Super comfy, amazing view and the room was very clean.

The only negative things that we experience is the breakfast, that wasn’t properly explained and served. We didn’t get any service (we only were asked about room number), the table wasn’t ready, without table tools. We didn’t know that we can order eggs by choice - we discovered it only when finishing the dining

This place is gorgeous in every way - beautiful rooms, view, terraces. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We ate at the restaurant both nights that we were there, and most of our food was delicious (the Roman pasta dishes were very oversalted, but everything else was great.) The breakfast in the morning was amazing and beautiful. It was an easy drive down to Lake Albano to swim and spend the day at the beach. I loved being here.

There was no lock on the bathroom door. It seems excessive to charge 20 euros a night for parking (a fact which I did not realize until we were checking out, that had not been disclosed when I was told I could park in their lot or on the street out front). It is also unclear from the description online that in order to use the hot tubs, you have to pay a fee of 25 euros per person per hour.

Very beautiful place

I had been several times in this hotel. For the first time parking was charged and nobody told me when I arrived. Additionally there are really not many alternatives for parking, the place is located on a pretty dark road and trafficated road. Not safe to cross or walk along the road at night. It feels really weird to be obliged to pay the parking for a hotel one is staying at. It spoiled an otherwise nice stay.

The place was spotless and beautiful. Alessandro took care of us for hotel restaurant dinner and it was superb, from service to the food. Breakfast was delicious (we asked for and had omelettes). Luisa was kind and helped us in upgrading our room (initial one not acceptable)

The absurd amount of steps was an issue for us as my husband, who was recovering from 3 herniated discs, had to carry his bag (I carried mine), as there was no one available to help us. This would be a non-starter for older people, something that is not highlighted in the advertisement or in the positive reviews.

The view

Amenities: No phone in the room to contact the front desk. No night shift staff either, so when my flight time got changed I had to walk down four flights of stairs to cancel the early morning taxi just to find a dark and locked lobby. The Alexa unit, which was supposed to replace the phone did not work. Small hotel with no elevator. There was no Do Not Disturb sign so I came back to my room from breakfast to find the door wide open with the housekeeping at work. Thankfully no mosquitoes got in. Also if you have a back or neck problem make sure you ask for a normal ceiling room. Mine was slanted like an attic’s and hurt my neck from walking hunched over.

It’s a tricky turn in and out of the place on a busy road Attic rooms rather awkward if you are tall , especially the bathroom Shower is completely hand held over a bathtub The remote control skylight covers and blinds were not completely functional

The hotel has a great view and lots of places to sit outside in summer. The rooms are designed very nicely and the larger ones are really spacious, good for spending several days. Absolute highlight of course are the hot tubs, especially for sunset. Breakfast and dinner were well done and delicious, staff was very nice and helpful.

Not the fault of the hotel - but the walk down to town or to the hike around the lake is a bit tricky, it goes along a busy road for about 20 min. Taxi to the station is quite expensive with 20 EUR.

Amazing views of Rome and Castel Gandolfo from the patio area. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was glorious.

We did not have a kitchen area as promoted in our room. There was a kitchen area, but it only had a fridge, no microwave or plates, or any equipment. We wanted to at least be able to make ourselves some coffee or tea in our room.

The location was out of the city and very quiet, overlooking a beautiful lake. The restaurant at the location was very good, and we are happy to recommend the food.

The place had many electricity issues, maybe because it was the beginning of the season. There was no kettle, glasses, coffee, or tea in the room; we asked for them to be supplied, which they did. The room had a kitchenette that was not functioning due to the electricity issues.
