Fabio was an incredibly attentive and friendly host. The room was absolutely spotless - perhaps the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in, exceeding the standards of even many hotels I’ve been to. It was dark, quiet and cool with an extremely comfortable bed - perfect place to get a good sleep. Excellent value for money with the included breakfast (a croissant or sandwich with a cappuccino and orange juice from the café next door). The neighbourhood is vibrant with excellent access to metro B at Garbatella station. As I was travelling for work, the absolute last thing I wanted was to have to push through hoards of tourists at the end of the day. This is an excellent place to stay for anyone who wants to experience more low-key, local side of Rome while still having easy access to the attractions in the city centre. Very easy access to Fiumicino airport via Ostiense station which is a 5 min walk away. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. My wife is an extremely light sleeper, but there was absolutely no noise: a quiet neighborhood and silent room. The subway station is close and it takes about 20-25 minutes to reach the city center. We had everything we could wish for. The breakfeast was served from a nearby bar and it was delicious. After walking all day through Rome during hot weather, our room was always a place where we could chill down, providing everything to cool off and have a high quality sleep. And the best part is the host himself. Fabio is a very kind, polite and charismatic guy, always ready to help and make sure you'll be comfortable and get the best possible experience. Our room was nice and clean the bed was extremely comfortable. Fabio the owner was kind and helpful all along. One plus point goes to the sweet lady at the Bar next to the building where we had our breakfast every morning who made our day starts wonderful. The location was great to explore the city we were able to get to the attractions within 35 minutes maximum. Bus stops, train and the metro station was near, as well as a local grocery store. We were able to reach the sea within 1 hour as well by public transportation. It was a wonderful experience.

Great neighborhood - very central but you are away from the touristic epicenter. Good and fast connection to everything you might want to visit during your stay. Has all amenities needed for a short city trip. Great Italian breakfast included

The bed is not very comfortable and moves with every millimeter of motion. Little space to put things (but that might not be a big issue if you only come for a few days) .

The location is very convenient - it is easy to get to and from the airport (Ostiense station), a metro station is near, as well as a couple of supermarkets and various shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is very quiet and family-friendly! It was pleasant to come back there from the crowded centre)) I also appreciated the fact that the apartment had a fridge and a kettle.

There were only a couple of inconveniences: no real window in the apartment (it was there physically, but was shut from the outside, so there was no daylight in the room, only electricity), early check out (though the owner let me keep my luggage at the hotel for as long as I needed!)

Fabio is a great host, very friendly and welcoming and happy to help in any way. The room was very clean and comfortable although the bed was very bouncy! Despite this we slept well. Very effective air conditioning and an unexpected touch of having a small fridge in the room. The building is very secure, being gated and with 3 doors to get to the room. It was in a good location with the train and metro a short walk away. Even when returning around midnight, we did not feel unsafe when walking back from the metro. The breakfast (included) in the little cafe next door was lovely, everyone there was very friendly.

There was nothing we didn’t like, however when we travel we like to stay in locations away from tourist areas and ‘live like a local’. This may not be everyone’s cup of tea and maybe something to bear in mind when choosing a location.

I cannot fault Fabio, we had issues with transport and he waited for us and had absolutely no issues. Once we arrived he gave us all the hints and tips for the local area and told us exactly where we needed to go for bus stops and metro services, he was incredible. The breakfast is lovely at the little bar next door, simply no complaints.

fabio was an amazing host, super kind and prompt at replying. our flight didn’t get in til about 9:30pm and he waited for us to show us the room. got complimentary italian breakfast from a cafe next door! the room was clean and has AC, we got towels and he cleaned the room every day. it’s super close to the train station which is easy to navigate and there is a self laundromat not too far away. 10/10 would stay here again! great value for money

It’s central near Garbatella Line B direct to colosseum with line B or Termini to change to line A to reach every destination you like in Roma. Supermarkt next to the Apartment breakfast we joint just once a day but the little coffee on the same street just view steps offers sandwich or croissants with coffee. if you need more you can order and pay separately very cheap! Aircondition on board fridge in the room was amazing the owner Organized an early airport transport during taxi strike in Roma

open window after cleaning the apartment with 38°C and we haven’t been at home until night. but with air condition it’s immediately nice again. a bit small shower, I am 1.88 with 100kg musculin fit (but also not a big thing) room a bit small but we needed not more to sleep.

Fabio was amazing and extremely helpful. Even before arrivals, he gave detailed instructions on how to get to his place. The place was close to a train station and easy to get to. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There was daily cleaning around 9am. It included breakfast but I only had a cappuccino. He even helped me with getting transportation to the airport at early hours. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Rome!
