We arrived at Casa Particular a little earlier than expected so our hostess was a little rushed by us. And although it is not a hotel by the typical standards of an outsider to Rome, when we arrived back to our room later in the day, we were pleasantly suprised by just how clean she had made it for us. We had our own big bathroom, 4 towels each, shower gels supplied, and we had absolute privacy and peace, even out of our room. The price is fair and there are many non typical tourist restaurants on your way into town if you decide to walk that are lovely. If you need to you're only a few minutes from the subway, 20 minute walk from the terminal and main bus station. The place comes highly recommended and we will definitely book here again! Kitchen in the main room is small

1. The cleanliness is perfect. When we were choosing a hotel, we were very afraid to go to a dirty, run-down hotel, because there are many of such variants in Rome. Here you don't have to worry: everything is perfectly clean, no insects, no dirt. 2. the owner and staff are extremely friendly, the owner is always on the phone, helps with any question. 3. There is a kitchen! This is just great, you can buy food (supermarket is in 2 min) and cook breakfasts. 4. the feeling of cosiness, you feel at home. 5. location (walking distance to Colosseum is about 20-25 minutes, we didn't even use the metro)

Wi fi could be better

At the arival we had some complicationes with the parking but the owner was awsome, he called the garage owner and he solved the problem in few minutes. Also, i asked him a few quastiones regarding traffic he replayed in few minute. He was really helpful. The location of the Casa Paticulare Undergroun is great, in front off the doors is a tram station and with theat train you can easly get to Vatikan, if you want to go to Fontana di Trevi you have one transfer from tram to the bus.

It was a bit loud but it is Roma, I come from smaller city in Croatia and we do not have that many Emergency sirens thriugh day and night.

Really liked the room and the private bathroom. Perfectly clean, cozy, fast wi-if connection. Also I liked the kitchen: you can find any kitchen utensils there and cook anything you want: I’ve stayed there for 10 days so it was very important and convenient. Very nice landlord and cleaning ladies!

Sometimes it was something strange with the heating in the room but it was not a big deal

themed rooms - we stayed in the Hemingway room so the decor was marine and there was also the Old man and the sea book (in italian of course) even though the room itself is small, you can spend time in the shared kitchen/living room, so you’re not restricted to your bed when you just wanna relax, the sofa is very comfortable the host was very nice, check-in was fast and effective the accommodation is very close to Termini, just take a 5 min bus from Piazza di Porta Maggiore and then you can take the metro anywhere

the street is very noisy - I personally did not mind it that much and earplugs are ready for every guest in the room, but if you are sensitive to noise, maybe this accommodation isn’t the best idea

Our stay was extremely comfortable. They cleaned our room every day! Artistic, pleasantly scented! I will miss the pillow!!! The most comfortable in the world! :) I'm glad we met this wonderful person! He helped us with everything! Thank you, D! Communicable place near a tram stop and metro in the Porta di Maggiore area. The first and unique encounter with the history of Rome! There are cafes, restaurants to support before the long tour around the city!

The apartments are within walking distance of the historical center. The owner lives nearby and is always in touch. There is an underground parking lot nearby where you can leave your car for free. Our flight was in the early morning, and we were allowed to leave our car in the parking lot until the evening. Many thanks to the owner! Everything was great!

Excellent location, kitchen, good value. The host was very kind and accommodating, letting us check out way later and store our luggage for the day which helped us a lot.

Since it’s in the lower level of the building there’s not any natural light coming into the room we were in. There’s quite a bit of noise from the street but the host provided ear plugs and we had no problem sleeping.

It is clean, the host is very nice, the room os big.

It is far from Rome attractions, also ot is in the basement so I needed to go down with the baby stroller and the door is narrow, so it wasn't that easy

Great location, very friendly staff that will give you tips about the area:) many good restaurants for locals are close by

There was no air conditioning, only a fan, which made if slightly difficult to sleep at night with 30 degrees outside
