Fantastic owner, very helpful and communicative (Konrad and Wiktoria - daughter, who lives in Australia, warm greetings to you !), serving great breakfasts and coffee (I don't drink often, but it was worth it)! Very good location, 10-15 min. walk to the Colosseum. Nearby Metro. Market opposite. From Roma Ostiense station (direct connection from Fiumicino airport) 20 min. walk. Great place for a trip to Trastevere (I recommend eating there only, although there is also a very good restaurant ViMi Aventino nearby). A small problem is (but probably only in winter) a bit low temperature in the bathroom, there is no heating, but when you jump into a hot shower you don't feel this drawback. I RECOMMEND!

Sylvia and Claudia were so lovely and welcoming. Very helpful with regards to where to go, what to see and were the perfect hosts over breakfast. Being able to leave our bags there on the final day was a godsend. The room was airy, clean and quiet and had much needed aircon! The location was brilliant for walking to the Colosseum and for the metro and buses for all over the city. Also it was only 15 minutes walk from Ostiense train station, which took us straight to Fiumicino Airport. A great find.

It's a small B&B located near the major Roman landmarks, its within walking distance from Circus Maximus and Colosseum. The street is filled with restaurants but its less crowded with touristst which is nice. Our host Claudia was very friendly and made our stay wonderful. Hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfy! Each morning started with a good breakfast (crossaints, sandwiches, fruit and coffee).

Soundproofing could be improved since mornings can get loud. Luckily nights were quiet.

Convenient location close to the metro,bus and tram to access the sites. Colosseum was only a short walk away. Our room was comfortable and clean. Claudia and Andreea were lovely and provided lots of information on where to visit. Breakfast was a typical continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Area was quiet at night

Would have been nice to have a patio or balcony that we could have been able to sit outside

Clear instructions for check-in, located close to the city centre (only 10 mins walk to colloseum). Air con in the room, plenty of space in the room and the bed was super comfy. Light breakfast provided with fresh juices, pastries, yoghurt, coffee and tea. The host was really friendly and kind, suggested recommendations for food and activities within the city.

Not enough sockets at bedside, curtains didn't seem to protect you from sight.

The location was great as it’s a little bit outside the hustle and bustle of the center so it’s pretty quiet but still very accessible to get to get everywhere either by walking, bus, or metro. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Walls were very thin, so you could hear everything in the mornings when people are waking up, having breakfast and conversations etc. Breakfast seemed to come out of a box and wasn’t super fresh, but was still tasty.

My husband and I loved staying here! We own a vacation rental and definitely notice details such as cleanliness and care. This place had everything we needed and was very close to the major things in Rome. We’re crazy and walked everywhere (25k+ steps a day), but it’s definitely doable to see everything, especially if you’re young and capable. Breakfast was basic but good and we enjoyed talking to the owner each morning. We were worried that there might be noise from other guests, but it was super quiet.

The property was exceptionally clean. The room was exactly what we needed for our stay in Rome. The location was ideal as it was easy to find and also an easy walk to all of the attractions and restaurants you want to see in Rome. Claudia made it very easy to check in, gave us very detailed instructions on how to get to the property and our room, she also made sure we made it in okay once we arrived. She also had a delicious breakfast ready for us each morning with the best Italian pastries!

Claudia's warmth, friendliness, and genuine hospitality truly makes Circus Maximus B&B feel like a home away from home. Also, the location couldn’t be better, with easy access to everything. Plus, the self check-in process is smooth and convenient. The breakfast is absolutely superb, offering a delicious and satisfying start to the day. Honestly, everything about Circus Maximus B&B is just great, making it the perfect place to stay!

We loved our stay at Circus Maximus and especially we love the owner Claudia who was very friendly and helpful. We had a very comfortable room with everything we needed including bathroom. Breakfast and coffee in the morning were good. There was a fridge we could use if needed and we could make coffee later in the day. The property was a short walk to Colloseum and other central attraction and we walked a lot from the hotels without using transportation.
