We loved the property from the first sight! Cosy interior, super clean, nice atmosphere and everything that you need left in the apartment. There were sweet treats left for the guests, croissants and snacks for breakfast, coffee and milk. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to literally live there😀. The host Rita is the nicest lady we have ever met, always willing to help and to make your stay even more comfortable. The property has a great location- 1 minute away from metro, train and buses to everywhere. Next time when we come to Rome, we will stay there again for sure. I recommend it with all my heart!

Rita is a very kind girl always ready to help you and to give you suggestions on where to go. Also she takes different things for breakfast and you feel like you have your house and your space in kitchen to enjoy the beeakfast. If you have specific request I’m sure am she would satisfy them.

The friendly environment with the owner. Also is super close from the Piramide Metro and last day we could leave our luggage in the bed and breakfast and then come back to pick them since the metro connect you directly with the station.

Breakfast, we didn’t have breakfast, the owner brought sweets and there was also coffee and tea, but it was not breakfast, well and also what you need to understand is that this hotel is a converted apartment, three rooms, each with a bathroom, but still, it looks like a hostel

Rita was a fantastic host, made us feel very welcome and well communicated. Metro station convenient with bus stops out front. Breakfast was as described and we were made to feel like it was our home.

The area that the property is situated in wasn’t a spot we would normally choose, fantastic for price for Rome, but away from the tourist areas and the bustle of cbd Rome. Don’t let this stop you from booking, just an fyi.

Incredibly warm welcome. We were really made to feel at home! Great location, walkable to the major attractions, but slightly removed from the crowds of tourists (though obviously I am one myself!!) The building is set back from the main road so it was nice and quiet at night. Excellent value for money

Trilly, the host, was exceptional. I higly recomend her. It exceeded our expectations. And she let us stay in room until in the afternoon, although the check-out was at 10 am

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Rome. The location was perfect—very convenient and in a safe area. The place was comfortable, and the owner personally met us and was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Communication with Rita was very easy. Accommodation was lovely, felt at home straight away. Location excellent - you could quite easily walk to all tourist attractions but metro stop less than 5 minutes away also. Great local restaurants and shops. We will be returning.

A beautiful start of our south Italy trip. We really enjoyed the property as it is really close to the metro station and only 2-3 stations away from the most important attractions. Definitely would come back!
