all the staff at the front desk was very helpful and quick with responses to all my questions, requests for taxi. The Junior suite was a very good size considering that this was very centrally located in Rome. The bed was a good size, larger than a Cal King (US) and was very comfortable. The bathroom was well fitted out, great amenities in the room. was easy to separate workspace from sleeping space due to ample space between bed and sofa bed. I also liked that I could open the windows and it was not very noisy, at least in the mornings. the closet was near the entrance and was like its own changing area. the coffee tea station and the complimentary water and sparkling water was much appreciated in the Roman summer.

The air conditioner took about 16-18 hrs to cool the room down to a comfortable temp. No iron or iron board in the room and they apparently do not give one out, we received a steamer instead and were given a timelimit of 1 hr to return it. In the description at the time of booking it said that this room has a Landmark view, but got a room with a view of antennas, but it was on me that I did not ask for a room change, was too exhausted on arrival and just wanted to crash.

You never know what you are really getting when booking online. We received everything shown and more. I am super particular and this stay was exceptional.

The only thing I didn’t think was good value was the breakfast. It was expensive. As an American traveling with my teenage son the food choices were limited. We travel internationally so not a surprise but for mainstream US travelers reading a review very limited. There was a cafe 3 doors down that have everything imagineable for breakfast under 10 Euros for mains and gorgeous selection of coffees from 4 euros and under. It was perfect and open before 8 am

You will feel very welcome in this hotel. The staff, from the front security , bell boy, reception, restaurant and cleaners are all very friendly and professional. Don't hesitate to ask if you have any problems or questions. They will gladly put extra effort to help you out the best they can. The hotel is strategically located near the Roma Termini Train Station. From there, you can access almost any point of Italy using the modern rail transport system. Breakfast was excellent! Very delicious and filling, with a lot of choices at a very reasonable price. You can get a discount if you pay in advance. Room is provided with an LED TV with satellite cable. Channels are in English and Italian languages. The room was bigger than expected, with complete amenities provided (hair dryer shampoo, toilet paper, hand body soap). Beds were big and comfortable. Heating was adequate during the cold winter days. Cleaning was meticulously done everyday, staff providing fresh beddings and towels. Hotel gave free instant coffee, sugar and milk in small sachets daily. Free Wi Fi available anywhere in the hotel. None of our things were lost or stolen. You will feel very safe in this hotel. You can request for taxi booking free of charge at the hotel's reception area.

Everything about this hotel was up to my standards regarding price, location, facility, comfort, noise level, transportation access, etc. Also the hotel was in an area with numerous restaurants a, souvenir shops and mini grocery stores. Except for the hotel's surroundings. Just be careful walking very late at night when the crowds have died down. Avoid dark alleys, streets. Make sure you walk in pairs or groups. There were a number of drunk people, homeless people and beggars.

The location was good and the lobby and bar area was lovely. One night they had a very good singer on which was refreshing and relaxing after a long very hot day of sight seeing. Very big and spacious lobby compared to other hotels in Rome.

The water was cold so we couldn’t put the kids in the bath. It was a quick shower, but because it was so hot outside the cold water was refreshing but should not be having a cold shower in a 4 star hotel!

This is the first (and only) accommodation during our trip that has a bathtub. Excellent location—we were able to walk to most of the attractions. It's also very close to the subway and Roma Centrale train station.

The room is on the smaller side. The lightings are all very warm (i.e., yellow lights). I ended up having to take a business meeting in the bathroom because that was the only place with bright enough lights. Desperately needs more power outlet by the bed. The few sockets available were across the room.

very good location, about a 20 min walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and slightly further to the Pantheon. Right near Roma termini, which goes straight to the airport and also has access to the metro to get around the city. Restaurants everywhere nearby. facilities were great, staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean.

rooms were slightly small for two people and big suitcases, but that’s being picky

The location is good! It’s near the station and Santa Maria Maggiore.

The reception gave me the wrong room number. When I was trying to enter the room, there was already somebody inside the room, then I went back to the counter. They told me the number written on my room card is wrong. After that we asked them where is the church that Pope Francesco buried, they told us the wrong place^^; so we arrived the wrong place and then asked somebody again and then took taxi to the right place.

Location of hotel was excellent - handy for station, Roman forum, colloseum and Spanish Steps. Room was very spacious with comfy beds. Highlight was the staff who could not have been friendlier and more accommodating. We got an unexpected early check in and staff organised some gifts for our kids (sunglasses, nighties and hats) to be placed in the room (they even got the correct sizes for their ages!) Absolutely first class service from everyone we met.

Excellent location. Very close to a large train station, and easy to get to nearby tourist destinations. The hotel itself was clean and modern along with the rooms. The area surrounding the hotel was also great, it wasn't as touristy as areas nearer tourist destinations, but still had a great range of shops, restaurants, etc.

The only thing keeping the review from being a 10 was that the bed wasn't that comfortable. A very minor issue that we didn't even bother mentioning during the stay because it was so minor. The hotel even had a pillow menu, which if we would have utilised, would have probably made the difference!

The air-condition was very noisy The bed was very soft and old causing back pain and sleep discomfort. The pillows were soft and overused . not comfortable at all. The hotel has no iron/ironing table to be used by guests!
