Room with private bathroom right next the airport. Big comfy bathroom. The owners are very good people!

Just keep in mind cost to get there from the airport is around €25.

I like it was close to the ocean

I didn’t like that shuttle was advertised but you have to pay extra for a private driver to get to the hotel.

The staff was polite and ensured every need was met. Facility a little dated, but exceptionally clean and cared for. They even ensured we were picked up by 0415 for a flight the next morning. Continental breakfast, nice towels, comfortable bed. Great stay if you are flying out of FCO.

I chose this place due to the closeness of the beach. Although mostly closed for the season, we found a restaurant still open and enjoyed a delicious dinner while watching the sunset. It's a basic B and B undergoing renovation, so breakfast is taken from a community refrigerator and there are some packaged items including instant coffees in the room. We were greeted by Sabrina's mother who was a delight and very charming. For the price and access to Fiumicino, I'd stay again.

I'm not a fan of any processed and packaged foods or coffees which is what most Italian B and B's seem to always provide. This place was no different. I can't vouch for the quality because I ate nothing.

My night was pretty short. I wished my stay was a bit longer but unfortunately, my 18 year old son had to be in central Rome the next day for his college admission. The owner of the property was very friendly. She greeted me and my son with kindness and respect. She took her time to show us around the neighborhood’s beautiful beach which is a short walk from the property. My son and I were overjoyed when we arrived that day. We felt like we were at our own home with a close family member. She led us to the rear garden right behind the room we stayed. It was simply amazing. The cleanliness of the entire place from inside out. I even took some photos and videos and shared them with my friends and family. They replied immediately with enthusiasm that I must share the information with them for their next trip to Rome. Therefore, I will certainly try this place again, in the future. Good location. We left before the breakfast.

The website says there is a free shuttle, but after booking it, we found out the shuttle was not in service. This cost an additional $50 that wasn’t expected.

Hostess helped me arrange a cab to return us to the airport for my flight out of Rome after our stay in her B&B. Breakfast was a standard continental with chocolate croissants and other breakfast items. Our room contained a queen bed plus bunk bed that in our case accommodated one adult or, if applicable, 2 children.

Can't think of anything. Watch out for Italian cab drivers. The one who took us to the B&B overcharged us badly. The one she arranged for us didn't.

Let me preface my comments about the bed by saying that my bed at home is like falling into a cloud. This is not the typical type of bed found in Italy, at least in my recent experience. The bed was a bit softer than others we slept in during this trip, and the bedding was clean and soft. It was plenty supportive. The person who welcomed us and checked us in, Claudia, was absolutely delightful in every way. She couldn't have been more helpful. From suggesting restaurants for dinner to booking our airport shuttle, she never missed a beat. She even provided umbrellas to us in case of rain since we opted to walk to dinner. Great location for Fiumcino Airport - about a 15-minute drive.

Located as we wanted by the airport, short walk to the beach which we did not use would be OK. Great clean room that did the job. Well rested and good for our trip, would be good for a family. Wonderful pizza place just round the corner.

The kitchen was under construction during our visit and breakfast was down the street at a cafe and a little light for my style. Coffee and tea was always plentiful in the lobby. Would stay there again. Not sure where the "Resort" come in the name.

Great location for easy to and from airport! Quick walk to the beach for a relaxing evening before our flight home!Sabrina and Flavia were so welcoming and we felt very comfortable! They were able to have transport pick us up for early flight as well! Great restaurant walking distance from the accommodation called Tre Nodi! Such a surprise and beautiful location and menu.

Couldn’t log into WiFi but not that big of a deal.
