The property was easily located near bus and tram stops and waking distance from termini stations (15 minutes) property is spacious and clean with a lift and bar with breakfast room and lovely quiet sitting area The property is located in the student university district with lovely restaurants and eating areas with bars a plenty the vibe is busy outside the property and can be noisy at night time some little supermarkets along the road the room was a twin room which was warm due to the aircon law not being on in April but having the window open during the day cooled it down. Bathroom was great with toiletries restocked salt and fresh towels too. Room was cleaned daily

Room was a little warm because windows couldn’t open at night due to outside noise and the fridge didn’t work but didn’t affect our stay Coffee making facilities would have been nice or an iron in the room too

A very nice hotel. The staff were excellent, especially the man who checked me in, he remembered my name and room number all week and was very helpful in general, I wish I had got his name as he was not on shift when I checked out. Facilities in the room were basic but in a city like Rome all you need is somewhere to sleep. Breakfast was ok, nothing cooked though. Hotel was very close to the main railway station, a 15 minute walk away, and there were some good restaurants just round the corner and a decent little bar just a couple of doors away.

A few more options for breakfast would have been nice but from what I have read breakfast is not a big thing in Italy but I think they need to cater for the number of foreign visitors they get. A bit more variety would have been nice.

The room was nice and clean with a balcony, confortable beds. In the bathroom we had everything we needed: shower gel,soaps shower caps ,hairdryer, towels. Every day it was cleaned. The breakfast was varied not just sweets:prosciutto, salami, ham,cheese, salads,fruits, coffee machine, juices, tea,very good cakes fresh baked. The staff very friendly and helpful from the moment we entered in the hotel we felt welcomed by Cosmo and Nicolas. The hotel is 15 minutes from Termini (you can get bus, train, subway). Not far from the hotel you can find supermarkets.

Just a recommendation a little refrigerator could be nice. For us it was ok because it was winter but in the summer could be helpful.

Very kind, attentive staff. Room linen changed daily. Good selection for breakfast-cereals, juice, fruit, yogurt, cold meats, cheese, eggs, bread, croissants, cakes etc. Good sized bedroom with large bed and large modern bathroom. Very good power in shower, toiletries, shower caps provided. Towels changed daily. Air conditioning. Quiet room, quiet area. 15 min walk to Roma Termini and bus to airport. Excellent restaurant outside just 20 steps away from front door and also good restaurants two minutes walk around the corner on a lovely side street. Plenty of comfortable seating areas in hotel.

Bed mattress was hard and pillows very hard. Air conditioning unit was noisy, we turned it off at night and managed fine. Staff had ensured it was on during the day so that the room was cool when we returned from a day's sightseeing.

The staff was superb. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Even when we arrived early, staff went above and beyond to make us more comfortable. The location was okay. It is kind of far from the tourist stuff and it was very close to a church (Italians love their church bells), but there were plenty of great restaurants and night life nearby. The hotel is near the main train station, which was helpful.

The room was smaller than expected, but it still worked out very well. We also had a huge terrace with a nice view that made up for the room. The bathroom had faint sewer scents wafting up randomly, but we came across this more than once across Italy, so it's probably more to do with the city than the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was truly pleasant! While the breakfast was somewhat repetitive, it was very tasty – clearly prepared with care and quality ingredients. What impressed us the most was the attitude of the staff – everyone was extremely kind and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Special thanks to the person at the front desk (I believe his name was Kosmo) – very professional, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile and great dinner recommendations. Thank you for the warm hospitality – we would definitely come back again!

I stayed here 2 years ago and liked the hotel but the rooms at that time were a bit tired .Howerver the hotel has recently been completley refurbished and is now very stylish our room was clean comfortable and modern.Staff were really friendly and helpful.The breakfast room was lovely very comfortable, with a large selection of continental breakfast fresh pastries and cakes toast, cereals,ham and cheese with the added service of real coffee and cappuccinos from the bar in the breakfast area.San Lorenzo is also well connected to the centre by bus or taxi, it's a nice busy student area,with restaurants and small shops all 5 mins away from the hotel.We will definitely book again next time we visit Rome.

Not many lactose free options available for breakfast for myself but the hotel have said they are looking to improve dietry options and I am sure they will as they even have a dedicated Quality manager.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast impressive and generous. Room clean. Location decent for getting to some sites. Good restaurants nearby.

Pick up from airport provided by hotel failed to show, stranding us for almost an hour, eventually acquiring our own, separate transportation to hotel. Neighborhood of hotel dirty and covered in graffiti, not comforting walking the area. Public transportation extremely difficult to navigate, staff help was shortcoming.

The hotel is close to the Termini and to public buses, room was clean and its size was fine, bed was excellent. Breakfast is also good not only sweet things which is common in Italy but also salty products. Many restaurants nearby. Staff is polite and kind, the hotel was very silent and peaceful.

We received a totally dark room without natural light for the same price as it would have been a normal double room. It is totally unfair that all the rooms have the same rate as such rooms used to be provided on deeply discounted price. The only window of the room was faced to or was directly connected with the balcony of the neighborous private house which was totally dirty and full of stuffs.

The hotel itself was really very good. The room was very spacious, extremely clean, people that we interact with in the hotel were always very courteous and attentive, the breakfast was very good, and the internet access worked very well. The fact that we had to go up, or down, some stairs to get to our room was a bit of an inconvenience, especially when carrying the luggage. But, again, this did not constitute a real problem in our case. We also found very interesting restaurants extremely close to the hotel, and this was very appreciated. There were also small supermarkets around, which was very convenient.

The only issue that we really had, and obviously the hotel cannot do much about it, is associated with the neighborhood. There is a lot of graffiti and it gives a not-so-great impression of the area. As I said, obviously, the hotel does not have any control over this situation, but it would be a lot nicer if there was a "cleaner" neighborhood.
