The owner happened to be onsite and greeted us despite having good instructions already to properly check-in. Very clean and comfortable room. Owner also gave us 2 single beds as I requested. Room was already prepared with many goodies for breakfast. Small kitchenette if you needed. We had the Crystal room and I was very happy with the selection. Nearby mall was about 35 euros by taxi. Family and 1 night stay was perfect.

The site is near the airport and has some noise, but we were so tired, it did not matter. So, if you understand that, your stay here is very good. Hard to find anything else wrong with the site except for maybe the stairs to climb if you have disability.

I came late and used self check-in option. Instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The property was very clean, had everything I needed. The management is very nice and responsive. I was able to leave my luggage after check out to go for a walk before going to the airport on the next day.

Just a note, if you come late, the Uber rate to get from the airport is EUR 35 though it takes about 8 min drive. To go back during the day, it was EUR 21. Just add this up to your expenses if you plan to stay overnight.

We needed a staging room to catch a morning flight out of FCO. This served the purpose with a clean room reasonable bed, basic breakfast of breads and coffee. The host was very friendly and helpful with a convenient shuttle in a private car to the airport for 25Euro We learned afterward he could have picked us up too instead of requiring a taxi. Convenient restaurants were nearby.

Unfortunately the toilet ran constantly and could not be fixed during the time we were there. The other downside was two flight of stairs to carry up significant luggage for a 3 week trip. The host did help us carry them down. We would still recommend this for an overnight.

The villa was lovely and situated on a quiet suburban street. Our host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size for an overnight but not any real storage space for a longer stay. I loved that we had a balcony!! The fresh air and lovely neighborhood sights really made this location interesting. The breakfast was typical but fresh and tasty; coffee, juice, pastries (some homemade), yogurt. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had nice amenities, including lots of towels, soaps, hair dryer, etc. Our host provided shuttle service to the airport and very generously helped us carry our bags up the stairs at the villa and in the airport. The host recommended a very nice little restaurant for dinner that was a 5 minute walk.

We did not realize that the lodging was quite so far from the Rome airport. We took a taxi there and it was $40. The lodging was also more expensive than I had anticipated.

The property was close to FCO which was why we booked there as well as the great reviews. The hotel booked a taxi for us to get to the airport the next morning but it was expensive, not as advertised on the website.

There is not a great way to get from Rome to this place except to take the train from Rome to the airport and then a taxi to this place. The taxi was extremely expensive. We would have been better off staying in Rome and taking the train directly to the airport on the day of our flight. The breakfast was not great - they had croissants on the other tables but not on ours (purple room), the large water bottle was empty, the water jug was empty and no instructions on the coffee machine which was very old. No staff onsite when we were leaving.

Very clean and efficient with thoughtful amenities! We had a nice balcony off our room, where we could sit outside. The breakfast room allowed guests to make coffee or tea, or access water, milk or juice at all hours, along with an assortment of fresh pastries and yogurt. Also, Leandro thoughtfully provides freshly baked croissants in the morning that are very delicious! And the airport shuttle is a lifesaver!

Proximity to FCO is quite convenient, yet bring earplugs as planes continually fly overhead. Stiff mattress, yet manageable for 1 night. The amenities are truly fantastic, however, along with the convenience of airport shuttle.

I stayed one night because of my flight departure time. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There were shampoo, soap, towels, and hair dryers and etc, and the bedding was cozy. Self-check-in was not difficult. There were various cakes and coffee for free for breakfast. The dining table had “welcome semi” written on it, which made me feel good. And they took me to the airport for cheaper than a taxi. This is a place that makes me happy. And it’s a good price! Leandro, Have a happy day every day. Thank you so much 💓

The room was beautifully presented, very clean, quiet and comfortable. It was a restful stay the night before a flight from Rome Airport. Some shops and a nice variety restaurants are in walking distance and it was a short drive to the airport. The self checkin was easy and clear, and the staff were really friendly, kind and helpful.

The only downside was that there was no wifi in my room, the Deluxe Double. Apparently they changed providers recently (to super fast fibre optic freely available in the Reception) and this disrupted the wifi reach to some rooms. Maybe not a big deal for some but was a real downer for me as I had especially booked a place offering wifi. I hope they manage to fix it soon because other than this and it being a bit pricey it was perfect.

Location was not awesome. We were there on a Sunday and nothing was open except one restaurant and they were not nice nor accommodating. I know their customs are different , and hubby and I are super cool with it, but they made us uncomfortable to the point we would have left if we weren’t starving with no other options. I’m only mentioning this for others to be aware😊

Close to airport. Leandro communicated with me prior to arrival. Room was clean. Single (pink room) room was quite small but I was by myself so no big deal. Neighborhood appears safe.

Though it’s close to FCO, getting there was challenging and expensive. I arrived in the late afternoon during traffic hour so local taxi was going to charge 40€ for one way. The hotel has an agreement with a private service for 25€ each way. Though cheaper, it’s still quite pricey for the relatively short distance. I had to call the private service main line. The woman was very friendly but informed me that the driver will call me next. The next call did come thru. Given all the noise and language barrier, I had slight trouble meeting up with the driver. I suggest that the car service write down passenger(s)’s last name on piece of paper to facilitate the pickup process.
