Nelly was a wonderful host, she made us feel very welcome and was always super helpful. She showed us around the area, gave us lots of information, chatted with us and always had anything else we needed on hand, whether it was a travel adaptor, or something for the rain! The area is filled with nice little shops and eating places, and is about 5 minutes around the corner from the metro line that goes straight into central Rome. Staying here is a really good way to get a little taste of everyday Roman life if that's what you're especially after! The places we went to also had staff who spoke English, just in case you begin to struggle with your italian a bit. Our room and the guest house itself were very cosy and clean with nice decor and lighting, which we appreciated! We also had all the facilities you'd expect, TV, AC, Ceiling Fan, free Wi-Fi, Wardrobes with lots of hangers, Kitchen, etc. All in all we felt at home and settled in on our first night.

If I had to give any criticism, I think the room would've felt even better with some newer, slightly larger bedside tables.

The housekeeper is the nicest person! She met us on the first day with coffee and cookies and advised some local cafes. The hotel is clean and the rooms are cleaned every day. The location is perfect: 5 mins from a metro station and the same from a big supermarket. Our stay was comfortable!

The beds are a bit narrow and the sound insulation is not perfect. our room was next to the shared bathroom and if someone used it during the night we could hear everything. However, it's not a problem if you prefer to sleep with ear plugs.

Nelly was exceptional! Friendly, helpful, responded quickly to my many questions, and was a genuine delight. The room was great, the balcony was wonderful, and my wife and I loved the area. It’s a slice of a quieter and more natural Roman life, and I really appreciated being away from the insanity of the city center. We like long walks and walked everywhere (or took the nearby train when we were short on time). The bar by the train station is excellent.

The room was spacious enough and had AC and the building had an elevator. The lady who manages the place is there everyday to tidy and answer to your inquiries. It's a bit far from the city centre, but the 30 bus is only 7-8' away from the property and takes you straight there. There's also a CONAD store full of everything you need, including food, less than 10' away.

The shower was uncomfortable because it's fixed in the wall and also very high. I'd recommend slippers and a shower cap. The electricity went off a couple of times due to electrical surcharge probably from all the ACs in the building being turned on at the same time. Two extra pillows would've been nice.

Even if its just a flat in a huge regular apartment building its great place to stay in Rome. Its close to metro station and bus stop with direct connections to all major Rome attractions. Nelly is very accommodating host, room was cleaned by her every day - even on Sunday. Kitchen has all things you need - including coffee machine with coffee suply. Its very good value for money. Lets not forgett about rich choice of cookies :))

The host was very generous & helpful, she helped us arrange transport to the airport, cleaned our room during our stay, and even offered us ice cream on arrival because we were very hot!

The bathroom was very small, location was quite good as it was a 10-15 min walk from the metro you take to get into central Rome, but there isn’t much going on in the area of this accommodation. There isn’t air conditioning in the room which meant it got very hot at night, however there are a couple of fans which help.

The host was absolutely lovely! The room was so cute and cosy in a very quiet area. The location is both far from the bustle of the inner city and just a short & easy train ride from many landmarks.

The beds were very small and hard.

The location was excellent. We really appreciate the housekeeper lady. She was very polite, attentive and helpful. Very friendly and made our experience and stance really comfortable. Thanks for all.

The room was decent, the patio was a nice spot to enjoy your simple meal to start the day. Everything was really clean and spotless. Nelly was super friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom was a bit small, but it was super clean.

It was clean and the lady was nice and helpful. Only downside was the toilet flush was loud, and room was dark. But the value for money was great, and it was close to the metro. It took average 25-30 to be in Colosseo.
