Large clean rooms. Beautiful balcony with a garden view. Helpful and smiling staff. Very quiet. Very good breakfast.

The location requires uber/metro to the city center.

I stayed here with my parents in a junior suite. It was very comfortable for the three of us. We loved the decoration and the colours. It felt calm and cosy. The beds and the pillows were very comfy. We had breakfast included, and it was so delicious and generous. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, shops and public transport.

In general, everything was good.

Very quiet location that is very conveniently located. Great restaurants in the vicinity, very safe walking in beautiful residential area and located close to Circo Massimo metro station.

While the room had very nice decor, the bathroom lacked a towel rack.

Originally, we thought the location was a little far from the main area however in saying that, we were very glad we stayed here. Everything was fantastic and still close enough to get to places with a little walk to public transport. Buffet breakfast was great, no wastage on food as you order what you like and the staff are very helpful and friendly. By far across europe for the last 3.5weeks this hotel and room we stayed was our largest and most spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard with some fairy lights. The area is very quiet and it seems like a wealthy residential area close to the city centre.

If you have bad knees and/or hips, i would not recommend this place as there is an uphill walk to the hotel. Also, the room doors are hard to push open, you really have to push on them hard to open. I am also not sure if it was just us, but we can hear people walking around in their rooms. Not sure if it the noise was from next door or above (maybe both) but you can definitely hear the thumping of walking footsteps.

Great position in quiet area of Rome, still close to all beauties and monuments. Clean and comfortable rooms with nice interior design. Beautiful gardens nearby.

Little details, kettle to prepare hot water in the room but no tea bags/ coffee (reception answered to wait for a breakfast), bottle of coke in the bar but no opener, etc. Don't let confused by web pages with the same name dedicated to restaurant. Same owner but different place and services. Still the place is great, few improvements, more experienced staff and better expectation management via photos and it is highly recommendable

Everything! We been looking for a while for the perfect hotel in Rome. It looks like we found it! There are so many good things about this hotel: . The location: We could visit the whole city by foot as it’s close to everything (20/25 min to the trastevere or city centre) and the walk is just amazing! . The neighbourhood is calm and beautiful . The rooms are just as amazing as in picture . The hotel terrace is relaxing Just go there!

New facility. Clean. Good and calm location. No noise at night. Very welcoming team. They tried their best to be helpful.

The place was very nice and clean It is close to the Coliseum and walking distance from many attractions The decoration and terrace was perfect

Everything was perfect, just a remark maybe. The location is great because it is centred but quiet. I was travelling solo so maybe it was kind of scary to walk alone at night, but nothing to worry about because I felt that Rome is in general very safe.

Everything was new therefore very clean. Beds were really comfortable, and I liked the options of pillows. Location was great. Nice quiet area, but only a 10min walk to the lively neighbourhood of Travestere for evening dinner and markets, or 10mins in the other direction for Colesseum etc. Room was larger than other rooms we had looked at at other hotels on booking.com

Only dislike was the noisy doors. Our first night we were woken by neighbours arriving, after that we jammed some paper in our door to minimise the shake. Also, kept hitting my head on the lamp shades hanging over the bedside table 😂

Beautiful hotel , and beautiful room. My bed was supper comfortable, and everything was decorated so beautifully. The room had a had a nice clean esthetic which suited me. The added a nice touch with a little take away you can have when you depart. I would stay again

The noise from below does travel. The towels should be switched for a different material. I understand the sustainability aspect, but the towels should be rethought.
