We appreciated the rather innovative design, the pleasant impression given by the lighting, the colors palette and the tender music in the background. The organization was very prompt. They are eco-friendly too, which was highly appreciated. The room was welcoming, clean and extremely comfortable from all points of view. The availability and friendliness of the personnel was impressive. On top of everything, the culinary experience was absolutely overwhelming and for me, as a gourmet lover, made the whole stay absolutely worthy.

Maybe this is a bit extra picky and I don’t think it affected the stay overall, but maybe it’s giving a hint for optimizing future hotels 😉 the tap of the bathroom sink was a bit too long so brushing teeth or washing face was a bit uncomfortable.

The property was so peaceful , clean the staff was amazing helped us with anything we needed went out of their way to help us get taxis , book restaurant , the pool is so nice especially in the summer when it’s very hot they have a cabanas (at no extra charge ) beatiful area with sofas outside ) will definitely recommend!!!

It’s a little far from center (about 20 min ) but they offer shuttle from hotel to center but it’s worth the ride especially if you travel with kids and you want some quite from all center

I recently stayed at the Cardo Roma Hotel and had a fantastic experience! The hotel's modern design and sleek decor exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless and clean, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool - a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Rome. Newly renovated hotel with modern design. Stylish spacious lobby, quick check-in.Large restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast with a good selection of food, but what I didn't like is that the menu says you can choose ANY selection of the food, but the waitress said that it's extra cost, even though the price is already 29 euros per person. Parking on the site. Good area of outdoor swimming pool with comfy sun deds.

A bit small bathroom. SPA area is not complimentary for the guests with an additional cost of 50 euros for a couple. We have been in many hotels, but mostly spas ( at least 1.5 hours is complimentary). We wanted to visit it, but the Turkish sauna was under maintenance. The pool bar: we ordered club sandwiches, and a cocktail, which they brought us without a straw, because the waitress said it was finished, also they didn't have a big bottle of water. Staff hardly spoke English and he brought us a bill even before the final order arrived, which is unacceptable for such a type of hotel.

My child and I had an exceptional experience during our one-week stay at Cardo Roma. It was truly a memorable visit, thanks to the outstanding service provided by every member of the staff—from the Concierge and Reception to Housekeeping, the Restaurant, and the Spa. Each team member made us feel warmly welcomed and genuinely valued. The hotel stands out as one of the cleanest and most well-maintained establishments I’ve visited. It was evident that the staff takes pride in their work, creating an atmosphere of positivity and professionalism. Housekeeping was impeccable, maintaining a spotless environment. The breakfast team was attentive and accommodating, happily fulfilling à la carte requests. The buffet offered an extensive selection, ensuring there was something for every taste. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, always willing to assist with booking taxis at no extra cost—a thoughtful touch that enhanced our experience. Accommodations: The bedding was fresh, soft, and free of any unpleasant odors, which was particularly reassuring for someone with OCD tendencies. The daily restocking of the minibar with essentials like still water, tea, and coffee added to the overall comfort and convenience. During our stay over the Christmas period, we enjoyed the sunny weather by spending time near the pool area. Although the pool was closed, the space was pristine, offering stunning views enhanced by the beauty of lemon trees. Spa Experience: The spa team—Nawal, Mako, and Andrada—provided a truly luxurious experience. Their personalized massage treatments were tailored to my specific needs, leaving me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Their professionalism and attentiveness were deeply appreciated. Overall, our stay at Cardo Roma was exceptional, and we are already looking forward to visiting again. A special thank you to Nawal, Mako and the entire team for making our stay unforgettable.

No complaints whatsoever. Location: While the hotel is approximately a 20-minute taxi ride from the city center, it offers a scheduled shuttle service for a modest fee of 8 Euros. The tranquil setting of the hotel more than compensates for its distance from downtown.

Cardo Roma is Brand new hotel by Marriott. Environnement is super nice as everything is brand new and furnished with modern design objects. You receive warm welcome upon checkin which is very efficient and help with a bell gentleman helping you with luggage ( I feel sorry I did not had cash to tip him he was truly nice and serviceable). Rooms are beautiful there are all type, they have a in house restaurant and small attention such as possibility to Take away breakfast. Of course not in the city center of Rome but if you are here for conference , to go to airport or willing to stay further away because you are in a large groupe this is perfect. The staff are young they may not all be the most experienced but they are very nice and try their best at everything.

Nothing dramatic but the WiFi was not working when we were there they gave us a temporarily solution which did not work but we did not insisted on making it work as we don’t needed it. I am a very light sleeper the room next to us was watching TV very very loud and we could hear it. Did not prevented me to fall asleep though Real negative The in house restaurant is nice but completely overprice which is a pity

Hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful. The food and drink at the hotel’s restaurant was great but a bit pricey.

The location wasn’t great (nothing nearby) and it was hard work to get to and from the centre to the hotel. The metro station was a 15 min walk which would have been ok but it was along major roads with extremely small pavements with overgrown bushes. No safe places to cross. Felt very unsafe with family. We got cabs to and from the centre too but was expensive at about 35 euros each way. Plus Uber would never work for the return trip so stressful . Be prepared to spend a lot on cabs. Was 85 euros from airport! Also didn’t like there was no mention pre booking of a hefty charge to use indoor pool.

The hotel is conveniently located on your way from the airport as you enter the city into the less touristy but stunning modernist neighborhood of EUR. The area is rich with museums, attraction and during summer, music festivals and events. Also there is a amusement park close by. During my stay I decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. The wine and meat were top level ( I've got saltimbocca meat balls) as you would think in any high level restaurants in Italy. Next day I had the breakfast close to the swimming pool. It was rich and tasty. The buffet spanned from the standard continental courses to local variety of pastry and seasonal fruits. The large swimming pool is just the cherry on the cake to bear the Rome summer heat.

Nothing really, considering this is a just renewed historical hotel. I would increase shuttle services to the area around, and perhaps provide for guided tours the the less touristy impressive landmarks around such as the Square Colosseum

I recently stayed at the Cardo Roma Hotel and had an excellent experience that I’ll definitely be repeating on future trips to Rome. The hotel boasts lovely facilities, with a beautiful citrus garden offering a tranquil escape in the hotel grounds. The on-site parking is a huge bonus, making it easy to explore without worrying about your car. The room we stayed in, the Junior Pop Suite, was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our 4-year-old. The decor was one of the highlights of our stay—quirky, with retro vibes that added a fun, unique touch to the room. I absolutely loved the playful and artistic touches that made the space feel fresh and lively. That said, the overall experience was fantastic. The hotel’s staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was welcoming. With its combination of style, comfort, and great location, I’m already looking forward to staying here again next time I’m in Rome. Definitely my go-to choice!

One thing I did find a bit strange, though, was the placement of the bathtub in the room, directly under the TV. For a family, this setup seemed a little risky and somewhat impractical. While the bathroom itself was sleek and modern with wonderful toiletries and amenities, the bath's location within the room wasn't the most convenient. It felt a bit awkward, especially with a small child around, as it’s not an ideal setup for privacy or safety.
