Really enjoyed the stay here. Located near to the CIA airport and Laurentina metro so it was easy to travel around. Easy to get taxis via apps too. Staff were so helpful with queries, good breakfast, a nice in-house restaurant, luggage storage facility, vending machines etc.

Everything was excellent. Delicious breakfast. Location is good. It takes approximately 25 minutes to reach Coliseum.

I think it would be great if hotel provides a bottle of water every day. This doesn't cost much for hotel, but for those who is staying it is very pleased

Spacious, modern, maintained to a high standard. It makes 4 stars, and the price I paid was good value...price was comparable to the good 3 star hotels I used on my recent European trip, but standard was a big step better. The foyer is A1 and my room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Close to metro and bus services, great in house and local restaurants. Safe area.

As a tired traveller I found the inflexible 3pm check in an inconvenience. The staff were overall very pleasant and helpful, but I did find the reception staff a little "formal" at times.

The hotel was good especially for business hotel, if you are tourist the location is ok, near is metro with direct line to Colosseum and antique district of Rome, to Vatican is 1 hour by public transport, if you like history of 20th century history near is district with architecture of that time (EUR district). Personal is professional especially many thanks to Lucia on reception for her excellent customer service and personal approach to a client. The room cleaning is ok. The breakfast was ok considering the prices in Rome.

Near the concert I attended, near metro. I like the neighbourd, it was a way to see a non tourist part of rome. the room was big enough. the park near the concert venue was also beautiful. ( palazzo dello sport) the staff kept my luggage without a problem (had a late flight) breakfast was nice.

not walkable place, huge parking lot and the metro station is near but you got to cross the road and its not the most convenient. very small sidewalks and confusing roads. on my first day I was scared to get run over by a car. its also far from the center. my room didn't have a kettle, the bottle for body wash was broken, the bath is too small and too high and the handles are not hard fixed to the wall. the bus stations don't have benches.. but its fault with the urban planning and not the hotel. the breakfast doesn't has vegan milk/vegan food expect veggies (im not vegan but readers should know)

We had a fantastic stay at the American Hotel Eur. The location is excellent — easily accessible and close to public transportation, which made exploring the city very convenient. The hotel itself is modern and well-maintained, with a sleek design that creates a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a great night’s sleep. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like a well-stocked minibar and plenty of storage space. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer questions or offer recommendations. The breakfast buffet was another highlight — a generous selection of fresh pastries, fruits, and savory options that provided a great start to our day. The dining area was bright and inviting, making the experience even better. Overall, the American Hotel Eur exceeded our expectations with its comfort, convenience, and excellent service. We’d happily stay here again!

The only issue we encountered was the Wi-Fi connection, which was a bit inconsistent at times, especially in the evening. It would also be helpful if the hotel offered more soundproofing, as we could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. However, these were minor issues that didn’t take away from an overall great stay.

The rooms, while comfortable, are on the smaller side. Depending on where your room is located, you might hear some noise from the street or other guests. The Wi-Fi can be a bit inconsistent at times. Additionally, while the breakfast is nice, it could have a bit more variety for longer stays.

The room was really nice with lots of amenities (safe, fridge, coffee maker, huge TV, toiletries etc). With the window closed it was very quiet considering there is a busy road outside. Extremely close to the metro at Laurentina and about a 20 minute walk to Palasport (where we were attending a concert). Staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was very nice for dinner. Great choice at breakfast and there is even a barista making coffee as well as the coffee machine. The hotel is good value and we would stay here again.

I really wish hotels wouldn't serve fruit juice from a machine as it is basically English style squash (cordial) and it is so sweet. The bar closes too early - it is only open from 5pm to 10pm. There is a lovely huge lounge/lobby area but you can't get a drink there outside these hours which was a shame after returning from the concert or if you fancy a coffee on arrival. This area doesn't have that many bars or restaurants around so bear this in mind if you're coming for a concert or to visit the centre of Rome.

Our family recently hosted an event in EUR, Rome, and booked multiple rooms at Hotel American Palace EUR for our guests. We had family members traveling from all over Italy, including two elderly relatives aged 80 and 90. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, ensuring the comfort and well-being of every guest. All our requests were met with enthusiasm and efficiency. Upon arriving, we found that all reservations were accurate and the rooms were perfectly prepared for our arrival. We utilized the hotel's convenient parking, which, despite its small size, was comfortable and secure. The €15 parking fee was well worth the convenience. Our families stayed for one or two nights, and the rooms were impeccably clean throughout their stay. The hotel staff demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. For example, they thoughtfully assigned my grandmother to a lower floor for easier access, and accommodated my sister's request for a connecting room for her children. The included breakfast was delicious, and we were delighted to join our family for a modest €10 per person. Location: The hotel's prime location, just a 3-minute walk from the Laurentina Metro Station, provides effortless access to the Colosseum and downtown Rome within 10 minutes. Dining: We highly recommend enjoying dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The chef prepares authentic Italian cuisine with exceptional skill. It's a convenient and delicious option for a meal after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, our stay at Hotel American Palace EUR exceeded all expectations. The friendly and attentive staff, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made it an ideal choice for our family gathering. While not situated in the heart of the city, the hotel's proximity to the metro and its excellent service make it a versatile option for exploring both EUR and the center of Rome.

While the hotel overall exceeded our expectations, there were a few minor observations. The elevators, while functional, could benefit from a slight upgrade in speed. However, we understand that such updates may be subject to city regulations.

The hotel is very nice, the room had normal size, the location is convenient for my business but not very close to the city centre (buses and metro available but takes 30-55' to reach centre). It was very clean and the personnel very helpful.

I would expect a better variety of food available in breakfast. Although the quality and quantity was adequate I would expect from a 4* hotel to change what they offer for breakfast day by day. I stayed 6 days and there were no changes.
