Ivan and his wonderful staff were very welcoming and helpful. The property is spotlessly clean, comfortable with stunning views. We had Apericena on arrival for dinner which was beautifully served and delicious (including wine) which was great value. Ivan arranged breakfast for us for our early departure for the airport, my husband and I were very grateful. This too was lovely with a great selection. A big thank to Ivan and his team.

We spent two relacing days in a peaceful place with beautiful views. The location is very close to the lake and ideal for walks. We had a very good breakfast and the owner offered to come and pick us from the train station. He also accompanied us on our way back. The owner and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Good location, nice room and the apartment is very close to some good restaurants with super delicious Italian food.

If you do not like to walk/hike up to the central area of Castel Gandolfo, it is better to hire a car/bike etc. Also, there are no groceries in the area, so better plan ahead for any daily needs.

We had a suite, a big room with a kitchenette a big jacuzzi and a nice shower and bathroom. The view over the lake was beautiful. The host was very nice and for breakfast, aside from the usual, an egg any style and fresh tasty vegetables.

It is outside the town. I liked it, because it was peaceful and calm, but it is not easy without a car.

The host was amazing and so accommodating. We came in in the middle of the night after a long travel and he made us feel super welcome despite the fact that he had to wake up to let us check in.. he also accommodated our early departure and made sure to have our cappuccino and breakfast ready for us. It was a beautiful property and we would highly recommend. Planning to go back at some point

Wow wow wow. This place is amazing. Who needs Lake Como. The host Ivan was on hand to welcome us and show us the apartment and all that went with it. The view is to die for. Facilities are first class. Room was spacious with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was divine with cold hot or basically what ever you wanted would have been prepared. Exceptional.

Having to leave after only one night. Wish we had more nights.

Lovely and quiet atmosphere, amazing views (especially in the morning during breakfast), we loved that we had two rooms joined together so it was perfect for us. Easy to park our car and the breakfast itself was superb would definately recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing stay near Rome

Beautiful location with lake views. Very comfortable accomodation and lovely continental breakfast.

Arrived in the rain and missed the signs for the house private road. Google maps had a less than accurate idea of where the house was.

Beautiful location within easy walking distance of the lake, beach and many restaurants. Walking to the town and papal residence takes a bit more effort but still achievable within an hour. Access to the Baywatch beach club.

The hotel is super clean, very cozy. The owner Evan and his wife are very nice couple. You can literally see falcons from the terrace. The lake is amazing. The breakfast was delicious.

We received a warm welcome and had the best breakfast in the whole of our trip. The view of the lake is fabulous. Parking is easy and secure.

Although very clean, the room is a little gloomy and the towels need replacing with white fluffy ones as found in other properties.
