Location was great, close to the central railway station made it great.

Hotel insisted to cancel the reservation and pay cash to them which was silly, as mony was prepaid seems that they cheat the customers in this way . Also the city tax even though it was possible to pay with card they invented hundred reasons not to receive the card payment, I lost lot of time finding ATM for the withdrawal of the money to say nothing about the bank interest rate which I've payed for withdrawal in different country. Such things, that hotel accepts only cash ( in 21 century is complete boolshit) Be careful when paying service as they might overcharge you. Breakfasts, extremely poor, I think even in the cheapest hotel of Turkey, the breakfast is better.

Very friendly staff. Felt very welcome and service was professional and felt personal. Rooms were clean and big plus from air conditioning. Good breakfast. Simple but just enough to start the day. Also gluten free options when asked.

Location was in a bit sketchy area but it is okay if you don't walk when it is dark

We spent seven days in Rome. a wonderful experience, even though it's January and the weather can be changeable, it was nice. The hotel was lovely, wonderful people working, available for any question and help at any time. The room was neat and clean, we were very satisfied. Termini station is about 15 minutes' walk from the hotel and is great because it connects to all the sights. There is a possibility of breakfast, we had breakfast only once, because breakfast is mainly sweet, so we would eat in the city. All in all, we would love to come again!

Nothing. Everything was fine.

The property is superbly decorated, well maintained and thoroughly cleaned throughout. The room we had was very comfortable, cleaned daily, with bed made and fresh towels available if needed. Furthermore it came with a terrace! The staff were great! They were all welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but of good quality and value.

Sadly the area where the hotel is situated is quite rundown, with only a few neighbouring properties showing signs of improvement. The street leading to the property (Via Giovanni Giolitti) is very poorly maintained from the Roma Termini to Porta Maggiore; making it difficult to walk - especially when carrying even light luggage.

There are so many good things to say about this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, it even included made to order espresso drinks! The room was clean and they provided soaps and shampoo, which I appreciated. The air conditioning works well. It's very close to both metro stations and trams to get around easily. There are cafes and shops conveniently near by. Overall, it suited all my needs and wants perfectly.

The mattress was quite firm and there was a lot of light coming in the windows at night, so if you're a sensitive sleeper it might not be ideal. No view if that matters to you, I didn't care. My only complaint was that when I accidentally cooled the room too much the summer weight blanket felt very thin! 😆 They probably would have been happy to help give me an extra blanket if I had asked.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room is very clean, the bed is comfortable, the wardrobe is nice and clean, however, we did not find a teapot, cups and free water in the room. We knew in advance that there would be no teapot among the items listed in the room, but if they take this into account for the future and leave it for the guest, it would be nice to have coffee and tea cups, and the service staff is especially good.

There was no kettle, no tea or coffee. No water. Everything else was good.

The hotel is lovely small, quiet and clean, we had a room which had a big balcony, the staff we're lovely always happy to help. Its a 10min walk to the main Train station and there are 2 underground stations near by and the system is very simple to use. The only thing missing was we couldnt make a cup of coffee/tea in the room. There is a lovely little shop across the road which serves coffee and food and some lovely wine. We will be back to Rome again and we plan in staying here its a lovely place.

No coffee/tea avaible in the room.

Room was very clean and I am very happy about the room service. Breakfast was good enough. People were very friendly. Location was superb. Just 10 min from Roma Termini station and very near to Porta Maggiore from where you can catch the bus and tram for other destinations in the city centre like colosseo, vatican city.

Nothing. everything was very nice. But I will suggest they still can improve littlebit in breakfast. They can input in the menu some items like egg or some salted items. Because too much sweet items in the morning is not so tasty.

All was nice : staff, acomodation, localization, room, good communication. Everywhere ( center of Rome ) we could get on our foot .

Our window was face to the street, where a very old tram / train had got its way. It was very noisy, stopy and starts, so we had to close the window at night. Change of the room was not possible. But we could sleep quit well. Another trouble were very tiny ants between room and bathroom. The staff used a specjalnie spray for them.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The whole object looks very nice. The rooms are not luxurious but still decent and everything you need when sightseeing Rome. The localization is very good. The Hotel is close to various bus stops, beautiful Porta Maggiore. There is also Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, San Giovanni in Laterano, Scala Sancta nearby. The Colosseum and Forum Romanum are also close. You can also find a local store Conad nearby with food at great prices before heading out for your trip.

The breakfast costs 5EUR and is great value for that prize, including, among others, cornetti with niocolla, coffee, bread with cheese and prosciutto cotto, oatmeal. However, it is a sweet breakfast and it could use vegetables, salads and more panini options even for an increased prize. Additionally, the hotel does have ironing board but not iron itself, which seems odd; I learned that this is due to tourists scorching the iron. However, I believe there should be a satisfying solution. I cannot imagine bringing an iron with you for a 4-day trip with just one bag as your luggage.
