Tommas was very kind and helpful. He called me once my flight landed to see how I was going getting to the place. In no time at all he arrived to take me directly to the BnB, free of charge! It's that kind of personal touch which I appreciate, going above and beyond just offering a place to stay. The location is very calm and away from busy roads. I had a wonderful stay. Everything was spotless: bathroom, shower, bed and sheets, outside waiting area. The A/C worked flawlessly! And this is extremely important in summer .. Very decent shower head and hot water. Cosy space for two people, ample space for one. Tommas even recommended me a nice restaurant, only 5 mins away on foot. The food and the staff there were terrific as well! Such a nice little neighbourhood. I'll be staying here again, without a doubt. It'll make flying into (and out of) Italy so much more enjoyable than staying in Rome.

The owner of EneaHouse, Thomas (the host, not myself), made my first couple hours in Italy a truly hospitable experience. I was welcomed with a warm greeting at the door and shown the beautiful property grounds. He offered me coffee and croissants and then showed me to my room, which was clean and comfortable. The shower was hot, the bed was cozy, and the wifi was good. There were a few local recommendations for groceries and bars in Ostia as well. The next day he offered shuttle service to FCO for a few Euro. I ended up deciding to visit Ostia Antica and he dropped me off there instead, which was a big help. All in all this was a warm stay after a long flight and arrival at FCO. I would recommend it to anyone checking out the nearby archeological site or arriving/departing from FCO which is 15 min away. 10/10 would stay here again. There was also free breakfest.

I arrived a bit late due to the long line at the taxi stand at the airport, but was welcomed like family. Easy check in followed by a restfull and quiet night in a super clean room. A simple but plentiful breakfast with a cappuccino gave me enough energy for the entire day. It felt like home and being with family. It is also very safe and private transportation can be arranged.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this lovely accommodation, even though it was a last-minute booking. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Despite arriving half an hour past the opening times, the lady at the reception graciously waited for me and even arranged my shuttle to the airport early the next morning. Although I had to leave at 4:30 am and couldn't enjoy the included breakfast, I appreciated the availability of coffee at any time, which was a nice touch. The room was fantastic – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a very comfortable bed and pillows, air conditioning, and reliable WiFi. The house itself is newly renovated and exudes a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The terrace was lovely, and I can only imagine how nice it must be during the day.

The only minor thing I missed was shower gel in the bathroom, but it didn’t detract from my overall experience. A quick tip for future guests: taxis in the area might be reluctant to take you to places near the airport due to lower fares, so keep that in mind.

The receptionist lady was nice and helpful, rooms are comfortable and clean. Had a great sleep, it’s a quiet area. You get a code to the gate so you can get back at any time and don’t need to rush which was very important for us. Ride to the airport by a taxi costs around 30 to 40€ because even though it’s quite close to the airport you can’t go there by foot (there’s little to no sidewalks in Fiumicino) so I would recommend renting a car. There is plenty of room to park in front of the Enea House. 10/10 stay:)

What made the stay was our host Thomas and his great hospitality. We were struggling initially to get to the location (due to our own inability to read signs) and without hesitation Thomas offered to come pick up us to save us the hassle. He also offered a shuttle service to the airport, which was extremely convenient.

Nothing! All was great

Lovely B&B and great to know and support a family business. Practical as very close to the airport! Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 3am (with a three month baby!) host kindly offered to collect us if we had trouble finding transport and stayed up waiting for our arrival. Thomas also drove us back to the airport the next day to collect a rental, for an honest fee that we were more than happy to pay! Highly recommend.

The property was very nicely furnished, the nicest of all the places we stayed during our trip to Italy. Very secure, access to the property was only through a coded gate. Staff was wonderful, very accommodating. Room was large, bed was very comfortable

Communications. Pre arrival information was adequate, all by email. The final confirmation email listed a phone number to contact the property...it was not the correct number. When we arrived at the Rome airport we had great difficulty getting a ride to the property, I tried numerous times to contact the staff but the number wouldn't connect. Only after finally getting there (almost 3 hours later) did we find out the number was incorrect.

Very easy to reach, the sign of the accomodation quite visible. less than 10 minutes from the airport. I arrived quite late in the evening but I could make the check in without any problem.. I stayed in a spacious room with private bathroom, in a villa with nice green corners. I made an early check out (5 am), but I had the possibility to take a coffee from the automatic machine, there were also packaged snacks, a tart and a 'ciambellone'
