This room is larger and better equipped, also the bathroom was nice to have inside the room where I could finally take a shower. The electronic key system is nice to have for the building and front doors but should be improved.

If you have ekeys for the building and front doors then you should get at least keycards for the room doors, cause the metal keys are really old style and a big drawback on the value of your accomodation.

Rome

the noise is a bit too loud coming from the street. but if the window is closed it is not terrible. Since we were in October, we closed the window. I would also like to mention that there were not enough sachets of shampoo and coffee, only two each and we stayed for three nights. and the bedding did not give the impression of freshness, as ifnot freshly washed.

We had two comfortable and clean rooms, both with bathrooms, but the lady opposite had a bathroom outside the room, that might bother someone. The common room is nice, thank you for the toast with jam and coffee ;-)

Nothing really bothered us, I'm just writing notes: the street is a little busy, it's better to choose transport if it's a long walk to the center, the access codes worked, but you can't get in without a phone with internet, the introductory form and downloading the application was not comfortable, filling it out was a bit annoying, however, luckily the owner was helpful and communicative.

The check in process was "automated" and fast with an app to open doors, then a number-combination safety box to open for keys to the room. The bed one of the most comfortable I've slept in. The room was nice and spacious. And you had a shared kitchen as a bonus trait. To get to the famous parts of Rome we used buses. I strongly recommend bus nr 71 and using the app "Probus Roma" together with "Google Maps"

The air condition hose was not isolated to the wall, which led heat being partly re-circulated into the room.

Heart of San Lorenzo is in the heart of San Lorenzo, there is no doubt about that! :) The building is located in a very lively neighborhood full of coffee shops, bars, and pubs, but also some very charming restaurants. The streets are always full of students of the nearby university, even on the work days. We enjoyed the neighborhood and having walks around the block. The nearest metro station is some 15 minutes walk from the building and it connects to the most popular tourist attractions reasonably well. About the accommodation, the room and other facilities are as described and presented in the pictures. The available breakfast is a typical Italian breakfast, which for me meant that I have to go outside looking for something more substantial. :) I would recommend having a lunch or a dinner in a restaurants near the apartment, not only because of their authentic and charming feel, but also for the lower price than in the city. Luigi is a great host, he was very helpful and supportive to give us a best possible experience in his apartment. This accommodation is a good value for the price.

Being located in a lively area, it could be a deterrent to some people who enjoy a more quiet surrounding. However, for us it wasn't an issue as the closing windows and turning on the AC (which is a MUST on a hot summer day in Rome) drowned down any sound from outside.

The decor, furniture, cleanliness and the shared kitchen were all really nice. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores and bars which was ideal for us.

The shower is very small (even for small people). The room is also small so not ideal for a long stay (if more than one person is staying) but for one night it was fine.

the location was very close to the center and in a student neighborhood with very nice and typical italian atmosphere :)

the pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is in reality, the bathroom especially is the shower is awfully small you can barely move your arms

Very good choice and value for a money, apartment is very sympathy and very clean. Location is interesting with a lot of young people, good entertainment and there are few nice restaurants around. Special regards for Luidji and thank a lot for everything 😊

The location was lovely because there were plenty of restaurant options to choose from, and not too far from Termini. They also have a nice size safe, and there's a bowl with sweeties at the front door. 😉

They only gave one pillow per person and the shower was really small.

very clean, good place. close to the station and was nice to get away from the hustle of the tourist areas in an evening. was good to have a basic kitchen. no. 71 bus gets you to all the tourist places.

nothing to dislike but thicker curtains as the room didn’t really get dark would have made it perfect.
