desk people were very helpful.

The air conditioner unit in the bedroom leaked, so we caught the drips with a towel on the floor.

I have to say that the after hours check in information was in video form and was so smooth. We arrived after a much delayed flight at 5am and were so tired. It was great to have such a smooth entry. Beds were really comfortable, location was only 4 kms from airport, and the shutters allowed for a completely dark room for day sleeping which we needed to do before catching another flight. Staff very helpful and friendly. 200m up the road there was an awesome authentic Italian restaurant and buffet which was well worth going to.

I think the cleaner was cleaning rooms around ours while on the phone (?) and was very very loud, like yelling. Then she, by mistake opened our door when we were all still trying to sleep. Apart from this, all was great for our one night stay.

The staff was excellent! Very helpful and accommodating! The room was clean and comfortably cooled for us after a long and hot travel morning. Very good breakfast offered, as well as paid shuttle services and early check in.

The location is a bit tricky. The uber coat is high and the bus service is low. Doable but if you plan to go into Rome, or just back to the airport, you need to be prepared with time and money.

There was kitchen amenities in the apartment which we got excited about as we like to prepare our own food, but no plates, glasses , spoon, fork , a frying pan. Anything like this would be good for people that would like to prepare food for themselves instead of being forced to eat downstairs or out which is quiet pricey, as there is nothing in the kitchen to actually be used.

Nice apartment close to airport . Spacious and clean with 2 room, balcony and small garden . Staff was very friendly and help us with transport to airport early morning. In the evening we were able to take a walk ( 20 minutes approx ) and went down to the old part of town with canals and close to the beach . Lots of nice restaurants and bars mostly with fresh seafood . Nice atmosphere:)

There was no buses to or from airport and final train station , only taxi and we paid 25 euro for single ride ( around 10 minutes drive ) Apartment have no facilities as glass, plates etc . Nothing at all ! But still with fridge and stove . Garden was a bit dirty .

The room is very specious. We had a good rest before our scheduled night flight and appreciate the staff help with arranging us a transport at night to the airport. Nice poke bar for a light healthy meal that we enjoyed very much.

Unfortunately there is a drive distance to the Airport - 10 min and cost us (a family of 4) 30 EUR. There are no budget hotels with a walking proximity to the Rome Airport Terminals or with a 24h convenient public transport connection so it is what it is.

In general the room was not bad, the cleanliness is a bit questionable, it seems that the bed / towels are clean, but there was garbage in the room, which was not cleaned, near the bed were someone's used water bottles, the kitchen without accessories, that is, if you count on the dishes in the room, it will not be, the staff is friendly, wi-fi works well, the plumbing is old, everything is rusty, as for 2 nights in general is not bad

The staff and communication with them via WhatsApp was really good. I had an early flight and they took me to the airport at 5am, that was really convinient. The room was really spacious and clean, and check-in was quick and easy. When you need to stay near the airport there really aren't any convient options in terms of how you get there. Isa residence is a 15 minute drive (taxi is 35€ fixed rate, or hotel shuttle 25€ one way, 40€ two way), so that's pretty good.
