The heated floors were amazing. Hot water was available in the shower

I actually loved everything!

Breakfast was at the bar downstairs, if I remember correctly you get to spend 2,50€ on the B&B's expense and if you want to eat sth else, you pay for that. Laurentina is well connected. Even though the place is next to a busy street, the noise doesn't bother you (and we slept with the windows open). Kitchen furnished well, you can easily cook for yourself. Downstairs there's a pizzeria, bar and a really nice supermarket. We booked the big room with the terrace, it was nice to eat outside in the evening.

The place could use a little TLC. Our bathroom door handle came off the first time we used it, so did the handle of the shower :) Maybe they could wash the windows and do a little painting too.

location, clean and simple

communication - how to pick up key etc in Italian - perhaps this could be translated to English room doors in the property should be marked at the outside - clearly identifying double bed room, triple bedroom, single bedroom - even if you name or number rooms at the room entrance door and mention this in your property information rather than describing location at the end of corridor etc .. there is no curtain at the shower no instruction how to move the blinds in front t of windows etc

the lady who gave me the key was friendly and also the owner who I was in touch with.

- the bedroom and the bathroom were full of silverfishes, which was so disgusting. I counted around 20. they were even on the sink in the bathroom (see photo) - the aircon was dripping on the bed - the neigubourhood was rather unsafe compared to other places in Rome - no metro was running, so it always took me 1h20 to reach to the city center with busses
