The location was pretty close to the Metro and bus station. The facility is modern and very clean. The kitchen has an espresso maker, toaster, microwave oven, and refrigerator. There was enough food in the refrigerator to make a breakfast. Barbara is an excellent host, very friendly, and easy to communicate with. I know how hard to find a clean room with a kitchen in Rome for a reasonable cost. I spent lots of time looking at the place to stay in Rome since the pictures that people posted showed very dirty bathrooms, etc. This place is definitely a winner.

We liked the apartments in general, our room was clean and big. At first we were a little worried about sharing the kitchen with other guests but we were all respectful towards each other’s privacy, when the other guests were in the kitchen we waited and then they waited while we were in there so we all got time to enjoy some privacy (+ no one takes what’s yours from the fridge so don’t worry about keeping your food and drinks in the fridge!). The owner - Barbara was also a really kind, helpful and friendly woman! She even keeps something for the guests to eat and drink as - croissants, juices, lactose free milk,… Everything was great. 🌹

At first, I was hesitant because it was an apartment, not a hotel. But I was surprised by the organization, cleanliness, and kindness of the host. Barbara was attentive and caring from beginning to end. The room was big, and the bathroom was clean and organized. The shower was excellent, and the breakfast she provided was simple and delicious. The location and neighborhood were great. I recommend it and would definitely stay there again!

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed and a small desk. Kind and very helpful lady who welcomed us (owner?). Good location, about 10 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. Lots of restaurants in the proximinity. Equipped kitchen at your disposal with coffee maker and snacks available at all times. Small bathroom, but it had everything you need (additionally equipped with various hygiene items). A separate, spacious closet. Both the room and common areas very clean. Highly recommended for a stay in Rome!!!

Perfect location, very close to the Metro, buses, tram and train station. One of 3 locations where train goes directly to the airport in Rome. Lots of restaurants near by, with reasonable prices and good quality food.

Very noisy outside in the street, but if you close windows it is perfectly OK to sleep.

Great coffee and food in the area. Host was helpful and proactive to find location and was there to greet us as we arrived with a smile. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone due to value for money and cleanliness.

Area is a worker's zone so expect some noise but had better food and coffee than the tourist zones.

Noise cancellation on a street – sometimes, windows can’t block the noise from the street.

The property was very close to Ostiense train station so it is quite convenient for people like me who were coming from Fiumicino airport. The room had a lovely balcony and self-service snacks and breakfast. Barbara was very kind with us. Definitely recommended!
