Location perfect! We were able to walk everywhere. We only used public transport to and from the airport. The coffee machine in the room was ace. Free bottled water in the room too. We felt very safe in the accommodation and the neighbourhood. Having a safe in the room was great. We were very spoilt being so close to Piazza Navona. Perfect square to watch the world go by. The nearby market was great for fresh fruit.
The only negative I had was that the tiles in the bathroom are in need of a deep clean. This did not impact our stay whatsoever, but was a shame.

Very friendly staff, room was comfortable, charmingly decorated and quiet. Spotlessly clean and the location was superb. All hour access to a kitchen with different glasses, wine coolers, juicemaker, ice maker and so forth made for great creature comforts.
The breakfast served in the room on demand was filling and convenient. However there's so many goodies available right outside the front gate, that it doesn't represent that much relative value. The tub was very comfortable for one person. The pictures gave an impression of room for two. It was a minor disappointment that didn't nearly taint all of the good things.

Central location, that was probably the highlight for us, close to pantheon, trevi fountain, Spanish steps etc room was cleaned everyday. Reception staff were friendly and there to help with any queries. We appreciated the bottles of water in the room also.
Mold in bathroom and mold smell. I did scrub it a bit, above door also in bathroom. Also toilet not cleaned properly. Brown stains there when I checked in, externally around toilet which I cleaned with baby wipes. Toilet also needs some bleach to sit in it a while, brown stains on bottom internally. Cleaner also entered the room 2 hours before checkout without knocking, could hear her laughing about it in the hallway even after I said I wasn’t ok with it. Language barrier or not, that’s not great. “Sorry” would have been a more appropriate response, although receptionist did apologise on their behalf but it’s not their fault.

The staff was fantastic : polite, friendly and really helpful. The app to self check in and open the doors is very user friendly. Room was getting cleaned every day, to a high standard. The steam room is a nice addition too, as well as the soap, and the water bottles being replaced every day. TV has got Netflix, shutters make the room pitch dark. Bedding is really comfortable.
One thing : the noise. Make sure you bring ear plugs. The room is right next to the kitchen and the reception hasn't got a door leading to the rooms so you will hear everything from 8am. On my last night, although it's not the property's fault, some guests checked in late, and were really noisy for about an hour. I could hear all their conversations. the walls are paper thin.

I loved that it was in a good central location and east to find when we arrived in rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sauna and the spa bath were amazing and the bed was very comfortable. I also loved the fact that as a bigger woman on a weightloss journey I could still fit in the bath. Which may sound daft to some, but usually baths are narrow. There was plenty of space in this one. The link for you to be able access the building whenever you returned was great as well. I would definitely look to stay here again when I next visit rome.

The location of the property has been absolutely amazing. So close to centre, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was good sized, cleaned daily with fresh towels, bottles of water and coffee placed in there for us. My fiancé really liked the high ceiling and the painting on it. TV in the room with Netflix was a good addition too. The spa bath was really nice after a long day of walking, although it did smell a bit funny sometimes. The girls at reception were very kind, smiley and helpful!
The sauna in our room was rather small for 2 people even with me and my partner being slim. There’s been a bit of noise from outside in the morning and late at nights but you can’t avoid that if you want to stay in the centre.

I stayed here last year so am familiar with this accommodation. What an amazing place! Central to all of the popular tourist sites, surrounded by an amazing array of cafes and restaurants and close to public transport. I love staying here because it has everything I need. My room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and snacks available. I especially liked the fact that I felt so safe and secure and that there was a kitchen area with all amenities that you might need to use for stay here. There was always someone there during the day from the morning to evening to help with any advice and information we needed. In particular, I loved to spa bath that was big enough for me to share with my partner and the sauna. The cherry on the cake was having Netflix to watch which was brilliant 🥰🥰🥰
Loved everything about it🥰

It’s not a typical hotel but more of a converted apartment into a few hotel rooms and a lobby / reception that is manned for most of the day. But worked perfectly. The location is superb and we covered most of Rome on foot from it! Outside of hours you need to use an app to open 2 doors, so if you’re not comfortable with your phone or don’t have mobile data it may not be for you - but it worked perfectly every time for us. It has a quirky little lift which we loved. The room had a one person sauna too, but it was so hot in Rome we didn’t go near it! Shower was great, with very good water pressure. :)

We enjoyed our stay at Navona Central Suites. Especially the jacuzzi and sauna were a nice treat after a long day of walking the City. I assume its even nicer in the winter months. Our room was clean and the staff very helpful. The location is great. Pretty close to the spagna metro station and there is a bus driving from the Central station to a street quite close to the hotel. Its just a bit tricky to find the bus^^ one should not be in a hurry. There are also lost of restaurants nearby and a small supermarket. What we especially enjoyed was the fridge, which was quite small but sufficient for us to store a few snacks and keep drinks cold. Also, there is a ice machine in the communal kitchen. So, you can easily have a cold drink at the hotel. Especially in summer, this is quite nice!
Just a few minor things. We had two water bottles in our room on our first day and I would have wished for new bottles each day, since they are very cheap and the tap water is not drinkable in Italy. Its also quite noisy outside. However, with closed windows we had no issue sleeping. On another note, I found the bed a bit weird. The mattress was covered in a faux leather case, which made the bedding slide a bit when moving. I'm also unsure about the pricing. The location is good and sauna and jacuzzi of course raise the price. Still, I found it a bit expensive overall.

The room was great with the sauna and hot tub in the room. Very interesting decor and in a great location. Aida on reception was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I left sunglasses in the room and she went out of her way to make sure they were delivered back to England as soon as possible.
The shower didn’t really fit over the bath so it was difficult to have a shower
