booked very last minute after two full days in the centre we fancied a place near a beach and this came up, booked it and was there within the hour, very clean and the owners were lovely. We actually checked out a day early from a very well known expensive hotel in centre Rome to come stay at this guest house and was not disappointed. Alifia was by far cleaner and more comfortable than the very expensive hotel. Veey close to the beach where we had a lovely tapas meal and stroll in the sand, would highly recommend a stay here after you have seen all the sights in the centre for a relaxing stay, would stay again 100%

Very nice owner. Great location for airport access (and beach if that is your destination). Excellent recommendation for a good pizza place in the riverfront dining area of Fiumicino, an area we have missed in our many visits to Rome.

Walls a bit thin. Heard late night conversations and snoring. We also would suggest that the owners not promote an included breakfast (basically some packaged processed food); not necessary.

Everything was clean and nicely arranged upon my arrival. There was a complimentary breakfast included, water, and clean towels. The host (Maximillo I believe is his name) was very patient with me, despite me not being able to speak Italian. He explained everything and answered all my questions. If coming to Rome, I’d book again!

The wifi wasn’t working after having tried the password and QR code, but it wasn’t too big of a deal for me. Also the key to the door of the room can be a bit tricky to get the hang of, just since I think the lock is a bit older.

The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast, good coffee! Massimo is so helpful and friendly. He gave me several recommendations for local places to eat within just a short walk. There’s also a grocery store nearby and the beach is just a couple minutes away. I had a great dinner the last night at Buena Onda restaurant near the beach and watched the sun go down. It’s very close to the airport as well which makes for easy planning in and out of the area. Overall my experience was great and I’ll stay here again anytime I need a place in Rome. The rooms were really clean and the air conditioning saved us! The location is perfect, 5 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk from the supermarket. The host was absolutely lovely, he made a lot of recommendations about beahces and restaurants! We got nice breakfast, and the terrace is super cool, we had dinner there every night! Overall we would be coming back here!

The bed in one of the rooms were a bit small, could be uncomfortable for taller or bigger people, it was fine for us. The hot water sometimes ran out when showering.

the locatiom is good for airport passages …

Noise issues for sensitive guests Dog barking at the property airplane take off point right behind the area cleaners very early vacuum cleaning the rooms like 7:30 am check in is 2 pm by the way phone and whats up could not be reached upon arrival

Place is clean, has a small courtyard. There is tea coffee and some snacks in the room. 5min from a nice sandy beach, 10 min from a groceries. Massimo was nice and helped us to get to the airport early in the morning.

It's tough to get there from the airport. If you arrive in fiumicino , try to arrange transfer with the host or go straight to parking lot for Local taxis, is across the street from the taxis to Rome , Price is 35 euro one direction

Massimo and Alice are wonderful hosts! This is my second time staying at this location and it's always wonderful to stay there. Anything I needed was promptly taken care of and I appreciate the attention to detail!

Cleanliness, comfortable bed, well equipped flat, very nice room with a private bathroom, location close to Rome Fiumicino airport and to the bus stop to the airport, kindness of the owner. I highly recommend booking this property

Everything was good and clean. Good and friendly Staff. If I had any questions, I was able to write a message without any problems and I received an answer right away. Really nice and quiet place where i can take the rest.
