Airport shuttle with local company was perfectly on time. Staff was very helpful in meeting our needs for an early morning flight (late check in, early check out).

Communication was mostly on the hotel's platform and not on Booking.com

I liked the layout of the hotel, all rooms were seperate. I liked the location, highly convenient, next to the beach and not far from the airport. I liked the morning breakfast, good choice and the food was yummy. Staff was really helpful and kind. The hotel itself is also secure and I liked that they had a parking lot to secure your car in. I also liked that despite being beside the airport, we didn't really hear the planes once we were in our room.

The beds were not very comfortable but thats europe for you. Also the wifi kept going in and out because of the airport being nearby but there was nothing to be done about it.

Very central location to the airport. but if planes every 5 minutes taking off bother you then might not be the best location. So if renting a car gives you nice short test drive to work things out for further travel. Breakfast was great and the staff member who does all the cooking was great and speaks perfect English. Definity a beach town which is great and a hassle. We stayed here at the start of our trip on Monday and it was a ghost town but returned on a Sunday and not a spot available in town to park unless you get help from the staff at hotel.

We stayed twice on our trip, first on a Monday in late May. Due to low season hard to find food in the small town. We also circled back at the end of our trip for the first Sunday in May. Complete change, could not stop at hotel nor find a parking space, had to park 15 minutes away and then get the hotel to talk to a parking attendent to save us a spot. Stephano did a great job though is taking car of the parking issue once brought to our attention.

This lovely little hotel is very close to the airport…just 10 minutes and they offer shuttle service for just 15 Euros pp (cheaper than a taxi) it’s extremely close to the beach which made for a lovely walk after a day of travel. You are near the airport tho so expect some noise, but it’s quiet at night and very secure so sleeping is not a problem. The staff are lovely and tho small, the property is well kept and beautifully relaxing. I would absolutely stay here again. The neighborhood is a little run down more likely due to airport proximity, but it’s safe and there is a grocery store nearby for anything you might need.

I understand they probably deal with guest dragging in sand but would have liked a small rug in my room, just to cozy it up a bit.

The staff was super friendly and attentive, when we arrived early, our rooms were ready for us prior checkin time. The rooms are quite specious and the shower was great and the bed was very comfortable. There is an option to have dinner at the place, which was a perfect option for us traveling with young kids. The breakfast was also good. 15 min drive to the airport.

The proximity to the airport makes the area very noisy, and although the soundproof windows, it was a windy night and we could hear the wind as well. The location is a bit boring, perhaps it was since we were off season. But we didnt really care because we needed a place next to the airport.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff members were extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Since we had an early departure for our morning flight, which clashed with breakfast hours, they generously provided us with a small breakfast the night before. This thoughtful gesture ensured we had something to eat before leaving, which we truly appreciated.

Nothing much there to say. Due to the location, you obviously have quite some air traffic, but the noise is until nearly 11 pm. Afterward, you can get a good night's sleep until the first flight in the morning.

Quaint small hotel near the beach and airport run by a husband and wife. All staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner available and exceeded our expectations. Prepared and served by an amazing chef. Excellent wine list. Lovely rooftop terrace providing view of the water and opportunity to relax. So glad we opted for this rather the chain hotels around the airport.

Would have been helpful to have information about location of any nearby restaurants or such things as a small grocery. The hotel is located in what appears to be primarily a residential area so it was difficult to know what else was within walking distance. The staff did let us know about a nearby restaurant that was open for lunch. But we were uncertain about walking around to see if there was anything else.

Two blocks from beach, which has chair rentals and bar service - nothing fancy but affordable and good swimming beach. Nice area to be outside at the hotel. Very nice people at hotel. Hotel rooms were simple but spacious and very clean. We had a great dinner a couple blocks away.

Surprisingly expensive to get from airport to hotel - around 35 euros but regular taxi. I didn’t love having to close the metal door in order to lock it - felt a little claustrophobic for me. The area isn’t fancy, but we had no problems and found helpful people along the way while we were looking for an open restaurant (it was a Monday and thus a challenge).

Very close to the airport. Close to the beach so a lovely place to stay before a long flight back to Australia. The dinner was lovely. Staying at this hotel helped me say goodbye to my holiday and prepare for home! The staff were kind and helpful.

I had an early flight and the hotel arranged a transfer for me. It wasn't the fault of the hotel, but the transfer company were almost 30 mins late picking me up which created some stress! What I did appreciate though was the hotel was going to provide feedback to the transfer company. They did what they could to help me.

Lovely clean room, balcony, breakfast and quiet location of Focene. The staff were very friendly and recommended a fabulous restaurant nearby (Tre Nodi) . We were able to watch the sunset on a nearby beach..The 11 am checkout gave us a chance to relax after breakfast before leaving. We were offered the chance of a shuttle bus back to the airport but we declined as we wanted to walk to the nearby town of Fiumicino. After a few crazy days in Rome and Florence it was the perfect place to stay before flying home.

It was all really nice. Happy to have stayed here.
