It is clean and comfy. There is a guy cleaning the room every day. Location and neighbourhood are really nice. Still close to everything but not as crowded as in the interior city

there is a small theater in the building next door and when the show is over it gets very noisy. this happens around 11pm and goes quiet again around 12am. the other unpleasant thing is a gas boiler which seems to be in the wall behind the bed. if one of the neighboring rooms comes late and decides to run hot water, this thing turns on and you can't sleep. We were in room n.1 probably the other rooms are quiter

The confort of the room, which has lots of space. The lovely neighbourhood, outside the crowded and overtourisitc parts of Roma - the counterpart is that you have long walks to get to the most touristic places, but there is a city bus with a stop really close to the residence. The very clear explanation on how to acces the place and immediate replies (by WhatsApp) of the owners to all questions we had. The daily cleaning.

The only remark is that the shower is rather small, but this was not a problem for us.

Everything was perfect, all needs taken care of. The host was in regular contact by phone message to advise and answer any questions. The location felt very much "out of town" in a small village with a character all of its own, but was within walking distance of the Metro (one stop from The Colosseum), or the many Hop On-Hop Off Buses which stopped by the Circo Massimo. A short walk from shops, bars, kiosks, restaurants, cafes, etc. Everything you could need out of the city centre. Not many tourists around this area in November. Our host was kindness itself and the standard of cleanliness and attention to detail was outstanding. Our room was cleaned and tidied every day. The bed was large and extremely comfortable. Great shower in the well- appointed bathroom. Kettle and coffee maker in the room. There was a lovely fully-equipped kitchen with tables and chairs for eating, so you could make yourself something for breakfast or to eat at night. Water cooler for fresh water. Iron and ironing board. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Safe for valuables in the wardrobe and also a little fridge. These details make all the difference. Only six bedrooms. Nice and quiet. Even though check-in time was 5.30pm, we requested an early check-in for 3.30 pm and when we arrived to leave our suitcases we were told that we we could enter our rooms right away, which was much appreciated after a very early start. In short, we enjoyed every minute and were very sad to leave such lovely surroundings.

The location was great especially if you have meetings in FAO HQ. The room is clean and cozy, and Andrea is really helpful and fast in answering your question. Will consider it again on my next trip to Rome.

There was no breakfast, as this is not like a normal hotel. It is an apartment in a residential building with a common kitchen area (utensils, electric stove, glasses, bowls, pots, cold and hot drinking water, all free to use) with a couple of tables. Inside each room, you feel like a normal hotel. Comfortable beds, shower/toilet in the bathroom, good A/C, tiny fridge, window, nespresso machine + electric kettle. The only staff I ever met during the six days there was the guy who cleans the room. The area is calm, safe and relatively central (far enough from major touristic sites).

The check in and check out times were a little weird (check in at 5PM and check out at 1 PM) and did not work very well with my flights from/to the US.

We just concluded our 4 night stay at BePlace Aventino and we were really happy with all the facilities and services provided. The room was well equipped with the necessary toiletries, bath and bed linen, a safe and fridge and was clean and the bed was comfortable. Every morning we would leave the room a huge mess as we were in a rush and would come back to a clean, nice smelling, peaceful room which was a serotonin boost ☺️ the check in process was smooth and effortless and we had received all the relevant check in information few days prior. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and constantly kept in touch with us via WhatsApp to cater to our needs. Ernesto was friendly enough to book us a taxi to the FCO airport which was so helpful for us as we didn’t have to get into the whole hassle of booking a cab ourselves last minute through the apps. Overall, we had a really great time at the accommodation and whole heartedly recommend it!

Everything was super clean. Room was available before Check-In time. We get everything that you would expect from such a standard. Additional fridge, coffee machine in the room. Location is great, near main attractions like Colosseum, a few restaurants near by. Building is a bit hidden from the street so it was very quiet whole day and especially during the night. Very close to the trains station that follows to the airport.

The entrance to the apartment is a bit complicated, but it doesn't really allow strangers to enter.

San Saba is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking to escape the hustle and bustle of central Rome. Only 15 minutes to the colosseum and 20 minutes to Trastevere by foot, it was a great place to spend a couple of days enjoying the main sites, but being able to escape the tourist bubbles. We relied on buses to get to places a bit further away, and we didn't run into many issues at all (they are slightly infrequent, but nothing too bad!). The room itself was lovely, and the water filter in the shared area was a lifesaver (saved lots of money not buying water everyday). The restaurants and bars around San Saba and Testaccio were also lovely, I very much recommend!

To be very picky, you were able to hear other guests in other rooms at times. However, this wasn't a big issue!

This appartment was a great choice for our stay in Rome. It is located near Colosseum, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The accommodation was clean and provided all the comfort we needed. We especially appreciated the option to store our luggage early in the morning upon arrival, which made our day much easier. Another big plus was the late check-out at 1 p.m. and the possibility to store luggage until the evening after check-out. Great service and an amazing location – highly recommended!

There is a well stocked coffee station in the room with espresso maker and kettle for tea. The room is quite large and has a mini fridg. There is a huge shared space with full kitchen, tables and comfy seating area. It is immaculately clean. Lovely location. Doesn't feel like you're in a big city but is very close and convenient to all the attractions.

Check in is at 5pm. Our flight arrived at 8:15 am. We were able to store luggage in the shared area on the first floor but had difficulty finding it initially as we entered on 0 floor which really isn't a thing in the US. The owner is very nice and quick to respond. We were able to check in around 3:30.
