This lodging is not really a B&B, instead it is a flat in a residential building converted into two guest rooms and two bathrooms (one private to each bedroom, but across the hallway from the bedroom). There was no proper breakfast offered, but the host left some toast, jam and biscuits in the room, and there was a Lavazza espresso maker. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The balcony looked out onto a spacious roundabout, with views of a nearby park. Would be a nice place to have a drink in the evening, weather permitting. The Garbatella Metro station is very close, and Ostiense train station is just 10 minutes or so away on foot.

In most ways this is more like an apartment rental (Airbnb style) instead of a B&B, and this could be made clearer in the description. To check in you have to arrange to meet the host or hostess. Viviana was very helpful and kind in getting me settled, once I arrived.

The staff is extremely courteous. They help the guest in every possible way. The location is close to santa maria novella train station by bus (10 min). Bus frequency is real good. Tickets 1.5 euros for 90 min. Highly recommend for families.

Great cooked breakfast! The hosts were sensitive to what we liked and went out of their way to provide water at other times as it was very hot. He also provided a trip to the train station for us, an unexpected bonus. Thanks! There was also an issue with the air conditioner not working correctly, but they promptly resolved the issue!

Very clean room near the metro station, a nice and kind owner, surroundings uncomparable to the city center. You can eat and drink well and for good money :-)

We were met by two lovely ladies that explained everything to us and gave good advice on how to get to the gig we were in Rome for.

The B and B was nice, but the breakfast was basic.

The room has a very comfortable blacon with a great view of the park and a classic Roman street. The hosts offered homemade cookies and muffins as breakfast, it was very good. Also, the hosts were very friendly, kind and open to any questions.
