The staff... Great people with a humane approach. Very helpful, well trained, and well-mannered. I have travelled a lot and can say that the 'Felice' staff is one of the best (even compared to the 5 stars hotels) I have visited around the world. They are greeting you with a smile every time you see them. I had invaluable info about the Hairdresser, the best restaurant in the area, the pharmacy, the buses routes and, even the designers' fabric store. Everything provided: clean towels, linen, show gel, soup, and even slippers. If you need anything else, just ask, and magic will happen! They respect your privacy, don't bother you still, always there for you. Also, thank you to the cleaning operators. They were so nice and accommodating. Always asked if you need anything else. I have chosen this place because I wanted to stay in the historical area. The Felice building was built in 1896, but the area was well developed back to ancient times.

I was really upset and witnessed how young man was talking to the receptionist , arrogant and bully. I am upset because I didn't interveine in time and left because my taxi has arrived. I was very upset all the way to the airport. Shame on you, man (and a young woman, who said nothing when her man was screaming!) You both have no right to treat people like this. And, if you believe that you are so special (that you can humiliate and bully people), next time, just try the 5 stars hotel next time for 700euro per night. Why bother to stay at the place, which is not up to your high standards?

The best choice I made in Rome is to book Hotel Felice. Location is very convenient, just take Bus 71 and reach to the Rome City in 20 mins. Rome Termini is walkable 12 mins or by Bus 71 just 3 mins. Breakfast is in the room but its okay at this price. Basic breakfast items were all available(Coffee, Milk, Bread with the spread, croissant, Cereal) I really liked the Cake they provided , it was very delicious. Overall Location, Stay, Convenience, Cost - we are very happy with this.

City Tax - but I guess its everywhere in Rome.

* Too Loud, you cannot sleep well there because the door / wall is too thin . The other guests over there when they close the door(it's like boom)that is really loud and when they talk it is very Loud too.. ( it's like they were screaming) we couldn't sleep there at all... * The Floor it is cold because there is not a carpet at all , neither a mat. its a marvel floor , it's really freaking cold. we didn't knew it will be like that so we didn't took with us slippers. It was horrible. * the Windows over there they didn't block the Sound properly from outside streets too.. * the furnishings they were old. wardrobe was making loud sound when you have to open it. When one is sleeping than the other one is automatically awake because of the sound.

The location was good, and the hosts were extremely friendly.

I don’t want to complain too much, but please be aware that if you choose an economy room, the bathroom and toilet are shared with others (unfortunately, I had to quickly choose new accommodation and didn’t focus on this aspect). Additionally, looking at the Booking pictures, it seems our room hadn’t been renovated yet. While everything else was somewhat tolerable, the worst part was enduring the August heatwave without air conditioning. It felt like being in a sauna, and the small fan unfortunately didn’t help (it just circulated the warm air). In short, these are the drawbacks that anyone booking this accommodation should consider, and I hope the host takes this as constructive criticism to offer better service in the future. 🙂

I was pleasantly surprised by the room and hotel overall, given it is a "budget" hotel. The room was great, clean and modern. I opted for a double room with a private bathroom, and would recommend this to anyone else looking to stay here.

There wasn't much I didn't like, but the breakfast left little to write home about. Cereal with no milk, no bowl or spoons for example. It could get quite noisy too, given the busy street behind the hotel. But, I was out most of the time anyway so didn't mind too much however, if you're in bed before 1am then prepare for noise.

we like the room with private bathroom and it's closed to the restaurants that are reasonably cheap, compared to the ones close to rhe colosseum. The room is spacious and peaceful.

We hear people walking or talking from our window even when it's closed, makes us feel uncomfortable when trying to sleep. The WiFi keeps cutting off, but this may be because of the distance between the router and the room.

very clean room and hotel. despite the fact that the toilet and shower are shared, there are two of them and they are always very clean and there was never a queue. there is a terrace where you can sit and drink coffee. There is a bus stop nearby. polite staff. there is a sink in the room

breakfast is very modest, everything is in your room, it's buns, croissants and jam. You don’t have to buy anything, there is free tea and pie, which is always near the terrace in the morning. It's always noisy, there's a cafe under the window

I loved the location and the buildings charm and the privacy. We were able to comfortably cook and allowed us to eat in when we wanted. The room and living areas were very homey. The location was ideal and close to the public transportation. Additionally there were many restaurants and small stores near by for convenience! We would for sure stay there again. Thanks😊

For me, it wasn't just a room; it was a hotel apartment. It was very clean and located in a safe area behind the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom lacked essential amenities such as shampoo, and there weren't enough towels.

The staff was really helpful, we enjoyed the beautiful terrace in Felice:) Shared bathroom is actually not a big deal. Big, clean, all good.

Sometimes, neighbours were too load - probably could be resolved if we contacted staff, but we didn't this time.
