It served its purpose as it says in its name. The towels were very clean and each guest had a full set.

The property itself its in a weird neighborhood. Sketchy! The parking lot doesn’t even have cement! It has rocks, so it was very hard to roll our luggage. The property states that after 8 there was no one on the premises. Since we were going to arrive late that seemed fine. It sounded kind of tricky to get i to the property and get the keys for our six rooms. The lift didn’t work, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, including a wheel chair! The rooms were simple and clean, but some rooms smelled horrible!! First we thought they smelled like death, then we realized it was mildew. Restroom in room #2 was not even complete. Restroom in #8 was beautiful.

The concierge was so helpful and kind. She not only helped me with my bag, but she also didn’t make a big deal about the weight of my bag (I had experienced that a previous hotel). She arranged a taxi for me for an extremely early flight and she told me where a grocery store was nearby. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The walls are pretty thin and noise from the hall or neighboring rooms could be easily heard. But with some white noise, it was easily remedied. I was able to arrange a taxi ride from the airport to the hotel with the provided service from the hotel. Communication and the ride with the driver was seamless. There was some confusion in the marketing of the room and it seemed like a shuttle was provided by the hotel at no cost to the guest. However, I think with the language barrier what was intended to be said was that there was a taxi in the form of a shuttle van that was available upon request and would be paid for by the guest. If I was to fly out of Rome again, I would stay here again.

Some confusing marketing with regards with the taxi service.

I dealt with three staff members - one at reception and two drivers. All were fantastic and very nice. Everything was explained properly including for my early check-out, and help was always forthcoming. The room was nice, well presented, and overall reasonably comfortable. It was a good experience for the one night I needed before my early flight!

The mattress was a bit too stiff and I woke up with a sore shoulder, but this may have just as.much to do with how I sleep and my preferences.

The location is 10 minutes from the airport, walking distance to a café and there is a steakhouse ( Fort Apache) right downstairs. The town/seaside is a delightful surprise. It is about 3 or 4 kilometers walk to many restaurants/shops/bars. The staff is very welcoming and quickly addressed 1 issue. Self check- in was an extremely convenient plus for me as my flight arrived very late. The pics are the town/seaside I mentioned.

Taxis will charge different rates at different times to go to the airport so be aware. It is better to ask the proprietor to reserve your taxi.

The close proximity to the airport was the reason for considering this hotel because we had a very early flight. The staff was very friendly and communication while planning our trip and at our arrival was outstanding. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet at night for being so close to the airport. The restaurant in front was quite good, too.

Our local taxi driver had trouble locating the drop off point. A sign indicating the entrance would have been helpful. We were glad there was a lift to get the luggage upstairs, but the lift was not available at 4:00 am making it challenging to get them downstairs.

The front desk clerks were excellent communicators. Every question was answered quickly. We arrived after hours and the instructions they sent were so easy to follow. We didn’t have any issues staying here but we were only there for about 8 hours. I will say that a taxi/uber is a must. There’s no way to get to the hotel any other way. They will book a driver for you though.

There isn’t a shower door so the floor gets pretty wet. It wasn’t a big deal since we didn’t put anything on the floor.

Room was comfortable, good value for the money, the interaction with the staff was minimum, they are only available during bussines hours mostly. Language barrier was noticeable, tried English or Spanish..... so, using google translator is a good idea.

It is tricky to find the hotel, they sent you pictures with the step by step, but still a bit tricky, not too many options for food or groceries near by.

Location is 6 minutes from FCO airport during non rush hours and maybe no more the 12 minutes during rush hour. There’s a nice restaurant on the same property. The reception host is friendly and provided an on time shuttle service to the airport.

No 24/7 luggage elevator (or any elevator) service which can be challenging if your room is on the upper floor and you have plenty of luggage and you had to check out during non staff working hours.

Reception person was very helpful and nice. Room was large enough.

I specified two beds but was only given one bed. The hotel said they hadn't received instructions from Booking for two beds. It was very inconvenient. They also specified lift and what it consisted of was a stair lift which was ok for our suitcases. However, it did not run for 24 hours so was not running when we had to leave early the next day. They organised for the taxi driver we ordered to come and bring our luggage down from our room to the taxi. location was a bit dodgy having to go through the area of a restaurant and it was hard for the taxi person to find.

Amazing location close to the airport and perfect for late night or early morning flights. The staff helped me to organise the shuttle from and to the airport, and the service was outstanding. The bedroom and the bathroom were clean and smelled very good. The bed was big and comfortable. I was very happy overall.
