slippers, cleaning kits, amazing in Italy, and also the hotel staffs are very friendly. The room is good and clean, well arranged. The transportation near the hotel is convenient, metro and bus. Easy access to the termini train station and the airport.

I liked almost everything. The location was very good near the metro station and a couple of the main Roman attractions, it's not central but it's is to get to it. The breakfast was also excellent plenty of very good choices. And finally, the staff. They were extremely kind and nice to us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and I'll save it for a return of myself.

The room was in the last floor, near the roof of the building and it was quite hot during the night. But I understand I choose an economic option so I had what I paid, I'm not complaining about it. The water in the shower didn't have enough pressure to take a bath comfortably. Just small details that did not affect my overall satisfaction.

Yes, the bathroom was small, but it's like this everywhere in Rome. Stuff that was not included in the room, like a kettle was no problem because we could ask the staff to prepare us hot water and glasses and we returned them the next morning. Amazing, perfect staff, 10/10.

This is a place where you are treated like a valued guest, not just an ordinary tourist. The service is top-notch, with friendly staff who will guide and assist you. Very clean. The air conditioner always cools the room. We enjoyed wonderful, varied, and hearty breakfasts in a cozy shade. A good, quiet area, close to authentic Italian houses. The nearest metro station, Circus Maximus, is only 400 meters away. There are many dining establishments nearby to suit any taste. Thank you for this enjoyable experience! I recommend!

Amazing location in a quiet lush area with access to wonderful cafes and restaurants. Just a 15 min walk to colosseum and another 15 to the pantheon. Hotel was clean and beds were super comfortable. Staff were sooo friendly and made sure I was taken care of. Breakfast had everything I needed and more. Loved the little outdoor space.

I was on bottom floor closest to reception so I could hear a lot in my room. I wasn’t bothered by it but if you are a light sleeper and protective of your sleep, I’d pick a different room. I had a single room which was perfect size for me as a solo traveler.

I stayed here because I had meetings at FAO, and it was very convenient (just a 5 minute walk), and close to several nice restaurants. The WiFi was excellent--it stayed strong, and was good for Zoom calls. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was large. I would definitely stay here again when I have a meeting at FAO.

It's convenient for FAO, but not that convenient for the more popular areas of Rome (but Ubers are reasonable). The breakfast could have more vegetarian options, and more varieties of breads and cheeses.

The hotel is very close to the subway system, about a five minute walk. From there it is one stop to the Colosseum or you could walk directly there in about 15-20 minutes. We took the subway to the Vatican, other areas of the city, and the Rome's main train station when we left the city so transportation was cheap and quick. Loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood away from the bustle of downtown. Recommend booking with breakfast included, it was one of the best we had on our trip. The staff was incredibly friendly, no issues with WIFI and they think about the little things like including slippers in the room. Overall, a wonderful find in Rome. Would definitely stay again!

Dropping off your key at the desk every time you leave and picking it up when you come back was a little bit of a nuisance.

Very nice, quiet location close to restaurants and public transportation via Metro. Also close to Circus Maximus, Colosseum and Forum. The hotel is an updated older hotel with very cute detailing and a very nice breakfast offering. The room and bed were comfortable and very clean. The staff there were very friendly and accommodating and the lobby desk was staffed 24/7. Overall a very nice ambience.

The bathroom was tiny. It had one of those 3 ft x 3 ft showers with the shower doors that come together in the corner. I had to enter the shower sideways and it’s so small you cannot bend over to wash your lower legs or feet. Also it is very easy to inadvertently bump the shower faucet handle with your elbow which could rapidly change the water to extremely cold or extremely hot. The toilet faced the heated towel warmer bars with minimal space. My knees were almost touching it when I would sit on the toilet or if standing the towel warmer bars were right behind me. No room for error! The breakfast area was small with minimal seating so you should time your breakfast time to avoid the rush of hotel clients at one time.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was also very quick and easy to get a taxi when we needed to get to the other side of the city to meet for an early morning tour or go to the airport. The staff were very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and we felt very safe in the quiet neighborhood. The coffee was amazing!!! A few nights we ordered delivery for dinner and the staff allowed us to enjoy our dinner outside on the terrace which is usually used for breakfast. We would definitely book with this hotel again and recommend it to friends visiting Rome!

The water pressure was pretty weak which was unfortunate, and the big clunky key was a bit inconvenient. We also didn't love having to leave our key at reception while we went out for the day, but it really wasn't a big deal and wouldn't make or break the experience.

The room was clean and well equipped. The location (near the circus Maximus) was a must, as was the public fountain right by the hotel to refill the water bottle with fresh water before a day out under the Roman sun! The hotel arranged a taxi to pick me up from the airport, which was nice. The price of the pick up was €65, which was also what Uber indicated for a taxi when I checked prior to the trip.

Although climatized, the breakfast room doors (more of a verandah) were always opened, which resulting in pigeons and wasps in the room every day. While I did not mind the pigeons that much, I could have done without the wasps… While the room was nice, the doors are not 100% sound proof, so I got awaken by a loud noise in the middle of the night during my last night.
