Was good for our 1 night stay on edge of Rome after touring in all busy areas. Good price. Staff were exceptionally kind & helpful with information & directions & nothing was too much trouble for them. Very clean with a nice light breakfast included in the price.

Breakfast was the best we had in entire Italy.

We depended on the bus #218 to get to the city center every day and the bus schedule was very uncomfortable. We had to order taxi three times not to be late for our destinations.

The front desk reception was great, all very helpful and explained to us how to get around. The room was clean and big in size, it had 2 balconies and was set up nicely. Morning breakfast was provided.

The shower was so small. You couldnt bend over to pick up anything you drop. But it wasnt that big of a deal. The breakfast was mediocre. There was one staff person that worked in with breakfast who seemed bothered and got upset when my aunt asked her for more bread. The hotel is far. I didnt realize how far until we got a taxi. You will need to take a bus (which is easy) or a taxi (which is expensive) its far from the airport.

Good link with center of Rome, direct bus just in front of hotel, 20 minutes to Rome city center! The staff was very helpful, and even find some opportunities for us for spending the New Years eve. Also, the shuttle bus booked by the hotel staff for us was irreproachable, great service. They also made it possible for us to have a double bed, even if the booking was made for 2 twin beds. Great cleaning has been made every single day, even during Christmas and New Years eve! We would definitely come back anytime in Rome. Thank you Marini Hotel for an wonderful time!

A mini fridge in the room would be a plus, but not something irreplaceable during winter, since the temperatures during night are low and you have a great terrace :)

Breakfast was great and location was okay because we needed to be near Villa Elena.

Our room was sweltering when we got there and then the next day our A/C was turned off by housekeeping so we declined housekeeping for the rest of our stay. Then the room stayed cool.

It is clean and the room very big, I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff were very nice The bus is in front of the hotel, a little far from the downtown but it has a lot of good quality

The WiFi was weak in my room maybe because it was far from the reception

Only thing I didn’t like was the tourist tax as it wasn’t mentioned and also was advertised as all taxes and charges included

I like the stuff of the hotel, especially, Anna, Alva and Sarah who were very helpful and nice to us.

Dependance on bus #218 was the worst experience in my life as a traveler.
